We had a wonderful holiday at Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort. We really enjoyed the wide variety and abundance of food available throughout the day, the kindness of the reception staff, and the excellent service from the waiters. We also dined at the Italian restaurant, where the food was delicious and plentiful. We would especially like to thank Katerina and Roshan, who welcomed us with such warmth, kindness, and big smiles. They were absolutely wonderful and made us feel so comfortable, almost as if we had known them for years. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful holiday, excellent service, and warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This hotel offers a family-friendly environment, featuring numerous swimming pools and an aquapark with various slides. The extensive artistic and animation program caters to diverse interests, ensuring entertainment for all guests. Additionally, the well-equipped bars and multiple restaurants provide excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Polish-speaking receptionists are available to assist guests. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment.

Nice hotel. Brilliant for kids. Rooms not the biggest but clean and everything you need. The spa is mega. Sandra was my therapist. Brilliant job. Professional and polite. Really really good massage. Highly recommend the aegeo spa there.

Wonderful stay at Leonardo — Excellent service and amenities! We had a great time at the Leonardo Hotel. Here are the highlights of our stay: Service: The staff is incredibly friendly, smiling, and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and checked in on us several times during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Quick Problem Solving: When we had an issue with the balcony door, the team resolved it almost instantly. Food & Entertainment: The food was delicious and offered a great variety. There are plenty of pools and attractions on-site to keep you entertained. Facilities: There is a really nice, though compact, gym with everything you need. Room & Comfort: The rooms are cleaned thoroughly. We stayed on the pool side, but it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which we highly appreciated. Highly recommended!

​We would like to highly commend Kavita from room service. She was incredibly kind, doing everything with a big smile and a genuine willingness to help. She even assisted my son in surprising us with a birthday greeting. Whatever we requested, she helped with joy, from the bottom of her heart, and with a charming smile. ​We would also like to thank the front desk staff, who did everything they could to assist us.
