The room was nice it was clean.the bathtub needs more cleaning the water pressure wasn't the best while taking a shower. The breakfast was delicious plenty of everything plus cereal for the kids. You would need to give your room # before being able to eat. I do like how it's gated where the cars are at in the back. The service was good everyone was friendly and the kids loved the jacuzzi 😅 theirs a nice little gift shop inside. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

I will admit I was nervous to stay here from reading the reviews but once we stayed it wasn’t as bad as the reviews stated. I am not sure if all the rooms are the same but here is my experience with our room/stay. The mattress was comfy and the room itself was clean. The “remodel” or upkeeping of the room seems a little rushed in my opinion, (title on shower wasn’t lined up, baseboards cracked, lifting) and maybe that’s why some said it looked dirty, but I did feel like our room smelled cleaned and looked cleaned. My kids enjoyed the bathroom and took baths with the bathtub being cleaned for that. The door hatched seemed to have issues sometimes so we had to make sure the door actually shut, sometimes it got stuck. The ac fan did make a little noise but kept the room cool. Some reviews made complaints about being close to the freeway, which yes you heard but honestly at night with the ac on you could barely hear the outside noise. The swimming pool was so nice, they had pool noodles & floaties you could use and the staff came around with otter pops, which my kids were thrilled about. The fireworks from Disneyland is right in the back of the hotel and it was amazing to watch each night. When we did check into our hotel at 3, they did express our room wasn’t ready and it would be in an hour or so, but that gave us time to swim, which was nice of them to let us do that. Honestly the hotel wasn’t terrible, like some of the reviews.

I love staying here, my wife and I have stayed here before we had kids and went to Disney and then came when our son was born and still go now that we have two kids. We love it, the staff treats us like family every single time. I appreciate Josefina and Leticia always going above and beyond. Hany is the best manager ever, he has made my stays here incredible and memorable for my family. Thank you guys!! I highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Disney, it’s so convenient and you get to see the fireworks from the grounds and the view is best from the pool view rooms!!!

Its good hotel close to Disneyland. We walked to Disneyland and back as its only a few blocks away. I had no issues. Staff is very friendly and service was great. The only issue I had was its very close to the freeway so you can hear the cars late at night on the freeway if you room if freeway facing. I have gone back twice to this hotel and will go back again in the future.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more! Only a ten minute walk from Disneyland. The staff, accommodations, pool, gift shop, restaurant....all are 10/10. HUGE shout out to the manager and John the security guard for helping us rescue our new kitten. We will absolutely be back in the future!
