My name is Sharon Gosling. Pleasant good afternoon, I am back to review the remaining 3 days. We left on Monday the 19/10. The food is horrible, only the breakfast I can honestly say is 6/10. They need to review the menu for lunch and dinner. They need experience chef. You have to give reason to request take away boxes for snacks. We were told to take snacks in hand towels. I can read that in so many ways, was so disappointed. There was one front desk receptionist that was so amazing, disappointed I didn’t take her name. She is very professional and helpful.

We stayed here on the 8th September for a week thinking it was going to be great for an all inclusive. We were totally let down. When we got to our rooms there was no bottled water so we had to go to the nearest shop. The food I give 3out of 5. The cooked food was luke warm and very repetitive. We ate out more than we ate in. What really upset me was my other daughter and her partner were staying in the sister hotel for adults only so we went over to see them and have fun, but no, we wernt allowed to mingle! We were wearing an all inclusive wristband which says on the website you can use the pool on either side of the complex but we were told to leave! Which last year also we could!. My partner told the manager and he said no we couldn't mingle as they changed the rules and was very rude about it, which it states on the Internet you can! Also, my daughter booked a taxi for the 5 of us and when it turned up the taxi driver said he couldn't fit us all in so someone else took that. The hotel manager came out and said my daughter booked it for 4 people, and clearly she didn't! He was very argumentative and spoke to us like dirt! We will definitely not return to this place again!

We had a wonderful stay 😊The location is perfect, right on the beach, and the food was really tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very nice, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back. 😊 Thank you!

I stayed at this hotel last week and booked the trip through Fisher.cz. We were very happy with our stay. At first, I had a lot of doubts because I had read many negative reviews, but I honestly think the hotel deserves a solid 4 stars, or even 4+. The rooms are nice and simple, but they have everything you need: a mini fridge, air conditioning, and a balcony. Everything was comfortable and practical. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, and clearly did their best to make guests feel welcome. The food was delicious and varied. There were seafood dishes, a wide selection of salads, different kinds of meat, side dishes, fresh fruit, and desserts. The hotel also has three swimming pools with different depths, and the beach is right next to it. The sea is beautiful, and the sandy beach is excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel!

I stayed here From the 8th September to the 15th in room 108.. I wouldn't come back to this hotel again its not worth 1200 for a week iv paid less and got better!... The all inclusive is one of worse iv had.. No water in rooms provided... they dont give you bottled water you have to use the dispensers in paper cups.. The cocktails were tooo sweet and the food wasnt all that good very repetitive we eaten out more than we eaten in... Iv never been to an all inclusive hotel and seen no poolside entertainment so I was bored there most days especially it being a family hotel you'd expect pool games and stuff... there wasn't any night time entertainment either apart from one night of karaoke... The room was clean and bed was comfy but twice they never changed my Towels.. It's a shame because its a nice looking hotel and location is great with the view. Everything else just let's it down.. we also assumed you could use the adult pool in the sister hotel next door as they use our restaurant and that we had family over there but got told we cant use it but it says on the website u can ? So No won't be staying here again unfortunately.
