Excellent hotel and value for money, great entertainment throughout the day and night, 4 great pools, 1 kids pool, 1 for water slides and 2 larger pools, food been marvelous again this year. Stayed here 4 years in a row. Don't have to leave hotel if not needed. Everyone friendly and helpful. Great selection of food and alcohol, pop for kids etc. The cleaners for the room very trustworthy, Can't fault anything. Be back again next year.

We stayed here as a family of 6, worst holiday and *resort* ever, food was bland and often luke warm and inedable. Pools were rammed, screaming, shouting and everyone smoking, also the ramp from pool area up to the bar is always wet and slippy (wife slipped over twice and was met with a *ha ha, slippy* by one of the hotel staff!! And he walked off leaving my wife on the floor and some random man helped her up instead). Drinks were like syrup and if you don't tip the bar tenders they just become rude and/ignorant when you go to the bar. The kids club is NOT included in the all inclusive (it's £10 a night) From the minute you get there you are bothered by peddler's giving you the hard sell, massage, visit gold mine, bingo, day trips (every day this happens) it becomes so off putting and we ended up avoiding the pool areas There is NO second restaurant or gym. Cockroach in the downstairs public toilets. Rooms are clean and comfy, outdated and TV doesn't work properly. Elevator broke multiple times, once with us inside it!! GOOD points.... The room maids/cleaners were amazing, kind and friendly. The aircon works well! The coffee and cakes in reception in the afternoon are the only decent food and drinks, and maybe the breads at breakfast. Team YOLO was the only positive for this hotel, they work hard to entertain everyone and put on a show in the evenings (like Butlins but more funny) The supermarket nearby is brilliant, good food and very reasonably priced too, if you don't want sickness and diarrhea from the hotel food, buy food here instead! ----------------------------------------------------------------- The location is more like Skegness on acid, great for chavs and people who like to get drunk everyday and chat crap. The restaurants, bars and shops nearby try to pull you in with hard sell and constant *boss man look here* buy my stuff, so annoying! The beach at Marmaris (a good 30min walk) is filthy and full of rubbish and cigarette nubs. Any rooms near the elevators..... Good luck trying to sleep, all you hear all night is a loud groaning hum every time it goes up or down!

Ru Mia (Ru Mi)

Terrible experience. Had 7 day all inclusive holiday in July 2024 (I’ve been meaning to post sooner but didn’t have the time and was completely traumatised by the lack of service and security at the hotel. The staff swore out loud, profanity in Turkish and thought I wouldn’t understand (I learnt a bit of Turkish and knew exactly what Alev had said) I was informed she would be fired due to her verbal abuse towards me, I’m not sure this was actioned. There were no life guards at any of the pools!! Hotel needs updating and cleaning, rooms are very small and corridors very dirty. I will never return. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. Please do better.

Staff here are really nice and the cleaners were good but I will not be coming back here even if you paid me! Fights almost every night with police called multiple times. Unfortunately a lot of people that stay here are rough, drink too much and cause problems. The evening entertainment was also pretty poor apart from one night where they had external African dancers who were brilliant. The room we stayed in was also nothing like the pictures that were advertised - it was small, dark and really outdated. Poor vegan options as well and when we asked for to milk alternatives we were told to go buy our own.

The hotel was good we had the best holiday here. The entertainment on the night was a bit slow and my wife did get good poisen for a day of the breakfast buffet. The rooms where kept spotless and there is plenty of staff keeping the place tidy always willing to help. The location is near a strip of lively bars and many mini markets what are not over priced. The beach is a nice 20-25 minute walk
