On arrival the staff were friendly and gave us all the information needed. The rooms had enough space but they weren’t the cleanest with cobwebs in one room and some of the sockets hanging off the walls in the other. The food was ok could have had more variety and more flavours. The entertainment was really good with something going on every night - Juan was really welcoming and was able to give us something good to look forward to on an evening.

Stayed in January for 4 nights AI 2 bedroom apartment, rooms are spacious and dated but you get what you pay for. I would just say to give them a freshen up and ask cleaners to dust ceilings and curtains as we had a few cobwebs. Food was what you would expect for 3 star AI, you can always find something but nothing exceptional, we ate out a few nights as it’s cheap enough in center for meals and drinks. Pool bar drinks, majority of the time drinks were okay but sometimes got drinks I didn’t ask for I think due to the language difference. I am and will stay again as it’s good value for money and enjoyed our stay for what we payed.

Entertainment was very good with Juan. He did his best to involve everyone and was very friendly guy. Reception staff were mostly good apart from one night guy who was not very helpful when my son's girlfriend was ill. She was not drunk as he had assumed. Not all British drink themselves silly she suffers with bad migraines and also has food intolerances. It is a basic first aid requirement to give someone water in this instance. Other points are it is not very accessible for disabled people. Room doors not wide enough. Lovely gym etc all down stairs. Variety of food wasn't great and nearly all cold. Very little replenishment

Last night tonight....as others mention the food is OK, not the best I've had but certainly not the worst either. Everything else makes up for that 100% The girls on reception helped with any needs we had. The bar staff were amazing. Juan the entertainer did exactly just that, great bloke. Not forgetting the lovely staff in the mini mart who helped us book our day trip too. And then just got back to the apartment to find it immaculate and our PJs under our pillows. It's little touches like that which make me want to come back here the next time I visit the island. I also didn't see many kids around which was an added bonus although that may be seasonal too. Yes all round great holiday....thank you all and see you next year x Ps was gunna leave 4* due to food but after writing my review I went back and give you what you deserved. 5* service, 5* staff you deserve the full 5* thank you all 🙂

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were exceptional. Special mention to Oscar who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We had a slight issue with our room and he gave us another room that we were so happy with!! The hotel is extremely clean and very relaxing and quiet and not too big. There is a small mini mart in the hotel which is handy. The beach is about a 10 minute stroll away with the Pueblo Marinero slightly further. We stayed on a b and b basis so can't comment on the food other than that the breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.
