The rooms are very elegant and cozy. There are many facilities here that provides convenience. The gym along with the yoga classes are popular and the equipment are as good as new. There is even a barber shop within the hotel. The wide selection of food is also what makes the hotel great. Their service are excellent, the staff are patient with us. One of the servers was Thy, Truc, N.Nguyen. She assisted us by helping us to order drinks, making sure our table is cleared when it was clustered, and asked us for feedback. Overall, I would recommend this hotel in Sài Gòn, as the roads are not as busy and it is easy to walk to nearby shopping malls or street cafes.

It was an extremely pleasant experience staying at Sofitel. My family and I absolutely enjoyed it! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. When I requested for a connected room, they allowed it and thus it was way more convenient. (My kids loved watching the TV) The service there was also great. The staff there were friendly and nice. The club access was definitely a good bonus as we could drink unlimited drinks and food. As my parents do not really like to go out late, we ate at the club room for all 3 days. The food there was luxurious and the wine and mocktails were good. Hotel breakfast was amazing as there were many options. My kids loved the hash browns and ice cream there. The coffee and tea were great. Location was good as there we were right smack in the center of the HCM. (Like it was 10-20 mins away from everything only) Will come back here again if I have the chance.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Sofitel Saigon. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a great variety of both international and Vietnamese options. I especially enjoyed the authentic Vietnamese coffee - rich, bold, and perfectly brewed - exactly how it should be. The Vietnamese-style sandwich was also delicious. The service was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Van That, who was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. Her warm hospitality really enhanced the overall experience. Highly recommend Sofitel Saigon for a quality breakfast with great coffee and outstanding service❤️

I had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant at Sofitel Saigon Plaza. The food was delicious, with great flavors and excellent presentation. The ambiance was elegant, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing meal. I would especially like to commend Ms. Van That for her outstanding service. She was polite, attentive, and very friendly throughout our visit. Her warm hospitality made us feel welcome and enhanced our overall dining experience.
