Room was fine, clean and well maintained. Our cleaner was very efficient and friendly. Food was excellent and generally varied in the restaurant. Food in the pool area was limited and cold, wouldn't want to rely on this food! The biggest downside for me, and probably why I wouldn't return is the lack of a proper bar. There are two bars, one is the pool-bar and is well stocked, however the entertainment is carried-out here, so not great if you're not a fan of this, or if it's cold or raining. The other bar is indoors, but is located in the reception lobby, and poorly stocked, and very limited seating. Why have a bar where the majority of people are wheeling around suitcases?

We have come back to this hotel the last four years. We were here for 10 days in the middle of February as a group of 10 (mix of adults and children). The service levels are great especially Ali one of the managers who always makes us feel very welcome and is great with the kids and really helpful with any thing you need. Gustavo one of the chefs is great always has a big smile and nothing is to much my niece has a gluten intolerance and he always makes sure there is pasta or other products for her. The hotel has a lovely dining, good selection of pools different temperatures and a few little slides, the bar area is always clean and well stocked and the entertainment team are very friendly and talented my daughters love the shows and all the daytime games. Ewan was a particular favourite of my nephew.

Lovely rooms with excellent, friendly cleaners. Generally the staff are nice but in the bar they can be a bit standoffish. Location ok but a bit out on a limb and lots of steps to the beach (154)!! Food has been lovely in the restaurant with a good choice at all mealtimes. The pool bar food is dreadful, cold, dried up and a poor token. Good selection of drinks however the wine tastes like paint stripper and the cocktails are so sweet you'll get diabetes after one!!

The beds were lovely and comfy and everywhere was beautifully clean. The food was tasty and we had a different choice every day. The shuffleboard was great fun! The swimming pools were beautiful, especially at night, but the deep pool was freezing! The middle sized one was fine, but the weather became very windy at the end of our holiday, (in February), and we were glad that we'd packed our wetsuits! Would love to come back and stay here again!

We have 1 day left of our first family holiday away in the sun and i felt the need to write a review. If you're a family looking for a place to stay and ease the anxiety of the kids having enough to do and knowing they're safe then look no further. Our time here has been beyond what we could have expected. The family room we were given was spacious with enough balcony space for a 2 and 4 year old to run around with no worries. Im not looking to give the impression that this is the ritz because it isn't but it is a fantastic all inclusive family location. Enough variety in food for everyone imo, of course things can get samey but that's the case anywhere you go and you can always jump in a cab to the yumbo centre or walk down towards the beach front for a change. Great pools, yes one of them is cold but tbh with the heat-it's welcomed. Most importantly the entertainment team and the staff in general are what have made this holiday what it's been Alison, Jessica, Luca, Aiden, Ashley, Yousef, Anna,Lucas I hope i've got everyones names (apologies if not) I personally cannot thank you enough for the attention and memories you have given our kids, especially Walter-he has had the best time and I know from our own experiences on holidays like these as kids, he will remember you all forever and miss you and all the hugs and high fives. Thank you for being a part of our core memory! We hope to be back soon! Karl,Charlotte,Walter and Quinn!
