I had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant at Sofitel Saigon Plaza. The food was delicious, with great flavors and excellent presentation. The ambiance was elegant, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing meal. I would especially like to commend Ms. Van That for her outstanding service. She was polite, attentive, and very friendly throughout our visit. Her warm hospitality made us feel welcome and enhanced our overall dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, a pleasant atmosphere, and exceptional service. I look forward to visiting again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast buffet here. It is a lavish spread with freshest of produce on the table. We are vegetarians & Ms.Nghi Lan & Ms.Thuy Nhi perfectly catered to all our requests & took special care of our 8 year old son. Always having a bright smile on their face. It really makes your morning when someone is so upbeat with their service to you. Thank you so much, Sofitel for making our stay experience so memorable.

I am in HCM in business and chose the Sofitel Saigon Plaza as I stayed here 8 years ago! The location is good and you can walk almost everywhere! The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable The staff always offer a warm and friendly greeting and are so helpful and friendly! Each morning at breakfast I was looked after by the lovely Truc, N.Nguyen & Thao. They always remember and come to say hi and ask how I am and are very attentive and helpful! The restaurant also offers a great selection of gluten free options, which makes dining so much easier for me as I have Celiac Disease I will be back here on my next visit.

It was an extremely pleasant experience staying at Sofitel. My family and I absolutely enjoyed it! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. When I requested for a connected room, they allowed it and thus it was way more convenient. (My kids loved watching the TV) The service there was also great. The staff there were friendly and nice. The club access was definitely a good bonus as we could drink unlimited drinks and food. As my parents do not really like to go out late, we ate at the club room for all 3 days. The food there was luxurious and the wine and mocktails were good. Hotel breakfast was amazing as there were many options. My kids loved the hash browns and ice cream there. The coffee and tea were great. Location was good as there we were right smack in the center of the HCM. (Like it was 10-20 mins away from everything only) Will come back here again if I have the chance.

The Sofitel Saigon Plaza is a beautiful hotel. We had a lovely greeting from Keiu Anh who was very pleasant. The room was large and clean. The pillows were way too soft/thin for us but that is always personal preference. The gym was fantastic - quality equipment and a good size with plenty of space. The pool was lovely, lots of seating available but wasn't a fan of people being able to smoke at the entry to the area (again personal preference but messes with my Asthma). Good amount of drinks available at the pool bar. The breakfast buffet was huge with amazing food. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The downstairs lounge was beautiful and with great food and drinks. The highlight was the hidden cocktail bar (BarBard) which includes a barber shop. Stunning area and amazing cocktails for a great price. Loved it.
