Loved the holiday... A few things. If you don't get up at 6am latest you will not get a sunbed. Food is great, snack bar is amazing, the staff are the best, mario is a legend and was amazing with the kids and entertainment. It's very very busy and lively, eric is a legend. Get a massage, it's cheap and world-class. Reception staff and management are amazing. You must stay in the newer side apartments as the older ones are very dated and very small the newer ones and penthouses are worth the upgrade. Loved the holiday, little shame about the over crowding but not stupid just really busy.. staff are amazing as said, but wish they had more bar staff, and the slides to be open all the time not just for two one hour slots a day. Squid game night is the best, neo party is brilliant, the rest is ok to good. Loads of extras to pay for which wasn't expected. But still give this place a massive 👍, great place for kids under 12 and adults.. not the best for teenagers.. we will come back.

My Honest Review. We were at this hotel mid September. Good bits.. Food was ok. Plenty of breakfast and lunch choices. Evening was okay, but we stuck to pizza alot when there was not anything we fancied as we'repicky eaters. The lads in the Dinner hall were nice and friendly. Liked the coffee area, the fact Lunch was served until 4pm, juices were lovely, plenty of sun loungers, ice creams were nice too, entertainment was varied great, rooms were adequate for our needs (we booked diretly with the hotel so we were upgraded to superior double, pool view). The reception staff, food servers and cleaners were very nice and friendly. Hotel provided airport transfers. Now the negatives.. Evening food was quite ok, but we got bored with the food and needed better options apart from the pizza which was amazing. We felt safe going out, however, most days we heard of holidays makers were being targeted and had like threatening injuries from Turkish thugs that wanted to start fights.. one poor lad was left for dead. Entertainment staff were quite rude and when we were there one of it was one of the lads birthday and he was inviting people out to a club including families with young children and teenagers, however, we heard from others that the club was not appropriate for families and there were females dancing on tables, and on of the dads told the entertainer off for inviting his teenage kids as it was inappropriate. Also, one of the holiday makers was smoking weed in his vape and the young birthday lad and the other young entertainment lad also went at the back amd shared the vape. The lads were also drinking we heard. Room was cleaned daily but not thorough and the coffee mugs were never washed and 1was not even replaced as well as coffee and tea stuff was never replenished. No slippers toothbrush, toothpaste or shampoo provided, so bring your own or buy from the local supermarkets nearby. Also the double bed was 2 single beds put together, had 2 single bed sheets and 2 single blankets to cover ourselves at night instead of a double sheet and a double blanket. Wifi was poor in our room when we were promised free during our stay but when they reset this mid way through our week it was better. This being said, we did have a good time, had fun, met great people. Would we go again.. for us, we wouldn't. We'd go somewhere better in a better area. Marmaris was beautiful don't get me wrong, however, the area we went compared to a hot and sunny Blackpool abroad.

Amazing experience we had. Went for our daughters 11th birthday and they made us happy throughout our stay. We were there for 14 nights and we enjoyed thoroughly. The lady general manager was very kind and polite. As soon as we told her about my daughters birthday she decorated our room with cards flowers and balloons as a surprise. The only thing I'd suggest is there's no wall clock anywhere in the hotel. We were checking our phone everytime we had to look at the time. The other thing is they need one more bar near the pool as the queue gets bit annoying sometimes. Other than that its a fabulous place for a family. "Rana" at the reception was very smiling and welcoming 🙏 😊

We stayed here for a week family of 6 and to be honest it's not worth the money we got our room on arrival and the card to work the power was faulty so had to wait on a new one then when we finally got in our room the single bed was broken and the toilet bulb didn't work also our bed sheets were dirty. If you want a sunbed you better be up at 5am otherwise forget it and when you do get one you better not leave it as the staff just go around confiscating your towels as there's not enough beds for the overbooked hotel they run people are using chairs to sunbathe on. Sorry but that's a disgrace. As for the food it's mostly the same stuff every day so your probably better to eat out most days as there's only so much of the same stuff you want to eat and it's bland. Toilets stink of sewage in the reception area. My son paid £50 for the hotel wi fi and it hardly works twice he complained to reception staff regarding this matter and they kept telling him it would get better but it didn't so on our final day he complained that the service he paid for was awful and could he be refunded? They weren't interested and told him he should have complained sooner. They take your money and laugh at you. Entertainment well not much to say on this as butlins Entertainment knocks it out the park and that's saying something total rubbish. Would we return again NO THANKS. There are much better hotels in marmaris and this one certainly isn't in the running 4 star hotel I don't think so more like a 3 star or less. Could have added more pictures but to be honest we don't care as we will never return to this hotel.

Salah Bu-Gmasha (Bu-Tariq)

I booked a Pool View and I got the back road view!!! Talked to Mr. ARIF and was told it would be sorted out in the morning when guests check out. Next morning had an early adventure scheduled so Talked to the person at the front desk and he was arguing & not very helpful. Came the evening & the staff changed & Mr. ARDA was in charge, more understanding & helpful. He told me he will make me very happy & satisfied, then arranged the room switching & the upgrade to the pool-view room as booked. I was very pleased and satisfied as he mentioned 😀 Thank Mr. ARDA for your professionalism and the way you handled the situation. Needless to say, during the whole ordeal, there was this nice gentleman BURAK who was helping me with my luggage; first to the first room and helped us get situated them move to the new room then load our luggage back into my car. The staff made our stay very pleasant. Thank you everyone 💐 Back to the hotel....... They have the old part called STANDARD room! Then there is the Deluxe Rooms in the new section of the hotel!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE STANDARD ROOMS! The Water Slides are only operational for 2 hours during the day at 10am & 3pm.
