Entertainment was very good with Juan. He did his best to involve everyone and was very friendly guy. Reception staff were mostly good apart from one night guy who was not very helpful when my son's girlfriend was ill. She was not drunk as he had assumed. Not all British drink themselves silly she suffers with bad migraines and also has food intolerances. It is a basic first aid requirement to give someone water in this instance. Other points are it is not very accessible for disabled people. Room doors not wide enough. Lovely gym etc all down stairs. Variety of food wasn't great and nearly all cold. Very little replenishment

Me and my girlfriend have just come back from a 4 night stay. The reviews do not show the true colours of this hotel. Staff were really accommodating and helpful. Lifeguard was absolutely amazing, very funny and always had a smile. Entertainment was very good every night had something on which was great. Drinks are always flowing constantly with difference. many different alcoholic drinks as well as soft drinks. Breakfast was as expected very cheerful and gets you ready for the day. Dinner had a different setting every night so was not repetitive. Would 100% recommend. Shoutout to Juan aswell the entertainment man because he got everyone involved! During the day and evening! Bar staff very friendly and accommodating, there wasn’t anything I could complain about apart from the sunburn on my shoulders! Loved this holiday and have booked for 8 nights again with my girlfriend next year! For the price you pay, I think it should be more cause we feel as we have made money from the food and drinks supplied throughout! Can’t wait for next year to come around quicker! Thankyou to all staff and everyone who made it friendly and fun. The guests aswell were great we made few friendships and always had a laugh every night with other people. Holiday to remember!

Check in was swift and enjoyable due to receptionist at 9pm on 23/03/26. Joyful, polite, explained everything well and offered help with finding a restaurant at a late hour. Rooms were tired and dated but clean. Had no hand soap throughout our stay despite housekeeping attending 3 times. But we didn't ask either as we used the shower gel instead. Dylan who worked in the restaurant and bar is a credit to the hotel. Despite his youth, he has amazing customer service skills, works hard and was always lovely. Other staff members such as Alveraz (apologies if name is incorrect) and a taller older gentleman with a beard working the bar in the evenings were quite rude. Entertainment in the day was encouraged. At night time, schedule often ran late but was fun. We were quoted €74 for a shuttle bus to the airport from mini market next door for 2 of us. Cost us €24 in a taxi. In all, wouldn't visit this hotel again but its not bad on a budget.

The hotel is out dated and lots of things broken in the room. Plugs hanging off the walls and cracked tiles on the floor. So of the staff were rude. Dinner was repetitive and like warm. The only nice meal we had in there was Christmas dinner. Pool bar snacks consisted of ham, bread and cheese. The cocktails were horrible and you couldn't use the inside by till after seven, which was annoying when it was raining. The entertainment was crap.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Lack of AC would possibly be an issue during summer months. Staff in every department were generally rude, unhelpful and made you feel like they were going above and beyond for you by doing the basic things they actually get paid to do! This lack of customer service from the staff becomes much more understandable when you dare to put forward any issues to Paul, (he did say he was Restaurant manager, but we were then told he was an overall Manager). Whatever your 'job title' Paul, its seems that you would be responsible for the contents of my jacket (wrinkled) potato pictured in the review. When we questioned the food we were told (by Paul), that if we wanted English food, to go somewhere else! He obviously got confused between English and edible! However, I have to also praise the few people that DO go above and beyond their job description without the dramatic display of an inconvenient sigh or eye roll. Dylan, (barman), Oscar and Cedrick (reception) and Juan (entertainment). These guys are an asset to this hotel.
