The hotel itself is beautiful, with a very elegant design and a calm atmosphere that makes it a great place to relax. The property is well maintained and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was quite good with a nice selection, and the coffee was actually very good. However, the food in the restaurant was disappointing compared to the overall level of the hotel. The biggest downside was the service, which was unfortunately quite slow and sometimes inattentive. With better service and improved restaurant food, the experience would be much better. Overall, it is a lovely property but the service definitely needs improvement.

This hotel was absolutely immaculate and beautifully design. Everything felt very well thought through and the overall atmosphere was calm, elegant and welcoming. The quality to price ratio was excellent, it truly felt like great value for what was offered. I also really appreciated the size of the hotel: it wasn't too big or overwhelming, which made the stay feel more personal and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, with high quality food and a great selection, we also had dinner at the hotel which was excellent. The staff were friendly and kind throughout our stay, always polite and helpful, the spa was great, I had several massages, which were fantastic and very professional. A special mention goes to Ngan, Trang and Truc, who were increadibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect experience.

Our stay at The Anam Cam Ranh was absolutely wonderful. The resort perfectly blends luxury with warm Vietnamese hospitality, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The property is stunning, with rich wood details, beautiful tile work, lush greenery, and cozy spaces throughout. The rooms had a true boutique feel — stylish, intimate, and thoughtfully designed with warm lighting, comfortable bedding, and elegant finishes that made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. The dining experience was exceptional, especially breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh pastries, tropical fruits, local dishes, and made-to-order options. The live piano music in the evenings added such a sophisticated and relaxing touch to the atmosphere. What truly made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel cared for throughout the entire visit. If you’re looking for a beautiful luxury resort in Vietnam with boutique charm, outstanding service, and a calm, refined atmosphere, The Anam is a perfect choice. We would gladly return again.

The resort is stunning, showcasing Vietnamese characteristics down to the smallest detail. The displayed paintings add a valuable touch to the interior. I particularly appreciate the quality of the food; the presentation and preparation are very refined, both Vietnamese and international dishes! The steak and the 5P pizza were especially delicious! The spa experience was exceptional! Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying at The Anam Mui Ne twice - in summer 2024 and again in May 2026. While we already liked our first stay two years ago (we stayed in a standard room), our second stay was nothing short of amazing (we stayed in a Grand Premium Room). The service was truly enjoyed the amazing service , the best service I have ever experienced here in Vietnam. All staff members are incredibly friendly and attentive and it is the little things that make a difference: They ask you how your food was, if they could bring anything else, will bring you towels and adjust the pool chair for you. At the pool, they will bring out ice-cold towels for your face as well fresh fruits. I would like to especially highlight the staff the beachside restaurant "Lang Viet“. The Anam also gave us both: an early check-in AND a late check-out with no extra cost. Moreover, there was a turndown service every day and a cake in our room on the first day ("welcome back to The Anam“, even though our last stay was two years ago!). We found it to be worth paying extra for the premium room. Not only because of the size (which is only slightly bigger) but because of the extra privacy and location of the room. The room was located outside of the main hotel building, right next to the pool and close to the beach. It had a private stairwell leading to the room - which means you have so much privacy and no noises coming from the hallway. We also liked the breakfast which offered higher quality food than in comparable resorts. The food at the restaurant was also amazing and much better than at other beach resorts in Vietnam. The prices were higher than at local restaurants in Mui Ne, sure, but definitely lower than what you would expect in a five star resort. And , of course, the rooms and the whole resort are beautiful and very clean. All in all, the only downside is that the size of the rooms and the hotel are smaller than other resorts (Melia Ho Tram, Angsana Ho Tram, any other resort on Cam Ranh etc). But this is also part of the hotel‘s appeal because it feels much more intimate and "boutique“. Also, the price is not cheap and has even increased quite a bit between 2024 and 2026. but it’s worth it ! One final suggestion from my side would be to serve some free water by the pool.
