The location of Hotel Slovenska Plaza is excellent, and the concept of a Mediterranean-style resort with small streets and separate buildings is charming. Unfortunately, the property is in clear need of renovation and much better maintenance. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of cleanliness. When we arrived, we found a large amount of hair left by the previous guest in the shower. We reported it to reception immediately. Although we appreciated the bottle of wine offered as an apology, the shower was still not cleaned the following day. Only after insisting several times did housekeeping come, and even then they only cleaned the shower floor instead of carrying out a proper, thorough cleaning. This was not just an isolated incident. Throughout our stay we noticed a general lack of maintenance and hygiene that fell well below the standard we expected. It’s a real shame because the hotel has great potential thanks to its excellent location and attractive layout. However, without significant investment in renovation, maintenance and cleanliness, we cannot recommend it. Our experience was disappointing, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Amazing experience! The hotel is beautiful and very close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea. The gardens and greenery around the hotel are beautiful and very well maintained. The hotel itself feels like a small town, with so many facilities and areas to explore. Upon arrival, you receive a map at the reception, which makes it easy to find your way around. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We stayed on a full-board basis, and the food was excellent, very varied and delicious. The pools are fantastic, and everything is spotlessly clean. Even the pool restrooms were impeccably clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! The only thing I didn't particularly like was the live music, which was quite loud and continued until around 1:00 a.m. However, this happened only on Saturday night, so it was completely tolerable and didn't affect our overall experience.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, but what delighted us the most was the incredible friendliness of the staff. Everyone is extremely pleasant, professional, and always ready to help. ​Special shout-out to: ​The guys serving ice cream – they are incredibly kind, attentive, and literally always smiling, which made our day every single time! ​The buffet/line staff – they are always there for you, ready to help with whatever you need. ​The accommodation is very good, clean, and comfortable, and the terrace offers a beautiful view that is perfect for relaxing. ​I warmly and highly recommend everyone to book hotel Slovenska Plaža – you definitely won't regret it!

We stayed in a room when our Norwegian flight was canceled. Despite the crowds, we got a room relatively quickly, so the service was good. The room itself, however, was a different story: the shower ran cold water, and there were mold spots in a few places. The overall appearance was dirty.

It used to be better, when I was here for the first time . The key card didn’t work, I was given a separate electricity card and a key to lock/open the door ( I had to go to the reception desk for three times to get it) . The safe box in the room didn’t work. The was no remote to the air conditioner, no remote control to the TV set, the phone in the room also didn’t work. No rubbish bin in the room . Staff is extremely unfriendly, except for two guys that meet you at the breakfast and the dinner they were always nice to the visitors. The pool security guy (the one with black hair) rudely checking if you belong to this hotel or not, asked to show him the key and tell the name of of the villa I lived in , than asked where I was from. Needless to say , I haven’t seen him checking big men in this way, so probably he is so brave only towards women. The food was almost the same every day but quite good. The location of the hotel is great . The third time definitely won’t come back
