Marjorie checked us in and set the tone for our whole stay, which was absolutely wonderful. Her kindness was so refreshing. She is a VIP employee and deserves a raise. Thank you Marjorie!! We booked this hotel last minute and we are so happy that we did. We love that it’s adults only. The hotel is clean, classy, and the location was the icing on the cake. We spent several hours in the afternoon at the pool, which was great. They have a restaurant right at the pool where you can order snacks, full meals, and or drinks. The room was awesome, the shower had great water pressure and the beds were comfortable. We ate dinner on our balcony, which overlooked the pool and the very beautifully landscaped surrounding area. To our surprise, there was live entertainers who sang during the dinner hours. They were fantastic with great voices. The breakfast buffet had something for everybody. The staff at the breakfast buffet and throughout the hotel, were all very kind. Thank you!!

We absolutely loved our holiday here! We are a couple in our early twenties, and we had plenty to do with both the bar at the hotel as well as being so close to the Yumbo centre. The staff are lovely and so helpful, they all work really hard to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Rooms are slightly dated but the beds are comfy, you have air con and a fan and they are always kept very clean - so no complaints about them whatsoever. The food was great, and the pool area always had sunbeds available as you cannot reserve until 10am, when (In July at least) the sun is not yet covering the pool. We also loved the Bony M experience entertainment- they were great fun! We arrived late and they provided us with some food, and if leaving late you have access to courtesy rooms. Overall, a fab hotel in a great location! Thank you to everyone!

Currently staying at this hotel for 7 nights and honestly having a great experience so far. First of all, I would like to give special thanks to Noelia at reception — she was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful, and explained everything to us with a smile. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the shower is excellent with very good water pressure. The breakfast and dinner included with our stay were also really enjoyable — the food was always fresh and tasty with a good variety. Our room overlooks the pool area, and despite some reviews mentioning noise from the entertainment, we personally had no issues at all. By 11 PM everything was quiet and peaceful. This is not my first time in Gran Canaria and I have stayed in many hotels here before. This hotel definitely deserves a 5-star review, and I would happily come back again in the future.

Excellent location with the Yumbo only a stones throw. Staff are very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Room is immaculate and cleaners do a fantastic job. Pool view from the room was fabulous. Pool area is kept spotless. The breakfast selection is so good. So many different kinds of egg to choose, hash browns, continental selections, fruit, juice, tea and coffee and a wide selection of bread. I will definitely return again. Only drawback is there is no bin in the room, only in the bathroom.

Just returned after a 6 nights solo trip at the Servatur Don Miguel. Ill start with the good parts, staff were amazing, everyone was very friendly ( reception not so much, especially the young blonde fella who seemed in disbelief when i told him about the food quality) but the rest of staff were very friendly, chatty and definitely provided a service with a smile. Location was really good, close to beach shops etc, i recommend visiting puerto de mogan which is an hour away by bus, beautiful scenery. Staff at the restaurant and pool very helpful and always smiling. Cocktails at the pool very tasty, so was the food a la carte. The bad parts, the buffet food. Especially dinner, way below standards, food was below basic, no taste, no flavour, no texture. The meat kept having a funny taste every single time, I complained about this multiple times!! salad was dry every single day, they wouldn’t even chop their tomatoes, cucumbers as dry as sahara desert, ridiculous. There were very few options, very little choices. Deserts were shop bought most definitely, tasted horrible .Highly disappointing. I DO NOT recommend going half board. Breakfast was decent but still below of what was expected. Rooms clean but looking tired, definitely needs a improvement. Towels were changed everyday however no mopping or cleaning was done. Overall not bad but not sure I would stay again. Probably I would just come back for the pool and cocktails.
