Disappointing customer service and poor value for a 4-star hotel. I accidentally booked the wrong dates about one month before my stay. I cancelled the reservation within minutes and immediately requested a refund. The booking application showed that the refund request had been sent to the hotel and was still being processed. I then booked the same hotel again for the correct dates, so the hotel still received my business. When I arrived, I explained the situation and asked whether they could refund the original booking or offer some form of compensation. The staff simply told me that the booking platform had to handle everything. They showed no interest in helping, even though the refund request appeared to require action from the hotel. I found this response very uncommercial and disappointing. I had paid twice because of a mistake corrected within minutes, yet the hotel offered no solution or goodwill gesture. The room also had visible paint damage, which I did not expect from a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was average and did not match the standard or price of the property. Santorini has many hotels with better customer service and better attention to detail. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

The hotel is located in a very scenic area of Santorini. Also, the service is great throughout the hotel and on the beach. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The only slight downside is the limited options and quality of breakfast. However, there is some great breakfast options located next to the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for the last 2 years, and it is in a great location in Kamari beautiful views. Plenty of restaurants and shops the beach is volcanic black sand. The hotel is divided up between old and new rooms. In our opinion the older block of rooms are better. The breakfast which is included is just ok, only one toaster machine for the whole hotel which isn't ideal, need at least 2 more so people are not waiting for their toast to be ready. The food is Luke warm and need to have proper hot plates. We really do like this hotel the only real gripe is the WiFi it's chronic, worst we have ever encountered. The hotel really does need to upgrade it because if your reliant on using WiFi then forget it you will need your phone data to give you stable and reliable streaming. The house keeping here is excellent in our opinion the towels and beds are made every day , the staff do work hard to keep this level of standard above others so well done in this department. Over all I would recommend this hotel even though some improvements need to be made. This review is an honest opinion of a middle aged couple who only post reviews based on true experiences.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Restaurant and Beach are nice, sunbeds are free for guests. We booked the junior suite, weich was a bit too small for our Taste, also the Wifi is really Bad unfortunately. One thing to Improve would be to add some hooks to Hang up the towels. Apart from that everything is really clean and new and nicely designed.

Lovely hotel, fantastic location on the seafront with many restaurants and shops walking distance. The hotel restaurant is fantastic. There are a good variety of pools. The rooms are pretty standard but the service is great.
