Fahmi, I'm definitely not impressed with the service especially the house keeping. The room wasnt properly cleaned. I managed to take some photos. The shower drain hole was regularly blocked and the ventilation was poor inside the bathroom. It stank the moment we checked-in that afternoon. We were at level 8. There were left over fruits and used napkins underneath the bed from previous visitors. The vietnamese lady who was doing the house keeping seemed not interested to know. The wall socket close to the office table definitely needed to be looked at. Every adaptors we owned inc Anker and Vivan got really hot while charging our smartphones. The huge jug of refreshment lemon water wasn't filled up for visitors at the lobby which was because the staff seemed busy chatting and laughing. I have informed the lady at the front desk but she seemed rather disinterested and almost slightly upset.

The room was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed — with plush bedding, a spacious layout, and all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, Vibe Hotel delivers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. I’ll definitely be back!

Location! Location! Hotel... Location-wise, it’s unbeatable. Just a short walk from Orchard Road, I had easy access to shopping, dining, and public transport. Yet the hotel itself felt like a peaceful oasis tucked away from the bustle. Had great interaction with the staff specially to Ms. Ana Marie, very helpful and knowleagable about the shopping places. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. I also loved the rooftop pool, which offered a serene spot to unwind with city view.

A big shout out to Ricky !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality — you made me feel so welcome and truly at home even when I’m far away from home . Best service ever! I want to say thank you to Fax too for being so friendly and welcoming! Travelling with family - great outdoor pool , very relaxing and some table games as seen in picture . Walkable distance to Takashimaya and other shopping malls. I will definitely come back again in the future !

Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard is so so good! We had a great week here in SG because of them. We arrived late (1am) and they accommodated us real quick. Everyone was so welcoming and they made our stay here comfortable. Everything is clean and nice. Shoutout to Mr. Hafizol! He even gave us a good bye gift. We'll make sure to come back here.
