Only stayed one night. Front desk staff seemed friendly enough. There is a $35 parking fee. I feel like it should be free. The room was fine, though when we first entered it smelled strongly of cleaning products, probably not a bad thing. The pool was great, but the hot tub became very sudsy, maybe from too much bleach. During the day, you don’t really notice the highway noise, but at night you do. Either you’re okay with it or you’re not. It almost became white noise for me, and I slept fine.

After reading some of the recent reviews, I was a bit worried about our stay—people mentioned everything from highway noise to cleanliness issues. But the moment we walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and our room felt comfortable and well-kept. Yes, you can hear a bit of freeway noise, but once our door was closed, I barely noticed it at all (though I’m also a heavy sleeper). The location is fantastic—being so close to Disneyland made walking to the parks super easy, which was a huge plus for us. Parking was also simple and stress-free. While there’s no complimentary breakfast, that wasn’t a deal-breaker. They do have a nice coffee stand with grab-and-go breakfast options, and you can purchase a breakfast buffet for about $20 if you prefer something more substantial. Overall, we had a great stay and I’m glad we gave this place a chance. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Staff was friendly. However as members of Bonvoy, I’m shocked at how expensive this hotel is and yet how dirty and loud it is. The room had pink mold growing on tile, toilet has dark brown and gray streams like it hasn’t been cleaned. The room can’t get more than like warm water to said shower so I guess that could be why it was dirty. We could hear our neighbors all night and again in the am (5) when they were up talking on phone and planning day. Walls so thin. We joked that the freeway sound was an ocean sound. Luckily we were only here the night since it was a late day at Disneyland. We didn’t complain since the staff was friendly but wouldn’t recommend and

Not impressed. The road noise is really bad even with windows and doors closed. Probably hitting 60-70 db. Cleaning staff put a queen fitted sheet on a king bed where one side wasn’t even on the corners. They put the top sheet and blanket over the top like no one would notice. Floors are fake wood and in 5 minutes of walking around in socks, the bottoms turned black. We had two rooms, one didn’t have a safe, the other one smelled anytime we turned on the HVAC. The shower head, while kind of nice to experience, could fill a pool in 15 minutes. It’s no wonder Southern California has a drought problem. It’s this hotel. The beds are not the worst I’ve been on, but they certainly are not comfortable, especially when paired with pillows that shrink to about an inch thick. The restaurant in the hotel was mediocre at best, but that’s a whole other review. (Note: the bartenders were cool, A+ for them) The location close to Disneyland and being Bonvoy members was the reason for the booking, but needless to say, we won’t be coming back. We also will not be recommending this to anyone else.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Booked through Booking.com for a Disneyland trip. Check-in took 45 minutes because they couldn’t find our reservation. We booked a king bed with pull-out sofa and were given two queen beds instead. After a 7-hour drive, we went to bed—only for me to realize I was soaked in someone else’s urine. I immediately called the front desk and was told we could switch rooms the next day. No manager was available during our entire stay despite multiple attempts over three days. The new room was cleaner but had no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or enough towels. At checkout, still no manager. Booking.com tried contacting them multiple times with no success. We were refunded $11.66 for laying in urine. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Never again.
