Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides. Staff were phenomenal - look forward to coming back!

Yesterday me along with a couple of my friends went to the hotel for a private official event. The security agent there asked us in an interrogative tone regarding our visit and told us that the event is over. He wasn’t even taking up our car for the valet. Somehow we entered the hotel lobby after telling him that we will check it out ourselves, he followed us and asked us TO LEAVE the hotel as the event was over. We called our event manager and it was pretty much going on. This is absolutely rude and disrespectful. These people are divisive based on your appearance and monetary appeal. I deserve an apology for this. HILTON, take note.

I recently had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere exuded a sense of luxury and cleanliness that set the tone for my entire visit. The room provided ample space, allowing me to relax and unwind comfortably. The entire team deserves commendation for their impeccable service, making my stay truly memorable. I can't wait to return and experience this superb hospitality again.

I always preferred to stay because of amazing team they have, but i noticed this time the lady in reception “May “she should not handle the front area ,the way she dealt treat us we never had it before.The manager Bilal was really helpful and he managed that negative situation with her and even he gave us a complimentary upgrade. Rooms were very clean and filled all our needs ,the amazing welcome deco from housekeeping team was mind blowing , i really got happy in a way that good team still exist.Food was good too but the service team needs improvement too.

I am very disappointed with Hilton this time. I visited for a night stay and the room was sea view on 4th floor. The toilet was smelling very bad. I had to call them 3 times for someone to come and check. Later, they came and said that they applied chemical. It was just normal toilet cleaner and the smell remained once the smell of toilet cleaner eventually faded. It was smelling the same for the whole stay and really is unexpected and unacceptable from a brand like Hilton. How could they be so irresponsible allocating such rooms to visitors without addressing or fixing the issue. Apart from this, which spoiled my experience in rooms we enjoyed and had great time.

We had a wonderful stay. The family room was very spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and amazing throughout our stay, and they accommodated our requests every single time without hesitation. A special mention to Jemi and Habiba, who went above and beyond to make everything easier for us. The property itself is very clean and well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. There are also great dining options available nearby, including Claw and Karma Café, which added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

Great hotel, and no doubt it will be even better in the next coming years when the surrounding hotels shops and restaurants have been built. Plenty of food choice in the flavour cafe with the friendliest and kindest of staff who all went above and beyond. Special mention to Aye Aye who checked us in for food on a daily, Kamal who worked as a waiter and Toe and Rahul who worked in the H20 bar. There are so many more staff members to mention as every single one of them made it a great experience. And lastly the young gentleman who ran the aqua gym, what a great people person very friendly and a great guy. Rooms were very spacious and immaculate, water was refilled daily. Rooms had a fridge, iron, and toiletries. Sea view rooms were great as you could see sunrise from your balcony.

Ok so this was an exceptional experience. My wife let the hotel know it was my birthday, they delivered cake and made up the bed with a big happy birthday sign. Thank you for your kindness. Rooms are great fresh and new. Staff hard working and polite. It's a busy hotel and we had a great time. Thank you.

One of the Best Staycation we had in months. Despite of being the busiest period of the year, check In process was smooth and fast, kudos to Carlos!!!! A big Thanks to Habiba and her team (Nishu, Anju) (Flavors Restraunt) for taking care of our special request for Vegeterian Breakfast. Housekeeping was upto the mark and supporting staff did their Job perfectly. Beach and Pool was clean. Big kudos to Team Hydro (Magdy and Omar) for water adventure sports. Would Love to visit again and highly recommend to others.

I had a grand and fun time spending my birthday (nov.6) here at Hampton, Marjan Island Ras Al Khaima. Big thank you to SIR CARLO & KENT ( at the reception) who are so accomodating and informed us all the available promos to avail during our stay. They surprised me with a birthday cake and thank you cake for staying with them. Upgraded my room into a fabulous & cozy one. Great time to spend all day with lots of fun and activities for all ages. no doubt for the foods they offer with lots of varieties to choose from & definitely delicious. Great hotel with top notch staff. I want to thank Kapila, Lakshika, Malisha and Dylan for their amazing hospitality which made my trip a memorable experience. They were so kind and generous to assist us with best in class service and because of that we felt the hotel a great place to stay. Especially with the kids. I also want to thank Ravi from the restaurant who made sure that we have access to food that fits us, since we felt that restaurant had limited food options. Except for the restaurant all other things were perfect for a stay. I believe that restaurant needs to improve their food quality to touch the taste buds.

I had an amazing time at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah! The bar is absolutely fantastic — great atmosphere, excellent music, and top-notch service. A special shoutout to Amit and Mohsen, who made the evening unforgettable with their friendly attitude, professionalism, and perfect drink recommendations. They truly know how to make guests feel welcome! The room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the water — the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable; every staff member I interacted with was courteous and attentive. The location is also a highlight — peaceful, scenic, and just a short distance from some great local attractions. Thank you for accomodating with us.. its an awesome experience. My kids super enjoy, its good for Family number 1… Though some issues happened got delayed the room but they gave us an upgraded room and it was awesome suite with nice view and nice veranda.. thank you for Mr. Sunil from the reception for always checking us and also for Mr. Arif who cleaned our room and gave whatever request we wanted. Totally all the staff very helpful and easy to approach .. all if them smiling ! I really highly recommend this hotel !! Keep up the good work guys!! Thumbs up 👍👍

We had an amazing experience at the Movenpick Hotel, and we highly recommend the Kids Club Starfish! The staff were incredibly warm and caring, making our children feel welcome and entertained throughout our stay. The activities were fun, safe, and perfectly designed for kids of all ages. A very special thank-you to Mizu from the Kids Club. We met him on our last day, and we are so happy we did his kindness, energy, and genuine care left a wonderful impression on our whole family. He made our children feel special, and we truly appreciate his effort. Overall, our stay at the Movenpick Hotel was fantastic, and the Kids Club Starfish made it even more memorable. We highly recommend it to any family looking for a fun and relaxing holiday!
