🙅‍♀️Very Bad experience , Telling honest review To be honest , I have never visited hotel like this Very bad service and hospitality. I had cold and sore throat, when i ask for water at 8 am they said today is your checkout day so no water. Another experience was yesterday we ask for iron box so they say we have to pay 100 baht then ok we said to bring to our room , they said we have to pickup ironbox from the lobby at 10 pm. They dont have toothbrush in the room, when we ask they dont have that. Overall a bad experience from them. Eventhough rooms are fine, just fine ,we can feel the rooms are old, the floor makes sound when we walk on them ,some of the plug socket are not working and the water kettle is not good because when i pour hot water from kettle to the glass ,its not clear someparticles of white paint inside of kettle comes out tooo . Staff behavior also not good

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The air conditioning was not working properly—it cooled extremely slowly and didn’t even reach the bed area, making the stay quite uncomfortable. Even after multiple complaints, the staff did not respond or take any meaningful action to fix the issue. The room lighting was also poor, with only three small lights, which made it very difficult to see at night. We had to rely on our phone flashlights just to pack and find things. Additionally, the charging switches were faulty—especially for Indian chargers, which didn’t fit securely and kept slipping out. The bathroom was another letdown. It was quite small, with no separate controls for hot and cold water, making it inconvenient to use. The shower was old and rusty, adding to the overall poor experience. Considering the price we paid, this hotel is definitely not worth it. There are far better options available at similar or even lower prices. I would not recommend booking this hotel based on positive reviews alone—our experience was far from satisfactory.

I stayed at Chada for 5 days and my overall experience is positive. I have the room with pool access and partial mountain view and it was stunning. However, the hotel is has old charm, meaning that its not on par with modern interior. Its decorated with antique chinese influence furniture and doorware. If you are into this vibe, then you will appreciate the room because I loved it. The staff were wonderful and friendly. They do try to help you as much as they can, although I would consider the service as slow. The breakfast variety is not the greatest but they taste good. The location is so convenient. It is further away from Ao Nang beach (20mins down the road) but that means that the hotel is quieter, but still within close distance to 7-11, great eateries and massage spas.

Top hotel, amazing staff, very helpful. Clean, great swimming pool. Very good breakfast. Top & we will come back with pleasure. Very quiet and you have plenty space to relax.

Where do I start? Bought this for my wife's 60th Birthday and this was the 1st hotel stay for 5 days before we moved on to Phuket, Orchidacea Resort. Look out for my review and you will see a difference of biblical proportions to this one. POSITIVE!!! Walk in to reception and all looked good but went downhill from there. Got to our room and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. Foosty smell, and outdated. Went into shower room and toilet and could not believe what I was seeing as you will see in photos. Brown gunk coming from shower head, floor lifting due to pee and water. Went down and spoke to manager to whom started getting angry at my complaint. 3 times I had to ask him to calm down. Eventually he did once I showed him the photos taken. Agreed to room move the following morning as we were so tired due to the long travel. Following day we got a room move to which was a bit better and clean. On a positive note, the beds are very comfortable. Pool is the pool that people have paid as a swim up room. Wouldn't be happy if I had paid for a swim up room to find everyone to be using it. Not deep and very narrow. A film of whatever it was on the surface and not once did we or others to who commented, did it get cleaned. A pool is at the top of the resort but that is a hike in itself and not accessible to anyone with mobility issues as it's above level 6 and a very steep climb. Again a very narrow pool and only about 10m long. On a plus note, water was very clear and clean. View is stunning if you can make it there. Now onto whe we checked out. We were given an invoice for Jamaican Rum and international phone calls to London. 1, I dont drink rum and always paid my bill on the day for drinks at bar and 2, we certainly did not phone London as we dont know anyone there. When I queried the bill again the manager got angry to which this time I started getting my back up, more so when I asked for arrival card that had my signature to which obviously didn't correspond with signature on invoice/bill. He then got very aggressive due to me refusing to pay a bill that wasn't mine. My wife then asked me to go sit down before I really lost it due to his aggressiveness. 20 minutes later he approached and said it was a mistake and walked away. Only plus note I can give for hotel is the staff. Fantastic people and always smiling apart from the manager.
