Stayed there for 10 days and it's really a pleasant surprise. Room is big enough to accommodate my family of 3. Breakfast buffet is amazingly good and value for money. Friendly staff. There are nice and friendly hotel staff always stationed at the lift lobby greeting you. Feel like going back home and really give you a sense of security.

On our way to the airport, my husband realised that his hp was not with him. Though desperate we had to continue our ride. On arriving at the airport we were directed to a spot where we could make free local calls. The hotel receptionist was so helpful and emphatised with me. She checked with housekeeping and confirmed that the hp was indeed left in room 1329. I enquired if they could help courier it to Singapore. They did! The hp arrived on 5/6. Wow! What great service! The chamber maids were also very friendly, polite and efficient. If I make another trip to HK again, I would definitely choose to stay in Eaton Hotel again. The location is just great, near Nathan Road, where there are many shops and cha chang tengs. Kudos, and blessings to all in Eaton Hotel.

Fantastic stay at Eaton from start to end. Took A21 bus from HK airport, alight at Nathan Hotel stop and Eaton is directly opposite. Less than 3 mins walk from this stop to hotel. Check in was straightforward. Staff was polite, efficient and helpful. Room itself was amazing. Other than the aircon which could be colder (though I would prefer to live in a fridge), there were plenty of power points which had USB‑C and A. We stayed at the Study, and the room was spacious, bed was a Cali king (2m wide), on the firmer side. Pillows were high/firm. The bathroom was decent, reasonable shower pressure, good volume of water, plenty of hot water. Shampoo/conditioner/shower gel feels luxurious (not the cheap cheap products). No power point in bathroom except for shavers. WiFi was fast. Measured around 7pm and it was 181 Mbps DL (on mobile phone). TV was good. Casting was easy with a Windows laptop and mobile. Location wise, it is walking distance to Temple Street and plenty of non‑tourist local eats which were fantastic. 7/11 directly downstairs. Food court within the hotel. ParknShop (supermarket) across the road. About 5 mins walk to Jordan MTR. And about 15 mins drive to West Kowloon station. Not too far to Disney via MTR either. The housekeeping was 10/10. Very friendly, kept our room very clean and was always asking us if we needed anything else. Overall very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to stay at Eaton again.

Great hotel and great location. A21 bus drop off with luggage was the best option. My room was nice, clean and cozy. The bathroom is great. Everything is modern and the bedding and sheets were comfortable. I traveled solo so the room was big enough for me. Might be tight with 2 people.

The staff are genuinely hospitable and live up to their mission-driven hospitality, the rooms are kept very tidy, and the front desk is attentive even with late-night requests. The location is also excellent, with a 7-11 nearby, a food hall in the basement, Jordan MTR about a five-minute walk away, plenty of vegetarian and vegan spots around, and Kai Kai Dessert with its traditional, Michelin-recognised sweets just close by. The bar on Level 4 has a great vibe too, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.
