Wonderful stay at Leonardo — Excellent service and amenities! We had a great time at the Leonardo Hotel. Here are the highlights of our stay: Service: The staff is incredibly friendly, smiling, and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and checked in on us several times during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Quick Problem Solving: When we had an issue with the balcony door, the team resolved it almost instantly. Food & Entertainment: The food was delicious and offered a great variety. There are plenty of pools and attractions on-site to keep you entertained. Facilities: There is a really nice, though compact, gym with everything you need. Room & Comfort: The rooms are cleaned thoroughly. We stayed on the pool side, but it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which we highly appreciated. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel. Brilliant for kids. Rooms not the biggest but clean and everything you need. The spa is mega. Sandra was my therapist. Brilliant job. Professional and polite. Really really good massage. Highly recommend the aegeo spa there.

​We would like to highly commend Kavita from room service. She was incredibly kind, doing everything with a big smile and a genuine willingness to help. She even assisted my son in surprising us with a birthday greeting. Whatever we requested, she helped with joy, from the bottom of her heart, and with a charming smile. ​We would also like to thank the front desk staff, who did everything they could to assist us.

A very pleasant experience overall. The rooms and hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The food was quite good, although I’m not a big fan of all-inclusive resorts. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of two lifeguards at the children's water slides. There should have been one lifeguard at the top of the slides and another at the bottom to supervise the children. Personally, I had to go up to the slides several times because the children were entering the slides all at once, in a way that was dangerous and could have resulted in someone drowning. At times, there was no lifeguard present at all, as he was being called over the loudspeaker to assist elsewhere. I am giving the hotel a 4/5 rating because I believe that the lack of adequate lifeguard supervision at the children's water slides is an issue that needs to be resolved. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and I would recommend it.

I wanted to express my absolute satisfaction with the outstanding service provided by Keihra. My room was immaculately cleaned and organized. The fresh, clean towels and the perfectly made bed with crisp linens were highly appreciated. What truly stood out was Keihra's incredible attention to detail, exemplified by the beautiful towel composition left as a delightful finishing touch. This kind of thoughtful gesture elevates the entire guest experience from standard to truly exceptional. Keihra's professionalism, diligence, and commitment to excellence made my stay incredibly comfortable, and she deserves high recognition for her fantastic work.
