First of all I don't see why there are so many bad reviews If you want 5 star food and service , then go pay five star prices elsewhere . We have used this hotel a few times before and really in all honesty can't find problems . We had a lovely room , yes they are dated but the room was very clean , lots of hot water and very comfy bed. First person we met was Sergio in the reception and even though we were quite early he was very friendly and even called my mobile to let us know when the room was ready . Straight to the bar for a drink , and the young lad Alex was lovely and smiley , The other bar tenders where Bobbi ( who remembered us from our last stay ) and I think the other guy was David , we always had a laugh with them all . The pool area is very clean , they hosepipe and mop it every morning by the guy who's always whistling ( sorry we didn't get his name ). We even saw the guy everyday testing the pool water . Weather was wonderful so it was lovely llyng around the pool most of the day and as it's so small we got friendly with many other people . Food was absolutely great , as I said earlier if you want five star then go elsewhere and pay those prices . I don't understand anyone who says they could never find anything to eat , Big Hi to all the hard working staff including a Alexandro the life guard .we will most certainly back , had a great week Well done Los Fiscos .

Rooms are dated with very little kitchen items ( no microwave kettle or toaster ) some lights didn't work and most of the sockets didn't work. All inclusive food dinner had 2 options. Snacks at the bar were bread ham and cheese to make your own sandwich or a croissant. Fast WiFi was slower than using 3g. Our sea view balcony looked out onto waste ground. If you hung over the balcony you could see the sea. Very steep hills around the hotel if you want to go anywhere I would advise a taxi. If you are not going All inclusive and are just using the room to dump your bags and sleep then it would be fine. Porto del Carmen is a great place but you need to be close to the front to get the best from it.

One of the worst hotels ive ever stayed in i mean ever The beds where like concrete I had to take tbe mattress tbe last night from tbe pull out bed and put in on top of tbe bed no good I slept one night away from my girl friend on tbe pull out bed cause I coundnt handle that piece of concrete for a bed The room was cleaned once that was the last day b4 we where going home Walking on dirt in the bathroom but lucky I had flip flip things Tbe smell from tbe toilet was sick I mean horrible We told tbe manager and showed him the video of things crawling around on our bed he didnt care. He said the house keeper will come up,she did she changed the sheets that was it and left the manky sheet there that covers the mattress. The pool area is full of people drinking all day smoking weed and on arrival they give yiu two plastic cups for the bar and if you lose them you have to pay a euro for another one. The cleaners dont do a thing the staff behind the counter dont care, you could go all inclusive but I wouldnt touch the food if I was in guantamano bay.thats being honest seriously. Its the first hotel I ever stayed in where on check out the receptionist never said how was your stay did ye enjoy,probably cause they know the state of the place and they know there is no point asking. Im sorry I didn't read the reviews before booking. Its sad the place should be closed down for hygiene reasons,its a cess pit honestly im not lying. Tbh I enjoyed lanzarote and made the most other wise but that hotel 0 stars,and I wouldnt like to see it when its packed. I would say there do be serious trouble in that hotel. bye bluesea fiscos wont be ever seeing you again Oh I forgot the towels I only clicked last minute I was using them after those other people and obviously they had them on tbe floors in their bathrooms aswell... Stay away seriously

nice hotel with a relaxed atmosphere and great value for money. The pool area is lovely and the staff were friendly throughout the stay. Rooms are simple but comfortable a good base for exploring Lanzarote, especially if you’re joining excursions like we did!

We were in 148 and to be honest it was basic,had to hire a kettle,bit strange. Lots of bad reviews about rooms,I think we were lucky. Food wasn't to my taste but I survived on what was to my liking,I turned vegetarian 😅. We were all inclusive, what puzzled me most all inclusive holidays iv had,fridge is topped up daily with water etc.none of that. Bar was OK, cocktails daily,just the 1 flavour a day,a bit of alcohol n juice by look of them. Loads were drinking them though. Branded drinks you pay for. Snacks ,ham, cheese ,bread and fruit at bar. I think 2 night in 6 had entertainment. The pool is freezing 🥶. Clean though,many braved it,ok once in. Location is a good 30 mins from the strip,10 mins from shopping centre. Ok going but get a taxi back,but that's normal for lanzarote.
