5* holiday. Firstly The hotel is clean , tidy and very well run, the staff are like a well oiled machine. Plenty staff on the bar, at breakfast. The rooms are large with plenty space, we had room 2026 swim up room which is right round the corner from kids club , easy access and you are close by. My daughter loved kids club 10.30am till 12.30am aircon room with games and activities, great for 2hour chill before plenty of time in the swim up room. The main pool is more active and has music and games , the kids pirate pool with slides is actually nice and calm as its for the smaller kids. The private swim rooms pools are more chill. Dont buy floats they have a re-use bin where you can leave when bought which i think is great, people just need to know about it as i see people buying more when they could just all share. There is a supermaket 100m from the hotel with everything you need and the harbour is 10min walk away with shops and great food. Most of the drinks are all included like bottle beers and frappa chappa coffeè the wife kept having. All in all the holiday was a success. Only thing to say the aircon has a mind if its own somtimes at night can be rattling, Thank you.

Stayed here for 10 nights in August 2026. Great hotel for families as loads for the kids. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit dated. Food is presented well but the majority of it is just warm or cold. Bacon was rock hard and cold. The show cooking food just sits on hot plates and if you don't get it straight away is goes cold. quickly. Pool bar is fine with freshly cooked food so this it hot. Overall good hotel but expected more for what we paid.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Zafiro Menorca and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The accommodation, although not large, was very comfortable throughout our stay. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making us feel well looked after from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety at every meal and a consistently high standard of quality. The resort itself has a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for families looking for a quieter holiday. A fantastic place to unwind, with excellent facilities and service. We’d happily return in the future.

The hotel and staff are amazing Food is fantastic Kids were never out the pool The day activities in and around the pool are great as it helps break the day up from just being in the pool. Only small criticism is the having to give the room key card every time for drinks even if your all inclusive. You get a wrist band that says you’re all inclusive so not sure why the room key is needed. A better idea would be to have room key wrist bands that do everything. Apart from this it was 10 days of haven. Definitely recommend here

We LOVED our stay here last week, with our two little boys ages 2 and 3. The splash pool is brilliant for little ones who are able to stand and move around throughout, and the pirate ship is fantastic. The bouncy pillow pool was a huge hit with my eldest! Cocktails were also very nice. Mostly though- The food was incredible - better than I could have imagined for an all inclusive! With fresh omelette stations in the morning, sushi night, a range of really nice fresh salads every night, nice cold meats, nice little cakes and icecreams for pudding, lots of fresh vegetables to choose from, and different options for good meat and fish every night too. My children loved the options of food which is what I worried about and there were always plain options ready for little ones too if they weren’t in the mood to be adventurous. The lunch poolside was brilliant (see pics). Beds were comfy. There is a bouncy castle next to the entertainment stage which is brilliant after dinner. The only downsides for us was it wasn’t really walkable to the beach, although we did visit the lighthouse nearby which was beautiful, and WiFi in our room at the corner of the resort wasn’t very strong but that was OK. The staff on reception are really welcoming and helpful and kind. Massively recommend!
