Rendezvous Hotel Singapore was an amazing place to stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, the facilities were great, and the location was brilliant. However, the standout part of our stay was definitely the staff — they are a real credit to the hotel. Unfortunately, Emirates lost our luggage on arrival in Singapore. We arrived at the hotel early, having booked a taxi just to drop our bags before exploring the city. The young gentleman at reception (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) was outstanding and kindly arranged for us to access our room earlier than expected, which made a huge difference as we were travelling with our infant son. The restaurant staff were also wonderful, always chatting to our son and keeping him entertained. The cleaning lady on Level 8 was incredibly kind and always made a fuss of him as well. Pahheer at the door was an absolute pleasure to speak with — he took a genuine interest in us and our child and always greeted us with a smile. If we ever return to Singapore, we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing location. Walkable to almost everywhere and on Bencoolen MRT. Bus stop out the front and Dhoby Ghaut station is a few minutes walk.Beautiful heritage facade. It’s not a slick modern hotel but it is comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area is pretty good. I stayed on the executive floor where the hallway carpet was very worn - entering my room the carpet was newer. My room was a good size but it would have been nice to have an easy chair as is the case in non exec floor rooms. Room was clean and the Nespresso machine a welcome addition. Including a small cup for use with espresso machine would be good. Exec lounge food was disappointing- limited, repetitive and not refreshed. Tables were not cleaned frequently and service was uneven. Exec floor staff were generally helpful but one was quite officious. After being on the exec floor I would expect to be recognised and remembered nit treated like a stranger and having my identity confirmed. This is one of the poorer exec club experiences I’ve had. Room servicing was inconsistent sometimes very good, at others minimal. Like all Singapore hotels guests are encouraged to use tap water and there is a glass carafe in the room. This makes filling the kettle easier - hooray! But if you are serious about sustainability initiatives then have separate waste bins to encourage recycling and offer all guests a complimentary branded reusable drink bottle.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. I had a fabulous stay here. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much to ask. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds and pillows are super comfy. I slept so well. The location is within the Arts district and there are wonderful old buildings that are suggestive of Singapore's past. However, it is also in close proximity to Orchard Rd and all it has to offer. Of particular note is Plaza Singapora. I would stay here again and would recommend it highly to anyone.

I recently stayed at Rendezvous Hotel Singapore (hotel was chosen by the travel agent) for a professional commitment, and it truly exceeded my expectations for a four star hotel. The atmosphere throughout the property strikes a refined balance between classic elegance and contemporary comfort, creating a setting that feels both polished and relaxed. My room was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The bedding was superb, the lighting well considered, and the overall layout practical without feeling impersonal. Everything functioned seamlessly, which made the stay feel effortless rather than merely adequate. The location is another undeniable advantage. Situated near Bras Basah and within easy reach of Orchard Road, the hotel offers convenient access to restaurants, cultural venues, and public transport. Getting around the city was simple and efficient, whether for business meetings or exploring at leisure. A special mention goes to the entire staff, who were consistently attentive, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Their professionalism felt natural rather than rehearsed, and every request was handled promptly and with care. Overall, Rendezvous Hotel Singapore delivers comfort, convenience, and thoughtful hospitality in equal measure. I would gladly return and confidently recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.

The hotel was amazing and even upgraded our room for our anniversary, which made our stay extra special. The room was beautiful with a great view of the street and Marina Bay. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the subway. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. We can’t wait to stay here again when we visit Singapore. Highly recommended! ⭐
