Our stay at The Anam Resort was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality of every staff member we encountered—from the room attendants to the restaurant waitresses, chefs, and lifeguards. Everyone was so humble, warm, and attentive, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The resort itself is stunning, with its elegant Indochine-inspired architecture, beautifully maintained grounds, a gorgeous swimming pool, and a clean, safe beach that our whole family enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a delicious variety of fresh and flavorful dishes each morning. Our young children had an amazing time at the Kids' Club, where they enjoyed fun arts and crafts activities with the caring staff. Meanwhile, our extended family loved spending time together by the pool and in the game room, creating wonderful memories for everyone. What truly made this vacation special was the genuine kindness and hospitality of the staff. Their warmth and attention to every guest made all the difference and turned a great resort stay into an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend The Anam Resort to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with outstanding service. We can't wait to come back!

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and stay. I have a hard time defining the experience as luxury, or calling the hotel small. I also wouldn’t call it a relaxing environment, but is good as a see and be seen place or to shoot social media content. While the rooms and grounds are nice, the rooms also leave a lot to be desired. There’s only one towel hook, no place for hand towels, no luggage racks, and very few complimentary amenities. Robes are all small, and not suitable for average sized north american guests. Cleanliness is also an issue. We experienced this with our first room, having to move in the middle of the night due to an ant infestation. The next room had a bat in it and was super musty smelling. The third room wasn’t properly cleaned when we moved into it but as it was 1 am, it was the best option available to us. Nothing was done to recover us and our experience as guests following this. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional, the Vietnamese outlet in particular was quite good. Breakfast, while there are a lot of options, none of them are especially good or well thought out, it’s very much quantity over quality. Spa staff were nice, and the treatments were good, though staff were pushy about purchasing more services.

This hotel was absolutely immaculate and beautifully design. Everything felt very well thought through and the overall atmosphere was calm, elegant and welcoming. The quality to price ratio was excellent, it truly felt like great value for what was offered. I also really appreciated the size of the hotel: it wasn't too big or overwhelming, which made the stay feel more personal and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, with high quality food and a great selection, we also had dinner at the hotel which was excellent. The staff were friendly and kind throughout our stay, always polite and helpful, the spa was great, I had several massages, which were fantastic and very professional. A special mention goes to Ngan, Trang and Truc, who were increadibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect experience.

We initially booked The Anam Mui Ne for 2 nights to explore the area, before moving to another hotel elsewhere to explore a different part of Mui Ne. However, after checking into the other 5-star hotel, we immediately came back to The Anam because of the huge difference in service, cleanliness, and facilities. The Anam truly has amazing service. The staffs were extremely helpful, attentive, and warm throughout our stay. We felt so comfortable that we ended up booking another 2 nights after our first stay. The breakfast buffet selection was amazing, and the food was actually really good too. There were always many staff around, ready to clear tables or serve coffee and tea. I also appreciated how they checked in with guests about the food and constantly made sure the buffet was well replenished. It really showed how much they cared about the guest experience. What stood out most to me was the attention to detail. The turndown service was such a lovely touch and made our stay feel extra comfortable. The housekeeping staffs did an excellent job cleaning and organising our room, and even the balcony area was very well maintained. The pool staff were also very friendly with bright smiles and would always bring us towels and lay them out on our pool beds whenever we came by. During our afternoon swim, the restaurant staff even brought out fruits for guests by the pool, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The even gave us some pastries when we asked if they still had some from breakfast (because it was genuinely so good). I also really liked that we could enjoy the freshwater pool, saltwater pool, and direct access to the ocean. During our stay, we saw many families, couples, and groups of friends, so I would definitely say this resort is suitable for all kinds of guests looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location is also great, with many good restaurants, spas, and a laundromat nearby, which met all our needs. A special shout-out as well to the check-in staff during our second check-in, who kindly upgraded our room when we returned to stay again. We have been to many resorts, but The Anam definitely stood out to us. We would happily come back again and even try the different branch! Well deserved 5 stars and worth the money!

The live piano music in the evenings added such a sophisticated and relaxing touch to the atmosphere. What truly made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel cared for throughout the entire visit. If you’re looking for a beautiful luxury resort in Vietnam with boutique charm, outstanding service, and a calm, refined atmosphere, The Anam is a perfect choice. We would gladly return again.
