The room was nice it was clean.the bathtub needs more cleaning the water pressure wasn't the best while taking a shower. The breakfast was delicious plenty of everything plus cereal for the kids. You would need to give your room # before being able to eat. I do like how it's gated where the cars are at in the back. The service was good everyone was friendly and the kids loved the jacuzzi 😅 theirs a nice little gift shop inside. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Ayat provided one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we walked through the door, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, answered all of our questions, and even helped us with a special deal that we truly appreciated. It’s rare to meet someone who is so kind, professional, and passionate about helping customers. She made the entire visit enjoyable and stress-free. Employees like Ayat are the reason customers keep coming back. We will definitely be returning, and we hope Ayat is there to help us again. The only bad experience is that we had hair in our bathroom, which was really gross. Maybe scrub the walls in the bathtub around the sides would be much better.

I love staying here, my wife and I have stayed here before we had kids and went to Disney and then came when our son was born and still go now that we have two kids. We love it, the staff treats us like family every single time. I appreciate Josefina and Leticia always going above and beyond. Hany is the best manager ever, he has made my stays here incredible and memorable for my family. Thank you guys!! I highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Disney, it’s so convenient and you get to see the fireworks from the grounds and the view is best from the pool view rooms!!!

Its good hotel close to Disneyland. We walked to Disneyland and back as its only a few blocks away. I had no issues. Staff is very friendly and service was great. The only issue I had was its very close to the freeway so you can hear the cars late at night on the freeway if you room if freeway facing. I have gone back twice to this hotel and will go back again in the future.

Really nice to see the fireworks from our room. Otherwise this place is probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Deadbolt worked some of the time, the safe was nonfunctional, housekeeping came in the room despite a do not disturb. Front desk staff promised a lot of amenities like ice pops for the kids since we are such cherished elite members then the next day they told my kid to his face that’s only for the pool. Oh and the highway was loud as hell and the air conditioner couldn’t choose between too hot and too cold. I’d not stay here ever again
