From the Welcoming to the room, the food, the staff, and the location – everything was truly excellent. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. I would especially like to highlight the two very, very friendly staff members, Tess and Kris. My girlfriend had her birthday during her stay, and these two brought her a cake right at midnight, decorated the bed, and even delivered personalized cakes to our room twice! That organization was truly high Class. That level of service is outstanding and certainly not something you find everywhere. Thank you, Tess, and thank you, Kris! 😊

We had an fantastic experience at Berjaya! Huge thanks to Mr.Tikaram, who was so helpful from start to finish and gave us the best suggestions on where to go. A special shoutout to Ms.Nexi for making our candlelight dinner on the beach so easy to plan it was the highlight of our trip. Also, a huge thank you to Mr. Prem, the head of security, who was incredibly helpful when we lost our phone and made sure it got back to us safely. The location is perfect since you’re right on the beach and the water is great for swimming. We also loved having so many different food options. The Indian food is awesome, just make sure you tell them your spice level or it might taste a bit bland. Plus, the spacious parking made things super easy. Only downsides were the pool and the room. The pool filtration didn't seem to keep up with how many people were in it, so it could be maintained better. Also, housekeeping should really spray more for roaches and lizards, definitely not what you expect in a room like this. Overall though, the staff and the variety made our stay totally worth it!

A special mention to Emmanuelle at breakfast—despite being short staffed, she remained calm, patient, and incredibly helpful. Her positive attitude really set the tone for our mornings. Charlie, our tour guide, made our visit to Mahé unforgettable. He took us around the entire island with well-planned stops at some of the most beautiful viewpoints, as well as informative visits to the botanical gardens, tea factory, and a local rum distillery. The full-day tour was excellent value and gave us a great insight into the island’s history and culture. A special thank you to Ms Tasiana Docteur from Guest Relations, who was outstanding in organising both the tour guide and the car for the day—everything was seamless and hassle-free. A final thank you to Charlie for going above and beyond—after I accidentally left my hat in the car, he had already returned it to guest relations the next morning before I even realised. That level of care and honesty really stood out. One area that could be improved is the beach towel service. There was often no attendant present, and some guests were taking more towels than needed, which made availability inconsistent. A bit more supervision or organisation here would make a noticeable difference. Overall, a fantastic experience with genuinely thoughtful service. We would highly recommend this hotel.

A long review, but I wanted to cover every aspect of our stay to help future travelers. We stayed in a Superior Room, which was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The room's location within the resort was excellent, and the private jacuzzi was definitely the icing on the cake. One of the biggest highlights of the resort is its atmosphere. The property has a very relaxing vibe, and being just a short walk from Beau Vallon Beach, one of the best beaches on Mahé, makes the location even better. The staff truly made our stay memorable. A special thanks to Prem, Tikaram, Gihan Raj, and Nexi, who were always friendly, approachable, and happy to help whenever we needed information or assistance. The reception team also deserves a mention—they were consistently helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The resort offers a good variety of dining options, including Continental, Indian, and Italian cuisine. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant, where the service was warm and attentive. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, creating a very pleasant dining experience. The food was excellent overall. The only dish that didn't quite meet our expectations was the tiramisu, but everything else was enjoyable. The Indian restaurant was another highlight of our stay. Every dish we ordered was well prepared and full of flavor. Pardeep Kumar, the supervisor, was exceptionally courteous and always had a welcoming smile, which made every meal even more enjoyable. We'd also like to thank Myra, Rita, and Anil for their attentive service. A special appreciation goes to the chefs—Abid, Nawas, and Pawan. The food was outstanding and, honestly, among the best we had during our entire trip to Seychelles. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mahé—whether you're traveling as a family, with friends, or as a couple on your honeymoon. It offers a great combination of comfortable accommodation, excellent hospitality, good food, and a fantastic location. Cost wise- its on higher side- but Seychelles overall is costlier.

Our stay at Berjaya Beau Vallon Resort was truly exceptional. The beautiful beachfront location, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality made our visit to Mahé Island unforgettable. A special mention goes to Chef Ramesh Magar, who made our breakfast experience outstanding every morning. His omelettes were perfectly prepared, fresh, flavorful, and made with great care. The pancakes were equally delicious—light, fluffy, and some of the best we've had during our travels. What stood out most was Chef Ramesh Magar’s attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guests enjoyed their meals. His friendly attitude and culinary skills added a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable. We sincerely thank the entire team at Berjaya Beau Vallon Resort for their excellent service, and especially Chef Ramesh Magar for starting each day with such wonderful breakfasts. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future.
