Well what can i say all good about the hotel, staff and cleanilness was very good . Me, my mom and her friend wanted a relaxing holiday and we got exactly that, the hotel and surrounding area was great. We arrived late evening and they had prepared some food which was nice of the hotel. The room was very clean , the housekeeper who was looking after our room was smiley and friendly all the time. We went half board their was so much choice for breakfast and the same for dinner. It really does make your holiday specially when it's kept clean and tidy the pool was also kepted clean and tidy at all times i'd defintently go back there again and the staff worked really hard i spent my birthday there my mom and her friend got me a cake while at the hotel. It was a big cake to much for us so we shared with the lovely staff. Because they where so helpful and friendly Thank you to the staff at Don miguel for making my birthday and our holiday special

Booked here because of it's stunning location to the yumbo and on a recommendation. Check in was hassle free and staff friendly. Options about breakfast and pool towels explained. Room was a twin supreme over looking street and hotel next door, was just enough back from main road to not be to loud. Room had plenty of storage, safe, towels, spare pillows if needed. Bathroom was great size as well. Room was cleaned every day, bedding wasn't, towels changed every day. Breakfast plenty of choice wow!! Very fresh and nice, staff again friendly. Pool area on busy days filled up quickly . Nice relaxing area. Not to loud. A wonderful stay, Shall be booking here again next time I'm over.

Clean comfortable and 5 star customer service. Everything I needed, like an iron was supplied although the hotel was busy. Food was pretty good something for everyone. Comfy beds room 315 nice view over the pool on 3rd floor. Great location for Yumbo centre but also nice and quiet. It's good for solos and couples I'd say. Good access for wheelchair users too.

I recently returned to Servatur Don Miguel after a six-year gap, having stayed there several times in the past when it was part of the Riu group. We had originally been booked just before lockdown, and by the time we rebooked, the hotel had changed to the Servatur chain. Because we had such great experiences before, we decided to give it another try—but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our expectations. We paid extra for a pool-view room and I did get the exact room I had requested, which was a real positive. However, the room itself felt tired and in need of updating. After six years, I was surprised that very little seems to have changed—fixtures and furnishings are clearly due for replacement, and some attention to detail is lacking. Small touches that used to make the stay feel special, like tea and coffee facilities in the room, are no longer provided. The overall experience has lost some of the little luxuries that set it apart before. Even at the bar, things felt more basic—extras like complimentary nuts that we remembered from previous stays were missing. Food was another disappointment. While there was always something available, the quality and variety felt quite basic. I found myself struggling to put together satisfying meals and often defaulted to simple options like meat and chips. Breakfast, in particular, was underwhelming, and the coffee was a low point—the machines produced something closer to sludge than a proper cup of coffee, which really let the experience down. It’s a real shame, as this used to be a hotel I returned to again and again with confidence. Sadly, under the Servatur brand, it no longer offers the same standard, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

The hotel is very clean, rooms are a decent size. Staff are amazing. Very helpful, especially Patricia (short hair and walks about very authoritative). Yes some of the furniture could do with a service. (ie.. some of the wood swollen with old age and damp.) Bed is very comfortable, sheets are clean and room is serviced very well every day. Pool area is amazing, along with the sunbeds. Outside bar and stage is a nice touch. Would I return?.. hell yes.
