Friendly staff and the help we got from the staff. Good location off the main street. Mini Van to the city main every couple of hours but you can get transport off the main road, good local restaurants around that are not busy like main town. Good pool and service, clean beach towels every day. Overall clean rooms and reasonable sizes. The breakfast buffet was kind of ordinary. During the night there were people in pool area very noisy and security did nothing. Two nights out of 6 we were woken up at 2am and could not sleep. Unfortunately it looks like common occurrence and with the rooms facing the pool it was very disappointing. Called security but nothing was done. On the last day in the morning well before checkout, the room wifi was cut off - basically not a very friendly gesture. I would urge hotel to change this as it makes you feel unwelcome and pushed towards checking out. Surely the internet could be cut off at 11 am instead. For a 4-star hotel the stay was a bit underwhelming.

We spent 6 wonderful nights at Centara Life Phu Pano and loved every minute! 🏨 The location is great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. 🛏️ The absolute highlight is the swimming pool with that incredible mountain backdrop – it’s so cool for photos and relaxing! ⛰️🏊‍♂️ We also really appreciated the free shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach, which made getting around super easy. 🚐 Highly recommended for a stay in Krabi! ✨

It was an amazing experience. The hotel and the staff are exceptional. The property is also pretty nice. Rooms are pretty good and well maintained. The walk to the beach is 19 minutes but its fun walking through the streets and you can definitely explore more. They do have shuttle service available and also most of the tours pick you up from the hotel so doesn’t matter that much. Definitely recommend this property.

The hotel is in an amazing location, super close to all the shops, bars and restaurants, which made getting around really easy. Ao Nang Beach is also close by, with easy access to long-tail boats to Railay, which was a big plus for us. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room itself was okay but quite small. Unfortunately, the linen and towels didn't feel the cleanest, and the bathroom was a bit grotty - the shower in particular didn't feel very pleasant to use. Overall, despite a few negatives, the location and convenience really made up for it and I would still recommend the hotel.

Best Family room layout we’ve seen in Thailand! Affordable and excellent location. Walking distance to local shops and everything you need in Ao Nang, Krabi. 5 minutes walking distance to North Wall climbing crag and lots of Muay Thai gyms. The staff are incredibly lovely and responsive, even allowing us a late 2pm checkout as our flight was delayed. Highly, highly recommend and will return as our regular hotel in Krabi - very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. Stunning Mountain View’s and relaxing pool. Thank you very much for your kind and considerate hospitality!
