Best service fr mr prem singh. Tikaraam also very good service an hospitable. Front desk lady guest rekations was akso very helpful. Security He managerwas so hospitable. Made us feel at home. Also raj singh at pool wonderful service fr him always friendly smiling.

Me and my husband were driving past the hotel yesterday afternoon and I saw the Indian restaurant board outside. Since my wife is vegetarian, we decided to go in. Inside at the reception we were greeted by Ms. Nexi Dennis who very cordially escorted us to the Indian restaurant where we met Mr. Pradeep and his team Anil and Upendra. Pradeep took our order and the chef Nawas prepared the perfect dal & naan for us. The food was perfect and really fulfilling. After the hearty meal we left and at the reception we again met Ms. Nexi and also Mr. Prem and Tikaram. Had a brief chit chat with the team and left for our hotel. Overall an exceptional and warm experience worth remembering.

PFM Award show at Beau Vallon Bay was just amazing. The staff were super welcoming accomodative and in all made with evening a magical experience. Recommending Beau Vallon Bay for your next stay.... you wont regret it... Erica. Robert, Nexi and security assistant manager Prem and the entire Beau Vallon Bay tram thumbs up.... you were great..... in all aspect of this evening and even the stay.at the hotel was excellent.

Our stay at the Resort has been brilliant. From the food to the Management, house keeping, pool area , all were accepttional. They took care of every need from dietary requirements, to our drinks etc. We had the opportunity of meeting the GM, his Assistant Head Prem Singh and Nexi ax well were great. Raj the pool boy was at our beck and call. Tikaram, security supervisor was also very accommodating. Thank you Rijal Tacob, for your hospitality. Please convey our thanks and gratitude to the team. We will certainly pass on this info to family and friends. All the very best for the future, may your establishment grow from strength to strength. Gid bless.

I have stayed in the Berjaya for 6 nights. Never have i stayed in such a bad hotel! It is such a shame because Mahe is soo beautifull but getting back to this hotel everyday really destroys the good mood. It really downgraded the overal experience we had. It started that we got standard rooms instead of the superior rooms we booked. According to the front desk Manager an upgrade to the chalets. Well if this is an upgrade... tiles loose, mold in the bathroom, very dark and not enough lights. After asking many times we finally got the superior room. Much better but every day we had to ask for towels since they would not leave them after cleaning. Curtains out of the rail which is not fixed. Light bulbs broken and not fixed etc. We had halfboard. This was including the chinese restaurant and pizzeria, however so many rules in order to be able to have dinner there that we mostly have paid for our meals. Next time i would rather pay a bit more and have a good stay!
