My wife and I had a truly wonderful and memorable experience at SLS Beverly Hills. We stayed at the hotel from September 28 to October 5, 2026, and after spending three days in Las Vegas, we returned on October 8. Having stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, we can confidently say that what makes SLS Beverly Hills truly special is not just its beautiful property or luxurious atmosphere, but the incredible people who work there. They genuinely made us feel at home. A very special thank you to Kaylee, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She listened attentively to our concerns, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, and kindly arranged a wonderful suite upgrade for us. Her genuine care, understanding, and dedication to guest satisfaction left a lasting impression. We truly appreciate everything she did to make our stay even more enjoyable. Alyosha deserves equally special recognition. Her exceptional kindness, genuine warmth, and outstanding hospitality made our experience unforgettable. She has a remarkable ability to make guests feel like family rather than hotel visitors. Her beautiful personality, thoughtful gestures, and sincere attention to even the smallest details made us feel incredibly welcome. What impressed us most was that her hospitality felt completely natural and came from the heart. She didn’t simply provide excellent service; she created a genuine sense of comfort and belonging. Alyosha is truly one of those rare people who turn a beautiful hotel into a place that feels like home. We are sincerely grateful for her kindness. We would also like to recognize the entire valet parking team. Every time we dropped off or picked up our car, we were greeted with genuine smiles, friendliness, and professionalism. Their wonderful attitude made every interaction feel like meeting friends rather than simply using a hotel service. One of the most touching moments was when we returned from Las Vegas. Several team members remembered us, warmly welcomed us back, and even asked how our trip had been. That thoughtful gesture meant more to us than they probably realize. It showed that we were remembered as people, not just room numbers. We’ve visited many hotels around the world, but it’s rare to find a team that makes guests feel so genuinely welcomed, appreciated, and cared for. To the management of SLS Beverly Hills: you have an exceptional team, and we sincerely hope that Kaylee, Alyosha, and the entire valet parking team receive the recognition they truly deserve. I recently stayed at SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills for 2 nights, booked through Amex Travel, which included a free room upgrade, complimentary valet parking, and breakfast credit. The hotel is in a peaceful and calm neighborhood, close to Beverly Hills, which made the stay pleasant. My room was cozy, comfortable, and the service was good overall. However, I was disappointed that the room did not include a mini bar, snacks, or basic amenities, which felt unexpected for a luxury hotel. Also, both restaurants were not very impressive. Overall, the stay was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Terrible Day Pass experience and absolutely not worth the money. I arrived to find no loungers or umbrellas available, only uncomfortable chairs and benches directly under the sun. When I raised the issue, the manager explained that Day Pass admissions are based on the capacity of the pool area, not on the availability of loungers or umbrellas. That policy makes absolutely no sense for a paid Day Pass experience. “First come, first served” is not an excuse. Once the available loungers and shaded seating are gone, they should stop selling passes rather than continue admitting paying guests without providing a comfortable place to stay. The pool area and furniture are also poorly maintained and definitely not up to the standard expected from SLS. Without proper seating or shade, you don’t even feel comfortable ordering and enjoying food or drinks by the pool. I paid for a relaxing pool experience, but instead it felt like the priority was simply fitting in as many paying guests as possible. Very disappointing

I had an outstanding stay at SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills. The room was absolutely massive, beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable. What truly made the experience special was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone genuinely strives to keep guests happy and satisfied, and you can feel the attention to detail in every interaction. The location is also excellent, with many major attractions nearby, making it very convenient to explore Los Angeles. The hospitality, professionalism, and overall atmosphere made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Los Angeles and looking for luxury, cleanliness, comfort, and top-tier service.

🏆I've stayed in some of the best hotels all over the world, but the experience and service I received here was second to none. I encountered for staff members in the first hour, and they were all exceptional, but the top honor goes to Giovanni at check in. This was a very important "high stakes" stay for me, so I had a number of questions and decisions to make, and Giovanni could not have been more helpful and informative. 🥇I'm just a regular Bonvoy member, but he took his time, was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and went out of his way to provide exceptional 5 star VIP service, and made me feel like I was the owner of the hotel. Because of Giovanni and my stay from start to finish being so exceptional, the outcome I was seeking for the day was a home run🙏 I can assure any prospective guests, that their stay here will be highly enjoyable, but even more so if they're lucky enough to encounter and be served by Giovanni💯
