A good place to stay in Singapore! Have stayed here twice now and have gotten great service. Iskander was awesome and genuinely friendly at the restaurant, ensuring that we had a good meal. 🙂 All staff were fantastic, including the staff at the door and check-in area. Sophie was cool, didn’t catch any other names. Would come here again for sure! Really like the location as well, never been any downsides in that aspect. There’s a 7-11 on ground floor, next door which is convenient.

incredible breakfast & happy hour. do the club thing, it’s worth it if you want the food and drinks from 6-8 (which were very good and a little different every day) and for breakfast you’ll always have a table in a quieter area, and you get a special selection of food. the general breakfast can get pretty chaotic. the pool was nice but too cool for me (we went early february) & the pickleball/paddleball courts were a fun addition to our trip 😊 fabulous shower. amazing hospitality. Iskander was unlike anyone we’ve met in the industry, went above and beyond & treated us like he’s known us for years 🥹 Sara was an amazing bartender, very attentive and Lauren made up our room and was very kind aswell. everyone was amazing at what they did and i know it’s hard to keep those positive attitudes because there are a lot of people staying at this hotel and not everyone is easy to deal with. would stay again 100%

Very grateful to Furama for giving my kids and myself a very homey feeling whenever we are here for our twice a year staycation. During our 8D7N Dec stay from 15th dec, the usual 18th level room that we requested for was occupied, customer service exec Carlos was very kind to offer us an upgrade to Club room at 19th level. It was very spacious and gave us a perfect cosy time for our xmas staycation. My kids absolutely love it! Thank you! The house keeper lady is polite, kind and checked in with us on our needs too. Good location, and love that we are able to collect our own amenities and drinking water. Our top choice hotel for our yearly staycations! Some improvement feedback: The heater in the room is abit inconsistent, sometimes not hot enough. The TV in the room seems to have problem connecting to the network. So we have problem projecting the iPad view to the screen.

Wow. A very friendly place. Was able to check-in as early as 11am because the room was available at the time. Extremely friendly receptionist. Check-out was a breeze. Will definitely return. The kids play area in the lobby was so cute. Very family friendly. 100% recommend. Clean new room. No regrets.
