most incredible stay here! Honestly, from the staff to the food and the facilities, everything was astounding. I genuinely felt like I was at home here. The staff remember your drink orders, which makes you feel so well looked after. A huge shout-out to Andrea, Mohammed (a vodka Collins, please!), Mina and also Paris who worked in the restaurant and who my little boy, just 6 months old, absolutely loved seeing every morning. This was our first time away with our firstborn child, and honestly, what a hotel to choose. We felt safe, comfortable and incredibly well looked after throughout our stay. The food was incredible. I specifically wanted a smaller hotel for our first family holiday because I didn't want one of those huge buffets with loads of food and people constantly touching everything — and this was just perfect. The food was top quality and different every lunchtime and evening, so what's not to like? The staff are so friendly, and the pools are the perfect size. We spent most of our time at the quieter pool simply because the sunbeds are better there. The only thing I would say is that it could do with a little more background music in that area. If I had to mention any negatives, the bathrooms in the rooms could do with being updated and modernised, and the air conditioning could probably do with a good clean and possibly an update too. But apart from those minor things, I honestly cannot fault this place. The location is great and it's not far from the strip. The coach driver was fantastic as well, and a special mention to the pool guy at the quiet pool area, who was absolutely lovely. We are already thinking about booking again next year! Believe me when I say, book this hotel! We spoke to so many people who had stayed here at least three times, which really tells you how fantastic this resort is. A must-stay! We absolutely loved it and can't wait to come back. ❤️

I loved it, The rooms are big enough and always clean. Food was amazing and. But the exception was the service from the guys everywhere, especially in the food court, and all restaurants As I remember, they were mostly from Egypt But to be honest all of them from all different nationalities, where amazing fast and clean and never complain. Thank you guys we will be back for sure.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff and a good range of food at the buffet with theme changes every night. There are 2 pools and a jaccuzi and they are all very nice and the slides are very fun even for adults. Shuttle buses took us to the main strip of protaras and the beach most days which was excellent, konnos beach is a must. Rooms are very nice, they do not have regular duvets like you would have in the uk, just regular blankets, however the bed itself is very comfortable and with the heat in summer a duvet is not necessary. Air conditioning in the room was amazing and the showers were also amazing. Towels are changed if you put them on the floor or ask for a change however they did sometimes forget to replace some a lot of the time and we had to contact reception to request extra towels. On the other hand, I was disappointed with the wifi service in some of the rooms and part of the hotel, it was constantly on and off and never really worked at all most of the time, Im unsure of whether it was just my room (35) or if others were affected by it. Unfortunately, I had to pay to get data from my provider which turned out to be expensive for both me and my family, which on top of the extensive 90 euro charge for late checkout on the last day came to a lot of expenditures, especially as it was just a few extra hours. It would have also been nice to see a bit more seafood at the buffets, as even on the Mediterranean night there was not much seafood variety. The sandwiches that are given in packed lunches are also VERY dry and do not have any butter, I had to take the little bit of ham and cheese out and just eat it on its own. Other than that, the food was lovely and the snack bar was also really great with a variety of pastas, chicken nuggets, fish fingers, fresh salads, cakes, fruits, gyros, burgers, etc. The meze restaurant is also a must for one night of your stay. Huge shoutout to Flouris who was very kind and respectful and would always make time to assist any issues, all the staff were very helpful and have a great sense of humour. Overall, it was an amazing holiday and this resort is a lovely place to stay if you are looking for somewhere more quiet and family friendly.

A great 11 nights at St Elias resort, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we was made to feel like family. All the staff was attentive, polite and made sure you had a great stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. The pool for the kids with the slides was great and there was a quieter pool down the bottom if you wanted to relax also with a hot tub. Kids club and entertainment staff were great too. Will definitely be back. 😀

I stayed for 2 weeks at this resort in peak season and i honestly wasn't. Impressed. The rooms: There was a serious ant problem in our room. Some ants are to be expected but they took over the kitchen counter and even the microwave. If so much as a crumb was out they'd swarm. Even in the bathroom they'd swarm toothbrushes and the sink. The pool: As some of the other recent reviews have said some of our swimming kits now have a tint of green on them. The entertainmemt: This is the only place I have ever been that does not book external acts for the evening entertainmemt instead they get the staff from the kids club to do it. It is marketed as a premium resort and charges prices to match. Yet the evening entertainment was kids karaoke and ball in a tube. This is not a joke at 10pm they genuinely had people queing up to throw a ball in a tube to win a certificate. The fridge: We paid extra for a room with a private pool and a fridge that was supposed to be restocked every day with drinks. They did not restock the fridge. Instead someone came around everyday arpund 1pm and asked if want anything. If you're not in as you're out actually having a holiday you get nothing.
