Room was fine, clean and well maintained. Our cleaner was very efficient and friendly. Food was excellent and generally varied in the restaurant. Food in the pool area was limited and cold, wouldn't want to rely on this food! The biggest downside for me, and probably why I wouldn't return is the lack of a proper bar. There are two bars, one is the pool-bar and is well stocked, however the entertainment is carried-out here, so not great if you're not a fan of this, or if it's cold or raining. The other bar is indoors, but is located in the reception lobby, and poorly stocked, and very limited seating. Why have a bar where the majority of people are wheeling around suitcases?

Lovely rooms with excellent, friendly cleaners. Generally the staff are nice but in the bar they can be a bit standoffish. Location ok but a bit out on a limb and lots of steps to the beach (154)!! Food has been lovely in the restaurant with a good choice at all mealtimes. The pool bar food is dreadful, cold, dried up and a poor token. Good selection of drinks however the wine tastes like paint stripper and the cocktails are so sweet you'll get diabetes after one!!

Such a fantastic resort for families. Upon arrival the atmosphere was already chilled. Great service at the front desk and the reception area smelt amazing! A very subtle vanilla smell. Room was very spacious. We had a ground floor room so we had a great space out of our patio doors for our 1.5yr old to play. They had a cute little play tent and a wooden toy in the room which our son instantly engaged with. The pools are brilliant. With so many loungers and shade, so you're not having to fight for them. And they actually roped off the pools at night until around 9am which was brilliant to stop the "lounger snatches" who claim them but never actually use them. The main restaurant was great. So many options for food. And there was never a day where we were worried about our son not eating something (he's a very fussy eater). Every member of staff were so friendly and helpful. Throughout the whole hotel. We booked to have some private photos taken by the on-site photographer too. Our son is not very cooperative with stuff like this, so we were very skeptical. But the photographer (Lucia) was brilliant and we ended up with over 100 photos of us all which we absolutely fell in love with. The kids entertainment was very engaging in the evenings. Our little one loved it. Especially when he got to go up on the stage to join the train line dance around the entertainment area. Taxis were so easy to organise at the front desk. Arriving within 5 minutes of ordering. And were reasonably priced to get to palmitos park. Which was also a fantastic day out. I would highly recommend this resort to any family looking for a fun, chilled and spacious environment. We will definitely be considering coming back when we look to plan another family holiday in the future.

We stayed at Abora Interclub Atlantic by Lopesan and overall had a really great experience, especially travelling with two small children. We booked what we thought was just a family room, but it turned out to be more like a duplex villa. Downstairs there was a living/dining area, a bathroom, and a terrace with sea views. Upstairs there were two double bedrooms, one of them with its own private terrace and beautiful sea views as well. It was honestly a very pleasant surprise. The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, and in general we found the hotel very recommendable. Of course, with an all-inclusive resort there can always be small things to improve — for example, one morning there was barely any fruit left at breakfast — but honestly, I think it’s very difficult for any all-inclusive hotel in the world to offer a completely flawless service at all times. Still, I’m giving 5/5 for pretty much everything. The only slightly lower score would be for the location, not because it’s bad, but because the hotel is located on an elevated area and that’s not very obvious on Google Maps. Going down to the beach is easy, but coming back up with small children can take around 20–25 minutes and feels a bit tiring. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

Fantastic. A well maintained, clean and tidy resort. I went away with my family and friends and we all loved it. The venue was well laid out, everything you could want was there. The facilities wre great. The swimming pools were great, along with flumes and children's splash park. We went all-inclusive and it was worth it. The main restaurant was fantastic, plenty of daily choice, very good quality and was very clean. The drinks from the bar or self service was brilliant especially the cocktails. The staff were always polite, friendly and seamed that they enjoyed their jobs. The entertainment team was the best I have seen, highly motivated, skilled and bilingual. The evening entertainment was great, they rehearsed this and it showed. Top quality. Great music and props. Just as enjoyable for children as us the adults. I would recommend this place and would go again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
