I stayed at this hotel last week and booked the trip through Fisher.cz. We were very happy with our stay. At first, I had a lot of doubts because I had read many negative reviews, but I honestly think the hotel deserves a solid 4 stars, or even 4+. The rooms are nice and simple, but they have everything you need: a mini fridge, air conditioning, and a balcony. Everything was comfortable and practical. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, and clearly did their best to make guests feel welcome. The food was delicious and varied. There were seafood dishes, a wide selection of salads, different kinds of meat, side dishes, fresh fruit, and desserts. The hotel also has three swimming pools with different depths, and the beach is right next to it. The sea is beautiful, and the sandy beach is excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel!

I thought the one star reviews were overreacting, but the amount of disrespect I experienced at this hotel was on another level. I was on an 8 hour tour around the island and when I came back I found my room and my stuff completely soaked in raw sewage, actual fecal matter had covered the whole floor. Housekeeping was actively cleaning up, but I was not notified in any way of this incident. Apparently a toilet blockage had led to 4 rooms flooding. While I can understand that accidents like this can happen the way they handled it was genuinely rude. At first, they just tried to clean the room and pass it off as nothing happened. Then I had the front desk come check out the room and as I showed them my soaked luggage they picked up a few dry clothes from the top and acted like it was not a big deal. I demanded a new room and they reluctantly gave it to me, when I asked about what would happen with my belongings the smugly suggested that it was not their problem and that I had to deal with it. I argued with the front desk for over 45 min to get a measly offer of laundry and a new luggage. I had no clothes to change into for the whole day so out of frustration I just ask for a refund for my last day instead, I wanted to get out and buy some clothes with the refund money and sleep anywhere else. They refused any sort of refund which seems to me like the least you can do for a customer whose entire belongings got soaked in your hotels feces. The whole time the hotels staff was dismissive and cold, how can a whole facility be so inhuman towards a guest is what I wandered throughout this interaction. You deserve to be treated with respect, spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

- We arrived a day later, yet the room was not cleaned yet. - We were expecting a room with double bed, sofa and high bed. Yet there was no sofabed. - The high sleeper bed was very dangerous. My daughter was climbing very carefully and yet she fell of with ladder and all, it is not secure in any way. Also the wooden screen moves to easily to be safe. -The food was a 4/10 at best as well. Not tasty, very vinegary, greasy etc. My kids survived on French fries and cucumber. Even broccoli had vinegar on it. -The drinks were way to sweet and also not tasty. - Also very noisy hotel. You hear everything in the hallway. Everyone that passes seems like they pass through the room. Fireworks at random days . It makes it very hard to sleep. - The pool closes at 18 I which seems way to early during summer. - The rooms were cleaned daily yet there was sand everywhere. They don't use a vacuum, the use a duster and bin. +The cleaning service is working very hard and try their best, but don't have the right equipment. Also there were ants everywhere. + The people were friendly and tried to keep everything tidy and clean. Almost no insects that bother you. + the beach is literally next to the hotel, also shops and restaurants are nearby.

Unfortunately, our experience at Tsilivi Beach Hotel was extremely disappointing and I honestly do not think it deserves 4 stars. At best, I would rate it as a 2-star hotel. The food was probably the worst part. It was repetitive, bland and there was very little variety. It often felt like food that had not been used the previous day was simply served again the next day in a slightly different form. By the third day, we had completely lost our appetite for eating at the hotel. For a hotel in Greece, it was also very disappointing to see almost no traditional Greek food. There was practically no entertainment, nothing interesting for children and very little atmosphere in general. Everything felt boring and plain, which is especially disappointing when you are paying quite a lot for a family holiday. The rooms were another major problem. We experienced what appeared to be bed bug bites and were bitten badly during our stay. We also noticed other guests with similar-looking bites, which made the situation even more concerning. The drinks were terrible as well. Most of them tasted extremely watered down, almost like water mixed with a little flavouring. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were friendly and polite. Overall, this hotel is far too expensive for what it offers. The quality, food, facilities and overall experience are nowhere near what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, I would not return and I cannot recommend it. It was simply not worth the money.

We had a wonderful stay 😊The location is perfect, right on the beach, and the food was really tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very nice, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back. 😊 Thank you!
