Stayed here for four days with my family and had a pleasant overall experience. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were really helpful throughout the stay. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family, with enough space to relax. The hotel itself felt well maintained and convenient for a longer stay. It is also known as a family-friendly hotel with helpful staff, good room comfort, and dining options on site The only thing that could have been better was the menu variety, as there was no change in the food options from day to day. Still, overall it was a good stay and worked well for a family visit in Singapore

We are currently staying at Furama RiverFront from June 2–5 and have been having a great experience so far. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around Singapore. The staff have been friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room is well-maintained, and the facilities have met our expectations. We also appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the smooth service provided by the hotel team. So far, our stay has been very enjoyable, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. Thank you to the staff for making our trip a pleasant one.

We had a fantastic stay at Furama RiverFront, and we would like to specially recognise Iskander from the Executive Club Lounge for his outstanding service. As Executive Lounge guests, we enjoyed access to breakfast and the evening service from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Throughout our stay, Iskander consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well looked after. One gesture that particularly stood out was during breakfast. We were running a little late, and without even knowing whether we would make it in time, Iskander had thoughtfully reserved a table for us. When we arrived, we realised it was the only table available in the lounge. This level of care, foresight, and attention to guests is truly exceptional and made a lasting impression on us. His professionalism, experience, warmth, and genuine hospitality were evident in every interaction. He always greeted us with a smile, remembered us, and ensured we were comfortable and enjoying our experience. The Executive Club Lounge was excellent, but it was Iskander's service that made it memorable. He is a true asset to Furama RiverFront, and we would happily return to the hotel partly because of the wonderful hospitality he provided. Thank you, Iskander. We look forward to seeing you again on our next visit to Singapore.

We spent all 10 days of our Singapore adventure here and were impressed by the rooms, the location, and the staff. We were a family of three and stayed in a family room that had a king-sized bed and a bunk bed. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It's well-located for walking, taking the bus and grabbing the metro. It's also only a 10 minute walk from a hawker and a very nice mall. The staff was accomodating and helpful, and we appreciated the breakfast each morning. Highly recommend!

A good place to stay in Singapore! Have stayed here twice now and have gotten great service. Iskander was awesome and genuinely friendly at the restaurant, ensuring that we had a good meal. 🙂 All staff were fantastic, including the staff at the door and check-in area. Sophie was cool, didn’t catch any other names. Would come here again for sure! Really like the location as well, never been any downsides in that aspect. There’s a 7-11 on ground floor, next door which is convenient.
