Absolutely unbeatable hotel and resort. We got back the past week and were in a large party of 12, they never disappointed the entire time! The hotel is located on top of a beautiful hill overlooking Protaras, the sea and the beautiful church on the hill. There is a lovely cool breeze across the hills in the evening even though we hit 29 degrees everyday without fail. Food in the resort was some of the best all inclusive I have ever experienced, additionally themed nights mean you don't end up with a load of odds and ends. Fresh salads were delicious and the far East night was some of the best Chinese food I've eaten for sometime! The staff really are the true asset to this jewel and the lifeguards are really lovely (shoutout to the superb Domitri who will surely be in the next Marvel movie) what was noted was that they always were friendly and professional and the cocktails were knockout (no measurements were required as my liver can now confirm 😂). The manager was also very approachable and would come over and chat, often helping the staff on the bar in the busier periods. What I loved was how available and appreciated he was by his staff. Finally the activities were really well arranged and I was really impressed with the entertainment team, they are constantly putting in a great shift making great things happen like waterpolo, football and much more. Friendly cats come and sit with you when you sit outside the bar. Location wise Louis is about a 15 min walk from the heart of Protaras however a free bus goes from the hotel every hour. The town has a great selection of beeches and water sports and many live bands at night. All in all this is a outstanding resort where the incredible, personable staff will go out of their way to make your stay spectacular.

Absoutely amazing hotel couldn't fault it! The staff go above and beyond throughout the whole stay and everyone is so friendly. The rooms are a great size and cleaned everyday to such a high standard. I never ever leave reviews but I feel like I had to because it was so good one of our best holidays. Its only a short walk to the amazing beaches the strip and the fun fair. The entertainment team are amazing and are so good with the kids everyday there was stuff going on for both adults and children they are all certainly a credit to the hotel! Once again thankyou everyone special shout out to Mina, Ashraf and Flouris. We will definitely be returning again🤍

What a lovey hotel all the staff and entertainment team are excellent. It's a long walk to the beach but there is a free bus service which is a definite benefit. The food is different every day and the restaurant at the front of the hotel is a place you have to go to as this food is excellent and also part of the hotel. We will definitely be back

We had a lovely faimly holiday here, the majority of staff were super helpful. Lovely drinks and food. Nice views, lots of lifeguards, we all loved the slides. If you can I would suggest trying to get a swim up room as those are lovely! Thank you for helping us to have such a lovely holiday! We hope to return! 🙏🙌😎💙

We returned home yesterday after staying here for a week and unfortunately this resort just wasn't for us. On the plus side, the place was generally clean and our room was made up every day. The loungers were pretty comfy and the savoury food options at lunch and dinner were fairly good. If we had been staying with children we may have enjoyed our time more, however, as a couple we felt the resort just didn't work..... Whilst we knew when we booked that there were two children's pools (and water slides) we understood that there was also an adults only pool/area. As it turned out, everywhere was mobbed with rowdy children - the "quiet" pool was constantly filled with kids, super soakers, ball games and large inflatables (despite there being signs up that said inflatables weren't allowed). Large groups of kids were noisily barging around everywhere - climbing and running along walls and kicking footballs near the bar area until the small hours of the morning. The only tiny corner reserved for adults consisted of 14 loungers (7 of which never got any sun ever) around the cold jacuzzi. This area seemed to constantly be missed out for tidying and used cups etc would still be lying there the next day. The drinks available were not good. The only enjoyable cocktail we had the whole time was on our last day when a different woman appeared at the bar and made lovely drinks for about half an hour before disappearing again. All the other cocktails tasted mainly of sugar syrup. The wines and prosecco were of extremely dubious quality. The food available at breakfast seemed of particularly poor quality and the dessert options for the other meals were unpleasant and just tasted of sugar. It was definitely a case of quantity over quality. There was absolutely no atmosphere in the restaurant area and eating felt more like a busy canteen experience rather than something special. Whilst the rooms technically had shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/hand soap all the containers were filled with the same watered down lemony mix. Our bathroom was a poorly ventilated wet room and because the drain didn't actually "drain away" properly the whole place permanently felt damp. Whilst staff often seemed to be extra attentive towards kids/families, as two adults we felt quite invisible. We've stayed at resorts before that cater successfully for both couples and families however in our opinion this was not the case here. We enjoy travelling a lot but on this occasion were quite relieved to be heading home.....
