I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was a truly wonderful 1 night stay experience from start to finish. The first thing that struck us was the room—beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly spacious. It provided the perfect environment for my family to relax without feeling cramped. The attention to detail in the housekeeping and the overall layout made our stay very comfortable. The hospitality here is top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was polite and eager to help, creating a very welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. I want to give a special shout-out to Mr. Iskandar for his truly exceptional service. While my family and I were enjoying our complimentary breakfast at the Club Lounge, Mr. Iskandar went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His professionalism, warm demeanour, and proactive approach turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. It is rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail, and he is a true asset to the hotel team. If you are looking for a hotel with great rooms and even better people, I highly recommend staying here. A hotel with a very strategic location and affordable price, surely we will definitely be back!

I have a great stay here. The service was impeccable. There one slight hiccup during the first day, where the bath tub water is hot, even if we turn the knob to cold water. Lucky that issue only occur the first day/night. The following days and night, no issue. We have our own Anytime Fitness fob so i manage to use 2 hours of my time working out there on the last day prior to my family waking up. Very conveniently located on the 2nd floor. Hotel buffet breakfast is also okay. The spread is okay, i would give a rate 4/5. We did some walking to the nearest MRT, and it was not that far. However, might need umbrella if you walking in the noon or rainy time. Car park is alright, we mostly manage to get our family parking allocation, but to bring a stroller alone and opening the lobby door entrance is abit difficult from the carpark. The door is not automated, and required manually pull the door, and need someone else to open to bring stroller in. Manageable, but slight difficult imo.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff (shoutout to Liza!) were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore nearby places. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Furama Riverfront. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. We loved the buffet breakfast and evening canapes. The location was great, only a short 5 minute walk to the MRT and two stops to Orchard Road. The service was amazing. All the staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Special mention to Liza who first greeted us at reception, Sophie and John. An extra special mention to Iskander who was the most friendly, kind and helpful person we have ever encountered at a hotel. He went above and beyond to look after us and we especially enjoyed his words of wisdom and helpful suggestions to get around Singapore.

Very grateful to Furama for giving my kids and myself a very homey feeling whenever we are here for our twice a year staycation. During our 8D7N Dec stay from 15th dec, the usual 18th level room that we requested for was occupied, customer service exec Carlos was very kind to offer us an upgrade to Club room at 19th level. It was very spacious and gave us a perfect cosy time for our xmas staycation. My kids absolutely love it! Thank you! The house keeper lady is polite, kind and checked in with us on our needs too. Good location, and love that we are able to collect our own amenities and drinking water. Our top choice hotel for our yearly staycations! Some improvement feedback: The heater in the room is abit inconsistent, sometimes not hot enough. The TV in the room seems to have problem connecting to the network. So we have problem projecting the iPad view to the screen.
