I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expected from a luxury resort. We stayed in the Skypool Seaview Two Bedroom Loft, one of the resort’s premium room categories. While the beach, scenery and ocean view were beautiful, almost everything else fell short. The room was spacious but felt dated, and there was visible mould in the bathroom. Breakfast offered a good variety, but the food was only average. The barista coffee was particularly disappointing, with a burnt flavour. What disappointed me the most was the service. From arrival to departure, there was a lack of attention to detail. During check-in, important information about the resort wasn’t provided, and we repeatedly had to look for staff to ask basic questions ourselves. The few trainee staff and the team delivering in-room dining were genuinely friendly and professional, but unfortunately that level of service was not consistent across the resort. At check-out, instead of asking about our overall stay or whether we had enjoyed our experience, the staff only asked about the condition of the room. We were also told that a bag was missing from the room, even though that bag was never there when we checked in. It was an uncomfortable way to end our stay. The location is also quite isolated, making it suitable only if you intend to spend your entire holiday inside the resort. For a property positioning itself as a luxury resort, I expected much better attention to detail, consistency and genuine hospitality. Sadly, this stay did not meet those expectations.

A decent hotel in the area. This one is one of three sister brands locating next to each others. They’re not in the Lang Co bay but the beach was good enough. Staffs and service are beyond my expectation. Eventhough the resort was in high occupancy, the checkin procedure was quick and caring, and all of my inquiries as well complains were listened, responsed and handled quickly and effectively. Gym, sauna and steam room for 24hrs are absolutely amazing. The gym has enough-to-fine facilities for a proper workout. Swimming pool was spectacular! It stretches all along the resort. A little tip that if you found the main pool was packed, try to follow the stream to the end for a large and empty section. The unconveniences were that the pool just opens until 18:30, it must be better to have the swimming pool run a little bit latter for guests who want to avoid the crowd from the families; the other problem was that they run some water sports like water scooter right at the main pool that makes me concern whether the participants may hit people who were swimming!! Breakfast was sufficient. Diversity salads, plenty savory/hot dishes but I was looking forward to better and more varried desserts. I got 1/2 board service here in the package at rice field restaurant that I can tell the food was just above average. It was the Vietnamese food but the flavour not for Vietnamese people! Room’s facilities were acceptable but old, I can still see a lot of scratches imprinted on the room’s door. The sound proofing was such a disappointment that i can even hear slipper walking sound. However, I love the way they did the turn down everyday always with a little biscuits and also helped folding my top very neatly. As a family hotel, they have plenty activities every day both complimentary or with fees. They were all worth-trying and the activity staffs were just so helpful. I’d had some uncomforts with the shuttle bus service but Diem My from the recep handled it with such a good manner. Overall, this hotel is good enough for 2 nights stay family vacation, in my opinion.

My husband and I just finished our second stay at Angsana Lang Co. Our first visit was January this year, and we liked it so much that we booked our 2nd trip shortly afterwards. This stay, same as the first one, was very relaxing and enjoyable. The resort is about an hour's drive from Da Dang airport. We booked the resort's private transfer and a driver picked us up. Our plane was delayed taking off, so the driver waited for us for nearly an hour, but he was all cheers and smiles as he greeted us. Our return trip to the airport, also via the resort's private transfer, was equally smooth and laid back. Angsana resort is nestled in a hill directly on the beach. Its neighbouring properties, Banyan Tree and Laguna Golf Resort, apparently belong under the same umbrella. We visited all the resorts and like Angsana the best. It's spread out, the rooms are large, spacious and airy, and it's right on a wide and long strip of beach that is well-maintained. There are tons of activities to choose from - you'll need some time reading through them and selecting the ones you're interested in! We stayed in a ground floor villa with private deck + pool and direct beach access - heavenly. It is very relaxing to chill on the deck with a drink, listening to the birds, the waves and looking through the garden out to the sea. A few days and we feel refreshed. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the colours are bright and cheerful. The grass is sooooo soft and it was a pleasure to walk on! The pool winds through the different parts of the property, so it adds a fun factor for swimmers like my husband. Strangely enough, even though it is summer, I didn't get a single mosquito bite during my stay. Service is top-notch in this resort. Our "butler", Doan, was exceptional in every way; nothing was too much hassle for him. Housekeeping was efficient and clean, and the restaurant staff are also wonderful. Meals are great - the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and you can choose to sit outside or inside. Our favourite remains the Japanese restaurant, which has a great set menu and cool ambience. Moomba the beach cafe has improved from our last visit - the Wagyu burger is excellent and so is the coconut rice. If the restaurant would try some chic Bossa Nova in place of dance music, the vibe would be even better. All in all, Angsana Lang Co has become our favourite resort for short visits to reset and rejuvenate during the course of the year, and we're already looking to book our next trip back.

Every staff member we met always had a friendly smile on their face. The service was thoughtful and professional. A special thanks to Hoang My( receptionist ) and the bellmen; they always provided us with essential information and helped us call a buggy whenever we needed. Our room was quite spacious, accommodating two families with small children, and featured a common living area and a kitchen. It was a bit of a pity that we visited during rainy and cold weather, so we couldn't explore all the activities here. Overall, this experience was definitely worth the money. -John- Follow me for more interesting updates!

We recently stayed at this hotel and I want to just highlight a few things. I stayed at many resorts across the Caribbean and this by far has to be the best resort I've ever visited hands down no question. The food was top notch. The rooms are immaculate. The overall property is pristine and immaculate. If you're considering visiting, I would absolutely pull the trigger and visit the spectacular resort. I also want to take a moment out to talk about the service that we've received in this hotel. It's by far the best service I've ever seen in a resort of this type. When you walk into a restaurant, the servers automatically know your dietary preference okay, even though you've never been there before.. they know what you like and what you don't like, what you want to eat and what you don't want to eat because you provided that information early to the hotel and the hotel shared it with all of the staff that's above and beyond excellence. I also want to comment on one particular staff member HA. She works in the moomba restaurant and has been our server for the last two lunches. I want to specifically call out her attention to detail her patience when dealing with customers, her friendly attitude, and the level of service that she provided.
