Overall this is an average hotel. Location is great as it is within walking distance to local grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Staff is okay but most does not seem very friendly due to lack of smiles and welcoming faces. One staff member at breakfast even lied about French toast being available. Their shuttle to the resort is unreliable. Runs every hour but it only held 9 people. Does not help when you have 20 people waiting. Their restaurant and bar are good with decent food but would argue a little pricey. Not sure of we would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bay Gardens Hotel. The room, service and breakfast was definitely great value for money. It's a must stay again for me 😁😁😁, the location of the hotel is very convenient and not far at all from the amenities in Rodney Bay. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, they do everything they can to try to make your stay the best it can be, Thank you Bay Gardens!!!

My experience there was spectacular and could not be better. For breakfast I ate my belly to full. I am not lying if I say I gained 5 pound. There is quite a variety to eat. I find the staff was friendly. And the pools are fun. I also appreciate the fact that there is a shuttle to drive you to and from the different hotel locations.

Dated rooms, You can see sunlight in the door sill and kill little tiny ants (clean up every day to minimize this) daily. Deal with it... We are the foreigner in the scheme of things. The rooms temperature was great (controllable). Bus service shuttle to the three locations very helpful and appreciated. The level of security seemed perfect. We did not ever have any problems. Rooms spacious and accommodating. Had access to TV and local news. Easy pickup/dropoff location in Rodney bay. Hot water was almost hot (but after a sun burn, it was too hot). Good balance. Plenty of power outlets Beds sucked but will do. Bring a comfy blanket and thank me later. Daily room service was very accommodating and kind to us. Thank you. Plenty of room for us (3 adults) in a one queen bedroom with a living room couch pull out bed. Our youngest is now 21. He loved this trip as much as we did. A bunch of pools and lounge chairs on property. Plenty of lush landscape. Cat's work the property (pest control) and are easy going... Frogs at night make and interesting sound. If you want it dark in your room, bring a sleep mask. It a dated well sized room in paradise. Just what you were thinking you'd get... We came for the weather and tropical beaches... The bar and food staff are kind and willing to help even if its a request for ice water or just an order of fries... Wish i could highlight this point better... Really nice people all around. They treated us the way we try to treat others. Allowed us to secure our luggage before check-in as well as after checkout. All behind locked doors. Again, these are the amenities one often forgets or requires "upgraded status". Everyone gets human status here and its very good!!! Its my pleasure to state, they treated us well and wanted a good experience. Much appreciated. High praise in a contested service industry in a world of huge conglomerate corporations. A careful balance being played out respectfully each day... They just celebrated 30 years of existence. St Lucian and predominantly women in leadership. Bravo 👏👏👏 We did not know this when we booked. It was a humble celebration of their accomplishments. After a few words leadership turned to praise the loyal staff for their years of dedication. Some 30 years... They are still growing. Congratulations 🎉 May God's blessings be poured upon the establishment, its staff, and all who intentionally show their patronage. We will definitely be back.

We booked a Crouton standard king room at Bay Gardens Hotel.But found the information provided to be quite limited. We had to search separately to understand what a "Crouton Standard King Room" actually was, and only then discovered it was intended for budget-conscious travelers. Had this been clearly stated in the room description, we would not have chosen it. TV is right up in your face very small. Although they said they have upgraded us well well. We also own a time share with bay gardens beach resort and was thinking of upgrading but we have changed our mind after this. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we do not plan to return.
