Myself and my husband and booked this hotel as part of our honeymoon and our stay was incredible! The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements during our stay. The room was beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean - we would most definitely stay again! Tina (I believe this is her name) in the Signature lounge made us feel very comfortable and always communicated with the kitchen to ensure we were fed new and tasty dishes!

An "old school" luxury hotel with a rich history. The luxury is starting to fade and you shouldn't expect super service, but the good location makes up for it. The pool is OK in size and even 1.8 m deep in one part, but the whole area looks morally tired and does not correspond to the general luxury concept of the hotel. You should take into account that sunbathing is only possible in the very early morning hours, because the rest of the time the pool is in the shade of the surrounding skyscrapers. Signature Lounge The staff at the Signature Lounge is very helpful and friendly, but the service is slow and chaotic. The Signature Lounge breakfast is not crowded and the atmosphere is pleasant. Drinks are brought to the table by a waiter, which is of course pleasant, but also problematic, because you have to wait a long time for these drinks and if you order several drinks at once, it constantly happened that the waiter brought only one drink and forgot the other (you order water and coffee, but she only brings coffee), so you had to wait a very long time for drinks. NB! The regular breakfast restaurant on the ground floor is very busy, but the selection of food is also significantly larger (for example, there is sushi and a Vietnamese soup station), so you have to choose either a breakfast with a small selection in a more exclusive environment or a breakfast with a large selection in a crowded area. Those who have purchased the Signature Lounge package have some non-alcoholic drinks available free of charge throughout the day. Usually, at least some cookies are also available in the lounges throughout the day, but not here. Of course, you can order everything for money. There is a Light Snack offer from 14:00 to 16:00, but it actually only means a couple of cookies and some fruit. In the evening from 17:30 to 19:30 there is a Sunset Cocktail offer and in addition to a small selection of alcoholic cocktails it also included a surprisingly good selection of both savoury and sweet snacks, sushi and a Vietnamese soup station (the very meals that were offered for breakfast in the regular breakfast restaurant, but were not offered in the Signature Lounge). NB! To go to the lounge, you do not need to take the elevator from your building to the ground floor and from there take the elevator to the other building. The different buildings are interconnected, take the elevator to the 9th floor and go along the corridor to the other building. Notable disadvantages: When checking in, nothing was explained about the hotel (where breakfast is, where the lounge is, where the pool is, what times they are open, etc.) When handing over the room, nothing was shown, where the safe is, how to adjust the air conditioning, how to turn on the information lights "do not disturb" and "clean the room", etc. For those who have purchased the Signature Lounge package, there is a personal and “fast” check-in and check-out, but in reality, check-in is especially slow if you are not familiar with the system, because you have to go to the second building of the hotel and to the 9th floor. We stood in line in the hotel lobby and after the documents were filled out, we were informed that we had a special check-in elsewhere and were offered the opportunity to go there, which would have delayed our access to our room even more and there was no point in doing so just for a welcome drink and a deeper bow. To sum up, an OK hotel with a very good location. Since we had just stayed in a very luxurious hotel before, at first there was a slight shock from the drop in level, but by the next day we had already adapted to the new reality.

Great location, stuff very helpful and friendly, Nhung the lady at the concierge was very kind and assisted us on the best side. Launge on 13 floor very nice, very good breakfast and thanks to Timmi, she was very kind and gave us feeling like at home This is a place to come and stay again for sure

This hotel is super cool, the location of this hotel are just more than perfect, it next to the opera house as well as Takashimaya mall. The building it self have alot of heritage to it. The breakfast experience here are just phenomenal, the buffet was pack with some of the most luxury as well as delicious food. The pool here is pretty special, it about 50m long and 6ft tall, it pretty hard to find a hotel that have such a pool like this one.

Look, undeniably historical, well appointed, rooms aluttke small, suitcase "rack" can't take one fully open suitcase, room very tight for two people, perfect location, staff amazing, very accommodating, good bathroom facilities, downside, what should be a good breakfast is largely cold, 8am or 6.15 same, also big Xmas function in the lobby with no warning to guests. Would like to see room sizes on upper floors, we were on 10 on a luxury escapes deal, would we stay again?? Possibly with more research, very historical hotel, saigon saigon bar is iconic and would go there even if not staying
