My experience at the Bay Gardens Hotel was excellent! From the receptionist, to the other service members found all around the property, each and every person showed a hospitality that was authentic and enriched our experience. We stayed within the double room near the gardens. There were several pools on the property to use, breakfast (which included a wonderful local breakfast that reminded me of my childhood), and all the amenities one could need. Shuttle service to the beach (via beach resort) is very nice, but the location is quite great, close to the Rodney Bay Mall, Massy as well as other local shops. My only concern was the laundry not being in service, could have been helpful to dry wet bathing suits. We ended up using the balcony. Also, a couch would have been nice to have vs a desk in the double room to sit on vs the one chair. But these are all issues that can be circumvented. Highly recommend 👌

The resort is in a good location to walk to beach, restaurants, shopping centers. I love the shuttle bus service to the Bay Garden resort property. Tons of different types of power outlets. The hotel is spacious and the pools are nice. My room was comfortable. I wish my room had a small sofa instead of 1 rather uncomfortable chair.

I'm providing this review April 2026. So here goes, rooms are a little tired but adequate, room service very good, cleaned daily, change of towels. Staff we're very helpful, and friendly. Hotel was quiet, free shuttle from Hotel to Resort and Spa Hotel and return, which goes every hour, however you can walk between the hotels, takes approx 15 minutes. We dined at both hotels, Hotel was buffet, Resort and Spa Al-cart which we preffered for our evening meal. Food and service very good. We went on a morning rainforest and waterfall tour, good price and easy to book through hotel. We found the winding roads and hills a little nauseous in travelling in a safari vehicle. Rodney bay area seems good for a walk around, local Massey store close to hotel useful. Overall we enjoyed the holiday, areas which we thought could be improved, entertainment! very little to do, evenings no music at the hotel, not even some st lucia country music, had to frequently visit the Resort and Spa hotel for this, as carribean goes, off to bed early for early start. 3 star out of 5*s.

Very beautiful hotel! I’ve stayed at the Inn, the Hotel, and the Resort, and each one offers a different experience. The Inn is intimate and quiet—perfect if you’re looking to relax. The Hotel is more lively and fun, with karaoke nights, three pool options, a gym, and even laundry facilities. The location is very central—everything is within a 3–5 minute walk, including KFC, Subway, shops, and the mall. There’s also a convenient shuttle that runs between all three properties. The Resort provides a true getaway experience, with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and amazing views from the upstairs rooms. Guests at all three properties have access to the water park and non-motorized water sports, which is a great bonus. The food options are extensive and offer a lovely Caribbean flair. Overall, it’s always a wonderful experience. I’ve been visiting every April for the past five years, and I’ll definitely be back again next year. It truly feels like a home away from home—with an added touch of fun!

The location is really good, it's one of the main reasons I'd return. The room was okay, we had an issue with the sheets, but, it was sort of resolved. The buffet breakfast options were okay, there were ham, turkey, cheese, eggs, potatoes and pork stew on other days. The fruit wasn't too sweet but, they had pineapples, watermelon and cantaloupe. There was cereal, coffees, a few pastry options and breads. The pool is decent even though we did not use it, we took the free shuttle to Reduit beach and splash island. The Manager's cocktail night on Wednesday wasn't our best experience as we were waiting on the appetizers, and only got the fruit juice. A huge shout out to those who made our stay wonderful: Ricky, Cecilia and Slissha (think I misspelled it). We would return to the Bay Gardens family. Recommended, for couples, singles and those who especially if you have kids.
