The rooms are very elegant and cozy. There are many facilities here that provides convenience. The gym along with the yoga classes are popular and the equipment are as good as new. There is even a barber shop within the hotel. The wide selection of food is also what makes the hotel great. Their service are excellent, the staff are patient with us. One of the servers was Thy, Truc, N.Nguyen. She assisted us by helping us to order drinks, making sure our table is cleared when it was clustered, and asked us for feedback. Overall, I would recommend this hotel in Sài Gòn, as the roads are not as busy and it is easy to walk to nearby shopping malls or street cafes.

From the moment we arrived, our stay at Sofitel Saigon Plaza exceeded every expectation. The hotel perfectly blends French elegance with Vietnamese hospitality, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and offered stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after exploring Saigon. Every detail, from the premium amenities to the impeccable housekeeping, reflected the high standards of the Sofitel brand. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt valued as guests. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, with an impressive selection of both international and authentic Vietnamese dishes, all beautifully presented and of exceptional quality. The location is also fantastic—close enough to many of Ho Chi Minh City’s major attractions, while still offering a peaceful retreat from the city’s energy. If you’re looking for a five-star experience that combines luxury, comfort, and impeccable service, I couldn’t recommend Sofitel Saigon Plaza more highly. I had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant at Sofitel Saigon Plaza. The food was delicious, with great flavors and excellent presentation. The ambiance was elegant, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing meal. I would especially like to commend Ms. Van That for her outstanding service. She was polite, attentive, and very friendly throughout our visit. Her warm hospitality made us feel welcome and enhanced our overall dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, a pleasant atmosphere, and exceptional service. I look forward to visiting again.

We particularly enjoyed being able to relax in Boudoir Bar near the front entrance of the hotel. They have a generous happy hour and lovely snacks that our teenagers really enjoyed. Swan and the staff are exceptional and we highly recommend popping in and having a drink and nibble after a day touring Sai Gon! 4 star only because the bathroom was a bit small compared to other hotels we have stayed at but really more than adequate. The staff around the hotel are all warm and friendly without exception. The buffet offers options for all accommodating allergies and intolerances.

We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast buffet here. It is a lavish spread with freshest of produce on the table. We are vegetarians & Ms.Nghi Lan & Ms.Thuy Nhi perfectly catered to all our requests & took special care of our 8 year old son. Always having a bright smile on their face. It really makes your morning when someone is so upbeat with their service to you. Thank you so much, Sofitel for making our stay experience so memorable.
