Stayed here for the first time. This property is definitely amazing. Great rooms with sea view. We visiting Goa in Apr, definitely not the best time to be in Goa given the heat and humidity. Rooms are spacious and air conditioning is awesome which cools you down quickly. There is a beach access for this property and they offer jet ski and para sailing here which is a lot of fun. They have two pools, one with a wet bar which the the bigger one and a smaller pool with a bar steps away from the pool. Definitely on the pricier side but worth it.

An Unforgettable Birthday Celebration at Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, Goa ❤️ Our stay at Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa was exceptional! We visited to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the warmth and thoughtfulness of the team made it truly memorable. We were welcomed by musicians playing the ukulele and guitar, setting the perfect Goan vibe. Manthan greeted us warmly and arranged a complimentary lunch while our room was being prepared. He ensured our beautiful sea-view cottage was ready on time. The spotless room and signature mogra fragrance made it feel instantly welcoming. The service throughout was outstanding. Buggies arrived promptly, requests for water were attended to immediately, and the staff were always courteous and helpful. Special thanks to the housekeeping team: Josepha, Drisha, Diksha, Andrea, Navnath, Nitesh, Venu, Arindam, Jyanta, Tikkam, Ujjwal, Tousif, Saily, Manthan, Vinod and Siddhi for their wonderful attention to detail. The food was fabulous, the drinks perfectly made, the pool pristine, and the cab service excellent. Every little detail reflected genuine hospitality. The birthday surprises deserve special mention. Our room was beautifully decorated on the second day, with a delicious cake waiting for us. On her birthday, the team had also planned a lovely little celebration with a guitarist and staff. Unfortunately, we were away from the property, but Manthan went above and beyond to ensure my wife didn’t miss out. At checkout, he arranged for her to enjoy the celebration with a guitarist and the team. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us! What we loved most was that the hospitality never felt like just a service; it felt personal and heartfelt. Every interaction reflected how much the team cared about our experience. It is rare to find a place where people go out of their way to create such meaningful memories. The team truly embodies the spirit of Taj hospitality. From the gorgeous sea views and charming cottages to the delicious food, prompt service and incredible people, everything made our stay special. A heartfelt thank you to Manthan and the entire team for making my wife’s birthday so memorable. Taj has set a very high benchmark for hospitality, and we would love to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a beautiful Goan getaway with genuinely exceptional service. We left with smiles, gratitude and memories we will cherish for years to come. ❤️

We stayed at Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, Candolim for our son's third birthday, and the team made it truly special. The welcome was very warm. When the staff got to know it was his birthday, they arranged two guitarists to play for him and set up a cake cutting at a beautiful scenic spot. Our room was on the first floor, which was hard with a small child. We mentioned it once and they upgraded us to a lovely room right away. There was more. A surprise cake was waiting in our room, and in the evening at the sundown area of the Caravela restaurant, a guitarist played for him again. A big thank you to Saily, Diksha and the manager Andrea. Everything we needed was given quickly and with a smile. The property is beautiful and the hospitality is even better. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families celebrating something special.

Our recent stay at Taj Holiday Village was truly wonderful, and the service was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. Every member of the staff was extremely courteous, warm, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. As we are expecting, the team was especially thoughtful and considerate. They regularly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and asked if we had any specific needs or requirements. That level of care and attention made our stay even more special and memorable. A special thank you to Bosco, who went above and beyond to make sure we were having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His warmth and attention to detail really stood out. We would also like to sincerely thank Zara, Andrea and her team for planning such a lovely birthday surprise for us. It was beautifully done and such a thoughtful gesture. They were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, the hospitality was exceptional, and it was the wonderful people who truly made our experience at Taj Holiday village so memorable. We left feeling very well taken care of and would happily recommend Taj Holiday village to anyone looking for a stay where genuine Indian hospitality and outstanding service come together. ❤️

The staff were so sweet and exceptional Saurabh from the concierge was really helpful and went above and beyond in making our stay and exploration of Goa was amazing. Manthan from the service desk was very jovial and funny he brings the happy spark with him. The food was pretty good too love the Banyan Tree restaurant they had really good Thai food there. 10/10 would definitely recommend them. Now for the cons the room was not well maintained at all and for a 5 star hotel I would expect much more. While the room looked nice it was not well maintained. I have attached some pictures so you can see what I am talking about. The tub did not look appealing as the mat they had in there looked gross, the shower cube also did not look good. That was my only issue so please do not discount all the other positives for this resort. It is well worth staying here.
