Stunning, incredible views, once in a lifetime, the photos do not do it justice. Service is impeccable and the spa is a must. This place is a paradise and anybody getting to stay here at this rate is iconic. Please don’t skip over this, if oia is sold out - step into this secluded oasis.

Had the most luxurious stay at this hotel. Our room was facing the sea which was so soothing and calming. Rooms are spacious and are cleaned nicely with an evening turn down service. Rooms also smell great and toiletries are vegan and smell amazing. Breakfast was included and had various options though limited for someone who was vegetarian as no other options other than eggs for a protein hit. Staff is nice and friendly with the only irritating habit of asking for tips at every possible opportunity.. considering this is a 4 star people will tip. You don’t need to ask each day at breakfast, at checkout, at dinner etc.

Yes definitely a very nice place to relax, forget about the city stress and enjoy the beautiful panorama of the santorini caldera. Our room had a private pool with hot water, a large terrace where is is particle and pleasant to have a private dinner in the evening. The view is great. The bar and restaurant offer great table overlooking the infinite sea. Good service. To reach any place you need a transportation

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff was magnificent. The entire hotel, view, food, service, & relaxation was incredible. By far this hotel was the highlight of our entire Greece trip. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had to do a late cancel due to an health my disabled partner had the day of taking the boat, due to her condition.The management was contacted immediately, and denied to refund us. After hours of struggles and dealing with unfortunate health circumstances, they approved no more than 50% refund, after providing doctors notes (which management requested). He have sent so many documents, and proofs, and the hospital note too. It felt humiliating to communicate private informations this way, in this terrible situation. Heartless people like this are common in the hotel - travel industry in Santorini, which can look like a mafia often, with extremely high prices, price manipulation, abusive conditions, and so on, but it is not the majority. This is a very sad experience for us and the hotel behavior felt really rude and cold according to the circumstances. I would assume that they run their business the same way. With greed and zero heart. Therefore I would NOT recommend this place, there are a lot of hotels and I would recommend Akrotiri for the view over something on that side of the caldera where the view from the volcano (the whole point of paying a high rate) is often hidden by the rock and the caldera itself.
