Lovely, food and wine has been fantastic. Different wide selection on the buffet every day. Proper yoghurt and a honeycomb on the breakfast bar. Great for ketogenic diet, and lots of veggy options as well as meats and fish. Nice big room with a bath and shower, sea views. Lovely pool. Nice helpful staff. Small shop on site for snacks, beach stuff. There were lots of housemartin nests about the place with baby birds being fed while we were there.

Have just returned after spending 10 nights at this beautiful hotel. We stayed on a half board basis and can say that the food and hospitality were superb. Whether you wanted hot or cold food there was always plenty of variety. The standard was so much better than we had expected, given that it also catered for all inclusive. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Now it must be said that there are quite a few steps at this hotel to take you down to the main pool. There is a smaller pool at reception level (it is really lovely) and there is a lift to use between hotel floors, just not down to the main pool. A further treat is the beautiful bay (no sand so I don’t call it a beach) at the bottom of a steep in places road. They will take you down in a buggy cart if needed but there are a few steps down to access the water. This was a real highlight of our holiday. Clear sparkling water with lots of fish to see and swim along with. There is also a free shuttle (6 mins drive) to the closest beach. All in all a superb location for what was a very relaxing holiday.

⭐ 1/5 – The Most Expensive Disappointment Having spent approximately £2,600 on this holiday, including an additional £750 for the “all inclusive” package, we expected a genuine 5-star experience. Unfortunately, Louis Apostolata Resort & Spa fell well short of those expectations. The staff were generally polite and the hotel was peaceful, but beyond that the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The hotel appeared clean at first glance, but bird droppings were common around the resort due to birds nesting throughout the property, and ants were regularly visible in hallways. Housekeeping was inconsistent, even forgetting to replace a bedsheet after cleaning our room. The room itself was poorly designed. The shower drenched the toilet area every time it was used, the “double bed” was simply two single beds pushed together, there was no iron provided, and even the safe required a separate key from reception. The bathroom layout also offered very little privacy. The biggest issue was the all inclusive package. Despite paying a significant upgrade fee, much of the drinks menu was excluded, including several cocktails, beers, wines and bottled soft drinks. The Pepsi on tap was particularly poor. Food quality was equally disappointing. The buffet regularly served food that was either undercooked, overcooked, cold or lacking flavour. The themed evenings focused more on presentation than quality, while desserts rarely changed throughout the stay. The snack bar offered limited options for all inclusive guests, small portions and restrictive serving times. The entertainment was arguably the worst part of the holiday. A member of staff constantly approached guests trying to encourage participation in activities that felt poorly organised and amateur. Music was frequently blasted around the bar area alongside flashing coloured lights, creating an atmosphere more suited to a nightclub than a relaxing resort. Even the quiz nights were poorly run, with answers written on Post-it notes and the host regularly getting their own questions wrong. The spa area was another disappointment, with one of the pools sitting completely empty throughout our stay and staff constantly approaching guests attempting to sell treatments. To finish things off, we were presented with an unexpected €150 tourist tax bill at checkout. Whilst this may have been included somewhere in the check-in paperwork, it was never verbally explained and felt like an unpleasant surprise at the end of an already expensive holiday. Overall, this hotel appears far more interested in looking luxurious than actually providing a luxury experience. Between the disappointing food, restrictive all inclusive package, poor entertainment, questionable room design and unexpected additional costs, this was not the premium holiday we were promised. I would not return and would strongly advise anyone considering the all inclusive package to save their money.

Stayed here for 4 nights in July with my girlfriend. Had an absolutely wonderful time here. The resort has a huge pool area along with plentiful sun beds. There is even access to swim in the sea at the bottom of the resort. Nice bar by the pool to, serving all kinds of beverages including cocktails. As for the food itself, we went with the half board option. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets on offer. Each day there was a different cuisine. Selection, taste and quality was all fantastic. Very accommodating to people who are allergic to gluten to. The resort also has an a la carte restaurant. Perfect for a romantic dinner overlooking the resort and area. Room was spotless and spacious, had a lovely balcony too to sit outside in the evening warmth. The hotel also runs an activity each day and night, in the evening on the terrace we did a quiz night which was a lot of fun. The hotel also has an on site store. Very useful for buying beach equipment, snacks and even some nice souvenirs. Lastly the resort offers a shuttle service to Skala beach which I highly recommend. The beach is lovely with sun beds. The people who run the sun beds offer a service where they can bring you food and drinks. The small town of Skala itself right by the beach is great for exploring along with some fantastic restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this resort, staff were fantastic, food was great and overall just a very relaxing place to be.

The hotel is excellent! The food is tasty, fresh, and every day there is something new. The service is very good, and the rooms are clean. It is a bit far from the center, but every evening there are activities at the hotel, which make the stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend
