At first glance this hotel looks beautiful, the pool area looked really nice and we received a lovely greeting. We found most of the staff there very friendly and polite. All the time we were there the snack bar by the pool wasn’t open due to the weather, however a bit of wind shouldn’t have affected that. We were All Inclusive and even though there was plenty of choice of food in the one restaurant, most of the time it was cold (pizza, beans etc). The cleaning in our room left a lot to be desired. When we arrived we had to get them to change the sheets because there were insects crawling on them, they never filled the coffee/milk up I had to ask for more everyday and they hardly cleaned the surfaces or floors. The pool area was lovely, however when we arrived on the 30th March right until a few days before we left the pool was never cleaned, even after the sandstorm. There was lots of sand in the pool and it wasn’t nice. The drinks we had were really nice, including cocktails and wine. There wasn’t anything to do around the hotel because everything was shut and it was quite a walk. The beach across the road wasn’t the nicest. They didn’t have any activities going on during the day (which was advertised) and weirdly the entertainment at night, which was just music playing or a singer, was in the reception area and there wasn’t enough seating. Normally hotels, especially 4 star ones have another room for entertainment and we didn’t expect much but it could have been better and not so repetitive.

It’s a really nice hotel with beautiful pools, comfortable rooms and a hardworking, friendly staff. The resort is modern, well-maintained and offers nice extras such as a gym, reformer Pilates classes and a small on-site supermarket. I also enjoyed the à la carte lunch restaurants, which were a great alternative to the buffet. Overall, I would rate my stay 4 out of 5 stars. There are a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite secluded, so there isn’t much to do nearby, and I think more entertainment options would be a great addition. The sunbed reservation policy is not well enforced, with many guests leaving towels unattended for hours. The buffet food was generally good but often served only lukewarm, and I would love to see less sweet or sugar-free cocktail options. Despite these minor issues, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Stella Blue Seaside to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with beautiful views and great facilities.

Absolutely loved our stay here - so much, in fact, that we have already booked to come again. Upon arrival, the staff were super welcoming, and we had a buggy to take us to our room. Upon realising our swim up room would be permanently in shade (due to the time of year only - think that spot would be perfect for sun in the summer) we asked if there was a possibility of moving rooms, and they accommodated this, which was amazing! And in arriving in our new room, we realised we had a fully stocked mini fridge again (which was all complimentary). The view from the pool area, and pool bar, and outdoor areas of both restaurants is of the sea, and the beach was lovely and had loungers free whilst we were there. The app has daily offers on for the spa, so we had an amazing 30 mins back and shoulder massage for €45, with an hour to use the spa facilities after (the spa itself is not complimentary, and for an hour use would be €20) which was great value for money. The choice of drinks within the all inclusive were fab! For lunch, we ate at the pool bar everyday (which is complimentary for all inclusive) rather than the buffet, and the staff were great at catering to our needs. Food overall was good, there was lots of variety at the buffet, and waiting staff brought over drinks and mainly did this promptly. Some late night snacks would have been a nice added touch for the future, but you could get snacks from the shop or from room service up to 10pm (with an €8 tray charge - charge for food, but no charge for drinks, if you were in a superior room). Every single member of staff deserves a mention, as from the cleaning staff to the maintenance staff, you were always greeted warmly - but special shout out to Eilina for helping with the room swap and getting maintenance into our first room when we had an issue with our sink (which was promptly fixed). We also had an amazing member of staff give us complimentary late check out (check out is 11am, and gave us until 1pm). All in all, would recommend Stella Blue to anyone and everyone, and we can't wait to be back

We recently stayed at Stella Blue and unfortunately left feeling disappointed by several aspects of the experience. While there were some positives, there were enough recurring issues throughout the week that I would not consider the hotel to offer the standard I would expect for its category. The most frustrating issue was the hotel’s water policy and the way it was communicated by staff. I fully support efforts to reduce plastic waste and promote sustainability, but when I asked about obtaining drinking water, the response I received felt dismissive and unhelpful. If the hotel is committed to this approach, it should provide practical alternatives such as accessible refill stations. Many comparable resorts have found sustainable ways to support guests without creating unnecessary inconvenience. The food offering was another major disappointment. Dinner variety was consistently poor, with meals often feeling repetitive from one evening to the next. Themed nights were advertised, including an Italian evening, yet there was very little indication in the food selection that these themes were actually being delivered. For an all-inclusive resort, the lack of variety was surprising. One of the recurring themes throughout our stay was the feeling that the resort was operating at or beyond its comfortable capacity. This was particularly noticeable when ordering drinks. During peak periods, waits were often excessive, with long queues forming at the bars and service struggling to keep pace with the number of guests. While the staff were generally working hard, the overall impression was that the resort simply could not comfortably handle the volume of people staying there. Sunbed availability was also a daily frustration. Guests were told not to reserve sunbeds, yet every morning there was effectively a race to secure them, with many remaining reserved for long periods. Whilst staff occasionally attempted to address this, enforcement was inconsistent. The pool area itself felt overcrowded, with sunbeds positioned extremely close together and umbrellas that were too small to provide adequate shade. At times, the entire outdoor space felt cramped rather than relaxing. Housekeeping standards were below what we expected. The room often appeared to receive only a very basic clean, our bed sheets were not changed during our stay, and the bedding did not appear particularly clean upon arrival. We also noticed that after showering and walking barefoot around the room, feet quickly became dirty, suggesting the floors were not being cleaned thoroughly. We heard similar concerns from other guests during our stay. The beach towel system was another frustration, with limited opportunities to exchange towels during the week. As a result, we were left using the same towels throughout our stay. None of these issues alone would necessarily have defined our holiday. However, taken together, they created an experience that consistently fell short of expectations. The overriding feeling was that the resort is trying to accommodate more guests than its facilities and staffing levels can comfortably support, which impacted everything from dining and drinks service to sunbed availability and the overall atmosphere. Stella Blue has potential, but there are clear improvements needed in customer service, housekeeping, food quality, capacity management and overall guest experience. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not currently choose to return.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, it was aesthetic, clean, the hotel staff are so friendly, great entertainment, good vibe. The spa is lovely- definetly check this out even if you don't get a massage you can pay to use the facilities. Rania at guest relations went above and beyond, she is patient, knowledgable and you can trust that she will advise the best excursions for you without forcing sales, ask for her when you get there. I would recommend going to Sarandaris beach and Koutouloufari village for cute tourist shops and restaurants here. We will definetly be back.
