The front desk staff radiated professionalism and sophisticated charm, handling the check-in process with astonishing efficiency while ensuring I felt deeply valued as a distinguished guest. Every single staff member I encountered possessed an intuitive understanding of luxury service—attentive without being intrusive, and remarkably polished in every interaction.The Windsor truly epitomizes world-class luxury, where magnificent aesthetics meet a rare, heartfelt dedication to guest satisfaction. Every touchpoint of this stay was an absolute perfection. I extend my highest commendations to the management and the phenomenal team. I didn’t stay here directly, but I’ve visited several times while accompanying friends who were guests at the hotel. My friends really enjoy staying here and often choose this hotel whenever they visit Saigon. The Chinese cuisine served by Ngan Dinh Restaurant on the 5th floor is excellent. The hotel has also recently updated its breakfast buffet policy. While there may be fewer food options than before, the overall quality seems to have improved. The Hotel also offer a seafood BBQ buffet on selected evenings on the 25th floor. The view is great, also the cocktails and the staffs. The hotel are friendly and accommodating, especially for guests using wheelchairs. Overall, the service is very good, making this a great option for visitors returning to Saigon.

My stay at Windsor Hotel was profoundly disappointing and far below what one would reasonably expect from a property marketed as a five-star hotel. I transferred to the hotel immediately after being discharged from the hospital, specifically seeking comfort, reliability, and attentive service during a physically vulnerable time. Given the hotel’s reputation and proximity to my previous accommodation, I trusted that my needs as a guest would be handled with professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I called to request room service and ordered soup, I was informed that room service was unavailable because the kitchen was “busy.” For a five-star establishment, refusing a basic room service request, especially from an unwell guest, reflects a serious lapse in hospitality standards. Availability of essential services should never depend on convenience. This experience raises an important question about how the hotel defines five-star service. Based on my stay, the rating feels misleading. Luxury is not defined by décor alone but by the consistency, responsiveness, and care shown to guests. Sadly, this was missing. The overall experience was frustrating and stressful at a time when comfort should have been the priority. Because of this, I cannot recommend Windsor Hotel and would strongly encourage management to reassess their service standards to ensure guests receive the level of care they are promised.

This was my first visit to Vietnam, and my family recommended the Windsor Hotel in District 5. It turned out to be a great choice. The hotel is in a prime location, close to many restaurants, markets, and attractions, which made exploring very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and professional throughout our stay. A special mention to the manager, Tung, who went above and beyond for us. We flew from Los Angeles to Vietnam, and after a 16-hour flight, we arrived with a party of six, including four elderly family members. Tung was very accommodating and helped make our check-in and stay smooth and comfortable for everyone. I highly recommend Windsor Hotel for families, especially those traveling with older relatives or arriving after a long international flight.

From the moment I arrived the 5 star service was given, the room was immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful with requests. They also spoke great English and Mandarin which helped my trip. Photo shows the check in level 4 the high ceilings and beautiful decor.
