The room was nice it was clean.the bathtub needs more cleaning the water pressure wasn't the best while taking a shower. The breakfast was delicious plenty of everything plus cereal for the kids. You would need to give your room # before being able to eat. I do like how it's gated where the cars are at in the back. The service was good everyone was friendly and the kids loved the jacuzzi 😅 theirs a nice little gift shop inside. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it. We arrived after a long day of travel only to be met with hostility and an astonishing lack of customer service. Our reservation clearly included both my mother’s name and my husband’s name, yet the front desk refused to accommodate us. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue professionally, Leticia at the front desk immediately adopted a condescending and confrontational tone. She seemed far more interested in asserting authority than helping paying guests. What was most frustrating was not the reservation issue itself—mistakes and misunderstandings happen. It was the complete absence of empathy, problem-solving, and professionalism. Leticia was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout the interaction. When I finally responded to her attitude with the same energy she was giving us, she simply walked away rather than working toward a resolution. The manager, whose name I believe was Heriberto, did little to improve the situation. Instead of addressing the legitimate concerns we raised, he repeatedly told me to “calm down” and made the baffling comment that I was “just like his wife.” Aside from being entirely irrelevant, the remark came across as patronizing and unprofessional. Comparing a frustrated customer to your spouse is not conflict resolution; it’s dismissive and inappropriate. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and helping solve problems. Unfortunately, this property seems to have forgotten that basic principle. The facilities may be acceptable, but the customer service was among the worst I’ve experienced at any Marriott-branded hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone who expects respectful treatment, professionalism, or even basic courtesy from hotel staff.

Its good hotel close to Disneyland. We walked to Disneyland and back as its only a few blocks away. I had no issues. Staff is very friendly and service was great. The only issue I had was its very close to the freeway so you can hear the cars late at night on the freeway if you room if freeway facing. I have gone back twice to this hotel and will go back again in the future.

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the start, the level of cleanliness and service was unacceptable. Our room was not properly cleaned one of the pillows had visible mold stains, which is extremely concerning, especially since we were traveling with our 2-year-old son. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, instead of apologizing or immediately resolving the issue, the staff member followed me back to the room as if to verify my claim. That interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. On top of that, we found a dead roach in the room that appeared to have been there prior to our arrival, which made it clear that our room had not been thoroughly cleaned before we checked checked in. Service was just as poor. At one point, we had no towels available, and when I requested some from the front desk, I was given what looked like floor mats and told to use those instead. That is completely unacceptable for any hotel stay. We also experienced a lack of respect for privacy. We placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door while resting during the day, yet hotel staff opened our door twice without knocking. Overall, this was a very negative experience for my family. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its close walking distance to Disneyland, but unfortunately, that convenience does not make up for the poor cleanliness, lack of professionalism, and disregard for guest comfort and privacy. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience.

The room was absolutely awful (can't believe this is a Marriott) and the guests are even worse (a woman tried to back into me in the parking lot saying the spot was hers - there are no reserved spots) - parking is $35/night - too much. The front door to our room, which was right at the big iron gate from the parking lot, was not sealed so you could hear everything - guests coming and going and freeway traffic and the adjoining room door was super thin). I did not feel safe (thin doors that are poor quality) and the room wasn't very clean. No way would I stay here again and definitely NOT with children. Not a far walk to Disney though (1 night stay) and front desk staff were nice.
