Great location and lovely hotel. Rooms were very clean, fresh towels and clean bedding when requested. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach but we were too late most days to get it booked for the time we needed it, however, there are plenty of tuk tuks at the top of the road which is a very short 4 min walk away. 20 mins walk to ao nang beach, it's an easy walk there and back with lots of shops to nip into on the way. Pool area was fantastic, but does get busy in peak seasons. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. Staff were lovely, kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We stayed in this resort (rather I would call this a hotel) for 2 days . A 5 mins ride from Ao nang , this hotel is located in a peaceful surrounding. This is the most positive point about the hotel. The most negative point about this hotel is the bathroom lavks proper drainage of water . Throughout our stay we had a messy washroom with a floor full of water. I have found other reviews as well mentioning the same issue, seems like the management never took those seriously . However they take smoking very seriously and does not even allow guests to smoke in the balcony. Well, i understand the room should be non-smoking , but a non smoking balcony doesnt make sense . You have to always bring yourself out of the hotel to smoke a cigarette. Breakfast was very mediocre, room service was done during our stay , no complaints on that . Pool view is great if you are opting for those rooms . Overall not great neither too bad .

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and originally chose it because the reviews seemed quite decent and promising. Unfortunately, my experience was very different from what I expected. From the moment I arrived, I didn’t feel comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel just didn’t give me a good feeling. The hallway looked quite strange and uninviting, which already set a negative tone. In my room, I noticed that parts of the bed sheets were not clean, which is a big issue for me. Cleanliness should really be a basic standard. Another major problem was the connecting door to the neighboring room. It was very poorly insulated, and I could hear everything from next door. The guests had their TV on all night, and even normal conversations were clearly audible. Because of this, I was not able to sleep properly during my stay. The breakfast was also disappointing and quite difficult to enjoy, as the selection and quality didn’t meet expectations. On a positive note, I have to say that the entrance area of the hotel looked very nice and welcoming. I also liked the dining area itself in terms of design and atmosphere, even though the breakfast experience wasn’t good. Overall, I would rate this hotel 2 out of 5 stars. It has some nice aspects, but there are definitely important areas that need improvement.

Location is on the quieter side so it's a good one for us. Short 5 mins grab ride to the main street where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. Rooms are older and not in pristine condition but ok for this area and still comfortable. Service in general are mid but we want to personally thank the good service of staff by the name "Book (Bukhari)", he listened to our feedback, understanding and supportive. He is kind and he helped us with our request. We didn't only feel he deserves 5 stars service because our needs is met, we genuinely feel he is interested in his job and putting into practice what "Hospitality management" is meant to do. His colleague the older man (check record 2april at reception 11pm), aso very attentive and helpful to other customers as we observed. Thank you for your good work to make our stay well. Overall hotel is affordable and good for this area at Aonang. Note: breakfast is not so great though.

Horrific experience - Racism, bait-and-switch, and illegal privacy breaches ​I expected good hospitality from the Centara chain, but our stay at Centara Life Phu Pano Resort Krabi was an absolute nightmare, marred by blatant discrimination and shocking unprofessionalism from the reception staff and the Manager, "YA." ​We booked a Superior King Bed room via Agoda. Upon arrival, the staff tried to force a twin room on us. When we proved our booking, they finally gave us a King room—only for it to have a severe, unbearable drainage smell. Housekeeping couldn't fix it. When we asked to endure it for just one night and change the next day, Manager YA explicitly admitted the smell was there and stated that while other guests would not be expected to stay in a foul-smelling room, we had to. The sheer bias and underlying racism in that statement were disgusting. Instead of helping, YA got personal, condescendingly asking "how much we have travelled" and bragging about the hotel chain. ​Because of a grueling, two-hour heated argument with the staff, we completely missed our scheduled tour and our entire vacation mood was ruined. ​To make matters worse, when I tried to document our ordeal, staff recorded a video of us on a personal mobile phone under YA’s orders. When they realized they were in a corner, YA tried to use Thai law against us, claiming we couldn't record without consent—all while their own staff flagrantly violated Thailand's PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) by recording us on personal devices without our consent and refusing to delete it. ​Even after escalating the issue, the staff's incompetence continued. Another staff member, MAI, later informed us that no room change was even available, completely contradicting previous discussions. They tried to offer free breakfast and late check-out to sweep this under the rug, which we flatly refused. We didn't want handouts; we just wanted the room we paid for and basic human decency. Avoid this property at all costs if you value your privacy, time, and dignity.
