We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. We booked it blind with little research into the hotel or area. We were very pleased when we arrived it was excellent. The room was a good size, the only complaint would be lack of wardrobe space. The pool area and food was great as was the entertainment team. The evening entertainment was good, we enjoyed it and it was quite varied. The hotel itself is in quite a quiet area which was perfect for what we wanted. If you are looking for lively this probably isn’t the best choice for you. There isn’t much going on in the town other than the Bea h bar and one shop. All in all the hotel was excellent thanks for having us :)

On arrival, the hotel reception and staff were excellent—friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The maid service was also exceptional throughout our stay. However, the room was very small and felt a bit tired. Although we had booked a room for three people, it was clearly not designed to accommodate three beds. Once the extra bed was added, there was barely any space left, and we couldn’t access the balcony, which was disappointing given the amazing sea view. The restaurant was okay, with a decent variety that suited most tastes. Unfortunately, my daughter didn’t enjoy the very thick pancakes, and the menu didn’t change during our second week, which made meals feel repetitive. Overall, the staff and views were definite highlights, but the room size and dining variety left room for improvement.

This hotel is perfectly located. Spotlessly clean. Lovely rooms and the pool is just beautiful. The staff are very friendly and very helpful if needed. We had the best holiday week and look forward to retuning again next year. Thank you.

Really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean. The nightly entertainment was brilliant and the staff excellent. Quite a bit of choice for breakfast and dinner but as others said the food isn't hot enough. The location is very quiet and peaceful with not a lot to do outside of the hotel. A couple of bars and two small supermarkets. Overall a great hotel.

Service at reception was very good and they were helpful with a few issues that we had. They do have gluten free beer and food you just have to ask and they will get it for you. Just make sure you ask a chef which foods you can eat and NOT the waiters. We didnt enjoy the entertainment at night as it was nearly all singers and some were not good. The area is very quiet but go for a walk and you can find some lovely coves to swim at. It is possible to catch a local bus to parts of the island you just have to plan well. Would I stay again if I was to return to Menorca yes I would.
