My family and I recently spent 3 wonderful nights at Starfish Beach Resort Tobago, and overall we had a really enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The all-inclusive package was definitely worth it. The food was one of the highlights of our stay—there was a great variety of meals, and everything we had was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. Every day we looked forward to mealtimes because there was always something delicious to enjoy. What stood out most was how safe, affordable, and relaxing the resort felt. It was the perfect environment for a family getaway. We were able to truly unwind and enjoy quality time together without any stress. The atmosphere was peaceful and comforting, making it easy to disconnect from daily life and simply enjoy Tobago’s beauty. The staff also played a huge role in making our stay memorable. They were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. Their hospitality made us feel valued and cared for, and they always greeted us warmly. It’s clear that customer service is important to them. I would definitely recommend Starfish Tobago Resort to anyone looking for an affordable all-inclusive family vacation with good food, a safe environment, and warm hospitality. We left with great memories and would happily return again

Now I had to say the place was clean and comfortable. It had a few activities on some days like pan and managers rum punch meet and greet. Staff were really nice EXCEPT for breakfast idk what it is but if I have to wake up in morning and first thing I'm getting is a staff rude attitude before I even eat then something wrong. Today is my last day here and as much as it was nice I rather wake up at home knowing that there isnt a lady who doesn't know how to kindly ask hotel guess to please wait in front so they can register which room number your in. Room service is really good big shout to them and breakfast was okay but of course if your vegetarian then you have to let them know what u can and cannot eat,they wouldn't come ask you even though they have that information from before.

Upon arrival at the receptionist she was pleasant and kind whilst speaking but they need to tell people okay well your room is an upstairs room or do we have an option for that? What if someone couldn’t be able to walk up the flight of stairs? Upon arriving at the room now the ground is very extremely cold no kind of rug the curtain blarely even covering for privacy. Upon showering now the hot water is too boiling hot the bathroom has a scent smelling very off and looking like they never scrub it. The toilet was clogged had an overflowing emergency was very disappointed. No kind of mat to put for when u done bathe. You feet must touch that cold ground lucky thing I didn’t get a stroke. The mirror is more bigger than the tv. No kind of update on the tv for a latest technology like a fire stick with Netflix and others. Now going to the pool was very very stink looking like vomit. Very disappointing. Waiting for serving of the food is like the staff don’t want to be there they not ready and vibrant and only one person sharing food very extremely slow! We had to take the spoons while they served others and serve ourselves. They limiting how much they put like if you’re not paying for the food. The drinks are worse yet when you tell a waiter to bring a drink for you or anything else they seem racial they seem to have some form of attitude. Took fruits to sit right by the pool they started getting on with you like you’re taking home the plate very very poor customer service. Cannot be in a tourism industry treating customers who are paying a full all inclusive fee to be serving so. We had to get up ourselves and go our own drinks when request upon. The service is very very slow. Some of the food was horrible rice hard not enough food to feed plenty people things finished worse yet bringing back a previous day food for customers to eat stale sour food. Oh they had macaroni and potato salad and was definitely sour. The drinks especially carbonated beverages are watery the glass is fill with ice only. A constant repeat of the same old fruits for 3 consecutive days until asked if that’s all the fruits they had. Lettuce was spoil and had brown spots until told to get fresh ones. You have to keep reminding them that things are running out and then returning an hour later to refill poor service and when you tell them about it it is the attitude. The beach area they don’t take up the sand and fix it nice and appealing it looks stink. The only place I enjoyed was d grill bar great customer service drinks and food was very nice and hot on the spot I enjoyed there. Starfish needs to upgrade there place a lot. The place outside sometimes smell awful like sewage. There is a place where the pool room is the ground is full of moss. It’s stink and smells. There is dogs and people hustling by the beach. The people who have been hired are more vex when you pick something to eat. The pillows that have been provided and very very hard I have a neck pain and back ache from the pillows. Again to the managers ceo and directors of starfish please do better. The car park also smells stink. Wash down Allur place please thank you and upgrade! For an all inclusive vacation that people are paying there hard working money to relax is totally bizzare.

This was the second time my family stayed at this resort and we were quite disappointed. The first time we stayed was a very pleasant and comfortable experience however we did not enjoy it the second time. The staff is very friendly and helpful however in the busy periods like holiday weekends it gets chaotic when it's breakfast and dinner times and the buffet items are not replenished in a timely manner There was a foul smell like from a leaking sewer when walking down the main corridor to access the guest rooms Housekeeping is done often and towels are changed on request The pool is cleaned daily and the overall cleanliness of the resort was good

An unforgettable stay at Starfish Tobago! What truly sets this resort apart is the staff: we were treated with incredible love and respect throughout our entire stay. Our two children (4 years and 6 months old) were so warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for – it made our family vacation truly special and stress-free. There is a saying they use here that fits perfectly: We arrived as guests, and we are leaving as friends. You can feel the authentic Caribbean hospitality in every moment. The absolute icing on the cake and a true natural wonder was getting to see a Leatherback Turtle live on the beach! It was a magical moment that we will never forget. The location right on Turtle Beach is stunning, the pool with the swim-up bar is great, and everything is well-maintained. Even though some parts of the resort are a bit dated, the warmth of the people more than makes up for it. We will definitely be back! Pro-Tip for Families: If you are looking for genuine kindness and the chance to witness one of nature’s greatest wonders (the turtles), this is the place to be.
