This hotel is characterised by the idea of great service. It’s located in a less busy are but still close to everything, including good restaurants and shopping malls. Inside, it’s quiet and feels quite luxurious. The staff are wonderful - from the concierge who says “Welcome Home,” as you return from a day out to the friendly guy at the pool who is so helpful with towels and sunbeds - nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is always good; plentiful, fresh and varied, with an excellent ‘egg station’! Pristine white bedding, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, great pool, fantastic views … what’s not to love? Unfortunately, the spa was closed during our stay, so I can’t review it, but the beach opposite is clean and sandy (although the waves can be fierce.) We stayed an extra week, and we’re coming back next year!

If you’re looking for a quiet vacation where you can listen to the soothing sound of ocean waves, watch the sunrise early in the morning, and take beautiful photos, Sunrise Nha Trang can be a good option. Breakfast offers a variety of choices, and you can enjoy daily walks along the beach and swim in the sea every day. We stayed here for 6 days, and overall everything was fine and felt safe. However, the room we stayed in honestly could not be rated 5 stars, even though it was cleaned every day. The ceiling light was too dim, the balcony light and one room light were not working, and the bathroom had water leaking onto the floor outside, making it slippery and easy to fall if you’re not careful. The towels were inconsistent—some thin, some thick—and did not feel new 😎. During breakfast, we noticed a few staff members speaking loudly and even discussing guests, which negatively affected our experience. Every day brings a new joy. We hope you will have a better experience with the service here.

We have travelled the world for well over 50 years and honestly, this is probably the best value / quality hotel we have stayed in. Great room, fabulous staff, quality restaurants and breakfast and absolutely top service. Nothing too much trouble - the owners/managers/staff all need congratulating. We stayed 11 nights in room 407 - the view from the balcony is amazing. If we ever come to Nha Trang again (and why not - it’s a lovely place to visit in January) we will undoubtedly stay at The Sunrise Hotel and Spa.

My extended family and i stayed at this hotel for 5 days. I have read a variety of reviews regarding this hotel. We found it wonderful. It is older, and that is not a bad thing. The room I had was large, clean, fantastic bed and pillows (this is very important). Outstanding ambience in the front restaurant where we all keep meeting as we enjoyed the feel of this place. Our breakfasts were serenaded by piano playing that was delightful. As a family, there was many requests for assistance before we arrived, whist we were there and after we departed (made sure we were informed of items left behind). The front desk staff were impeccably professional and took care of everything. The Day Spa worked wonders for me, and i enjoyed starting my day with the gym. It felt like a really well run hotel that catered to all our needs and requests. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff in a prime location of Nha Trang. Rooms are so spacious and clean with breathtaking ocean view and an elegant balcony. I’ve stayed here twice and will return for sure. I really enjoyed live piano music played by talented pianists during breakfast each morning.
