I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and felt luxurious. One of the highlights was the large glass door opening directly toward the pool area, which created a very relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool itself is large and well maintained, and the hotel's architecture is elegant and visually appealing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, with good quality food and something to suit every taste. Overall, this hotel provides excellent value and a very enjoyable experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, the food and service were fine, but unfortunately, the chiller/AC system really ruined my stay. The system made a terrible noise throughout the night, and I honestly couldn’t sleep well. Nha Trang is already very hot and uncomfortable in September, so I had to keep deciding whether to turn the AC on or off. Either way, it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. What disappointed me even more was the response from the hotel staff. When I complained about the noise, they told me that it was normal and that the same sound could be heard in all the rooms. They said they didn’t see any problem with it. But honestly, I don’t think they really understand how bad it feels to listen to that noise all night. It’s easy to say it’s “normal” when you’re not the one staying in the room and trying to sleep there all night. I hope the hotel can understand this from a guest’s point of view. The food and service were okay, but having a terrible night’s sleep for 3 nights is something I can’t ignore. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I’ve decided not to come back.

Honestly, I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff did not seem welcoming or helpful, and the overall service felt unprofessional. I also personally felt judged by the way I was treated during check-in, possibly because I was dressed casually and not in a very luxurious way. It gave me the feeling that I was being looked down on, which was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. When an issue happened, some female staff members from the department came to the reception desk to handle it, but their communication was very rigid and uncomfortable. Their attitude did not feel polite or appropriate for customer service, which made the situation even more unpleasant. The room itself also looked very old and poorly maintained. It did not feel clean, comfortable, or worth the price. Overall, the atmosphere, service quality, and staff behavior made my stay stressful rather than enjoyable. I honestly expected a much better experience from this hotel

I had a very good time at this hotel. Looking forward to coming back here in the future. I want to thank the staff, everyone was friendly, helpful and polite. I was left with nothing but positive feelings from my vacation overall

It was so great The manager named ‘hong’ was so nice and kind to us. He called to the grab driver for our convenient, and said goodbye with a bright smile. We appreciated him so much. We met him at 3pm (july 27th) And the hotel is so good Better than other famous hotels in center of the city
