I booked a holiday on the spur of the moment and ended up at this hotel—I haven't regretted it for a second. The room was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide enough selection for a 3-star hotel. I tipped the staff as generously as possible because they certainly deserve it. I gave one lady a special, personal tip; I sincerely hope she gets to keep it for herself. The hotel is situated on a hillside, so it isn't suitable for people with limited mobility. As far as I know, there is no elevator. One area for improvement: there isn't a light switch right by the entrance to the room. You have to turn on a light near the bed or the TV unit using a small switch while it's semi-dark (Room 3517). It can get a bit noisy at times due to those 'boom-boom' tuk-tuks :) Oh, one more thing: why are the prices so ridiculously high during peak season?! :)

Excellent service, staff were very friendly and quick to respond to any queries we had. There are three pools to choose from. The main pool is well kept with gorgeous landscaping. Great little pool bar. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Housekeeping are 10/10. We loved the location, close to the beach, tuk tuk/taxi rank outside, coffee club next door, 7eleven across the road and a short cut to the main shopping street just around the corner. It was a great location for our family of 5. Great value too.

I spent 10 days in this location and those are the 10 best days of my travel. It starts with an excellent team that did my booking, the awesome team at the reception who asked me every day “how is my day so far”, the amazing team at the restaurant who asked me “if I had enough coffee and food” and the cafés and the team that cleaned my room every day. This was the best hotel team that I’ve ever met in a property. The resort is beautiful with full of all the amenities you can ask for - the restaurant, the bars ,the café , swimming pools , the trees . It is an absolutely stunning property and it is 500 m away from the beach and all the cafés and restaurants that you could ask for. This was the 5th time I came to Phuket and this was my best stay ever. If you are staying in Karon, you will not regret staying in this place. A huge thank you to the team over there.

Wonderful affordable hotel in Karon, a few minutes to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. hotel had a recent makeover with updated and new amenities but thankfully the staff welcome and friendliness is as great as ever, especially reception. Family facilities includes pools despite the nearby beach, and mobility challenged seniors can opt for lower level accommodation. We return repeatedly to this hotel. Great breakfast daily, restaurant on site, youneedn’t leave the hotel at all if you wanted. On top of the Thailand experience this hotel makes the lot a really wonderful holiday away. .

Best Western is a great hotel. It is well maintained. The staff are super friendly- especially Zyka at the front desk! Good location for families. Multiple pools to swim at so it never felt crowded. Food at restaurant is delicious. Highly recommend this hotel. (There are lots of stairs but wasn't an issue)
