Loved the holiday... A few things. If you don't get up at 6am latest you will not get a sunbed. Food is great, snack bar is amazing, the staff are the best, mario is a legend and was amazing with the kids and entertainment. It's very very busy and lively, eric is a legend. Get a massage, it's cheap and world-class. Reception staff and management are amazing. You must stay in the newer side apartments as the older ones are very dated and very small the newer ones and penthouses are worth the upgrade. Loved the holiday, little shame about the over crowding but not stupid just really busy.. staff are amazing as said, but wish they had more bar staff, and the slides to be open all the time not just for two one hour slots a day. Squid game night is the best, neo party is brilliant, the rest is ok to good. Loads of extras to pay for which wasn't expected. But still give this place a massive 👍, great place for kids under 12 and adults.. not the best for teenagers.. we will come back.

We stayed here for a week family of 6 and to be honest it's not worth the money we got our room on arrival and the card to work the power was faulty so had to wait on a new one then when we finally got in our room the single bed was broken and the toilet bulb didn't work also our bed sheets were dirty. If you want a sunbed you better be up at 5am otherwise forget it and when you do get one you better not leave it as the staff just go around confiscating your towels as there's not enough beds for the overbooked hotel they run people are using chairs to sunbathe on. Sorry but that's a disgrace. As for the food it's mostly the same stuff every day so your probably better to eat out most days as there's only so much of the same stuff you want to eat and it's bland. Toilets stink of sewage in the reception area. My son paid £50 for the hotel wi fi and it hardly works twice he complained to reception staff regarding this matter and they kept telling him it would get better but it didn't so on our final day he complained that the service he paid for was awful and could he be refunded? They weren't interested and told him he should have complained sooner. They take your money and laugh at you. Entertainment well not much to say on this as butlins Entertainment knocks it out the park and that's saying something total rubbish. Would we return again NO THANKS. There are much better hotels in marmaris and this one certainly isn't in the running 4 star hotel I don't think so more like a 3 star or less. Could have added more pictures but to be honest we don't care as we will never return to this hotel.

I booked a Pool View and I got the back road view!!! Talked to Mr. ARIF and was told it would be sorted out in the morning when guests check out. Next morning had an early adventure scheduled so Talked to the person at the front desk and he was arguing & not very helpful. Came the evening & the staff changed & Mr. ARDA was in charge, more understanding & helpful. He told me he will make me very happy & satisfied, then arranged the room switching & the upgrade to the pool-view room as booked. I was very pleased and satisfied as he mentioned 😀 Thank Mr. ARDA for your professionalism and the way you handled the situation. Needless to say, during the whole ordeal, there was this nice gentleman BURAK who was helping me with my luggage; first to the first room and helped us get situated them move to the new room then load our luggage back into my car. The staff made our stay very pleasant. Thank you everyone 💐 Back to the hotel....... They have the old part called STANDARD room! Then there is the Deluxe Rooms in the new section of the hotel!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE STANDARD ROOMS! The Water Slides are only operational for 2 hours during the day at 10am & 3pm.

This is a very clean hotel. The block we stayed in was quite dated, but it was clean, everything worked as it should, and we had no issues with the room itself. We had originally booked two rooms but were upgraded to a family room, which consisted of two separate bedrooms and a lounge. One bedroom had a double bed, the second had twin beds, and the lounge had two armchairs, a coffee table, a sofa that converted into a bed, plus an additional pull-out bed. For a family of six, having the separate rooms and living area was really useful. The room also had a fridge and tea-making essentials. Wardrobe and storage space was an issue, though — there wasn’t really enough for four people, never mind six! The bathroom had a hairdryer, which to be fair was actually okay and did the job. We also had two balconies, which initially sounded great, but don’t expect to spend much time sitting on them. The air-conditioning units blow out so much heat that it makes the balconies pretty unbearable when they’re running. The biggest positive has to be the staff. They work incredibly hard, and I genuinely felt for them at times because they seemed stretched to their absolute limit. The hotel was packed to the rafters, yet there were often only two members of staff serving at each bar. This resulted in huge queues for drinks, which was frustrating for adults and especially difficult when you have children waiting with you. The same applied at mealtimes. Finding a table could be difficult due to the sheer number of guests. The waiting staff worked extremely hard to clear tables and help everyone, but there simply didn’t seem to be enough staff for the volume of people the hotel was accommodating. The sunbed situation was probably the worst part for us. People were getting up from around 4am onwards to reserve beds. The hotel policy states that if you aren’t at your sunbeds by 7am, towels can be removed, but this didn’t seem to solve the problem. You would still see people using one bed while reserving several others. With children, particularly when you want to be close to the pool, this makes things very difficult. We got up at 6am twice and only managed to get poolside beds once during our ten-day stay. We didn’t come on holiday to get up earlier than we do for work just to secure a sunbed — that isn’t a holiday to us. I think the hotel really needs to find a better way of managing this, especially when it is operating at such high capacity. On the positive side, the entertainment team were 100% amazing. The bar staff and waiting staff were brilliant and worked incredibly hard, and our cleaner was such a lovely lady. I can’t praise the staff enough. They are an absolute credit to the hotel, although at times it felt as though management expected far too much from too few staff. For an all-inclusive hotel, we also couldn’t fault the food. There was a great choice, and lunch/snacks were probably the best of the three meal periods, with a brilliant selection. There were also plenty of good choices for the children. Overall, there were lots of positives, particularly the cleanliness, food, entertainment and fantastic staff. However, I personally wouldn’t return simply because the hotel felt far too overcrowded. Everything became harder than it needed to be — getting a table, getting a drink or finding a sunbed — and that took away from the relaxing holiday experience we were hoping for. The staff are a credit to the hotel, but in my opinion, there either needs to be more staff and better management of the facilities, or fewer guests. The hotel simply didn’t seem equipped to comfortably handle the number of people staying there.

I’ve just had my holiday at Julian’s club Hotel. My room was great, but the Hotel itself was very overcrowded. There was no beds for half of the Hotel guests around the pool. The restaurant wasn’t open for lunch Only the snack bar was open during the day. We was only allowed one room key so wasn’t able to leave the Aircon on while was out, 47 degrees heat which was absolutely Ridiculously hot and would be nice to go back to a cold room but was refused a second room key so we wasn’t able to leave it on. Not one day in 10 days, did we get a sunbed as there was people down there at 6am Rushing to reserve lounges, even though there wasn’t being used all day, but because their towels was left on them, they was reserved which wasn’t fair for people who wasn’t able to get a sunbed due to the Full capacity of the Hotel. I think the worst thing with this Hotel was the entertainment there was charging guests to play games which was unfair and some children parents didn’t have the money to pay for games as a extra. some children was extremely upset There wasn’t able to participate. There was also selling raffle tickets and football cards around the pool in the day all day constantly trying to get money out of you. Bingo tickets at night and charging for Hotel guest participate in games at night. I’ve never known an all inclusive resort to try at every point to try and get money out of guests. This should have all been included in the entertainment package.such a shame. Food was lovely but repetitive. We spent more time out of the hotel then in it. Shame as it could be really nice
