I’m a flight attendant and I’ve had the chance to travel to some of the most beautiful places in the world, yet no place compares to Lesante Blu Exclusive Beach Resort. This is already my third stay here, and every time it feels just as magical as the first. The infinity pool and the breathtaking sea view are absolutely stunning, truly postcard-perfect. The service is simply impeccable. Every single member of the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel special and cared for. The attention to detail, the kindness, and the professionalism are exceptional. This hotel truly has nothing to envy from the most luxurious resorts worldwide. It’s beautiful! The rooms are tired though. The service is incredible. Food is magnificent! We have travelled extensively and stayed in many beautiful hotels, but our stay at Lesante Blu was truly special. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed with a drink, to our final dessert before departure, every member of the team made us feel genuinely cared for. The service was exceptional throughout our stay—warm, attentive, professional, and delivered with such kindness. Nothing ever felt too difficult; the staff seemed dedicated to making every aspect of our holiday effortless and enjoyable. What stood out most was the people. Everywhere we went we were greeted with big smiles, friendly faces, and a sense of genuine hospitality that cannot be taught. Lesante Blu has clearly hired and trained an outstanding team. We spent most of our days relaxing by the beautiful pool, watching the hours drift by against the backdrop of the Ionian Sea. The sunsets were spectacular, the moonrises equally magical, and every corner of the property felt peaceful and luxurious. We ate every meal at the hotel except one, and each dining experience was consistently excellent. A particular highlight was our dégustation dinner at Melia. The food was outstanding, but what elevated the experience was the service. Constantina guided us through each course and wine pairing with remarkable knowledge, confidence, and enthusiasm. Her explanations brought every dish to life, and she made the evening feel truly special. A special thank you to Elli, who brought joy and positivity to every day of our stay, and to Nikos, Dimitris, and Constantina, our wonderful waitress on our first evening, who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We would also like to recognise Constantina from Melia, who delivered one of the finest dining experiences we have enjoyed anywhere. When it was time to leave, we genuinely felt emotional. We almost cried saying goodbye, which says everything about how special this place is. If you are looking for a luxury hotel in Zakynthos where exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, outstanding dining, and unforgettable hospitality come together, Lesante Blu is simply exceptional. We cannot wait to return.

Lesante Blue urgently needs to pay attention to the staffs hospitality. They look facilitators, they are not. Unfortunately, the staff’s hospitality is so disappointing. They are just there for the summer and the money and are desperate to just leave the island. This attitude is reflected in their carelessness service. Do not get me wrong, they are all smiley faces and they do say and say they are “always there to help”. Reality is different. Late taxis, multiple times and no one notifies until you show up at front desk; careless attention during our boat trip booked with Lesante Blue. The boat trip was from 9:00 to 16:00 and nobody worried about us having something to eat until we asked. The hotel was beautiful, views are amazing. The poor staff hospitality is shocking.

Belinda Carlisle once sang that heaven is a place on earth. I believe we found that very place on Zakynthos, at Lesante Blu. Lesante Blu truly feels more like paradise than a hotel. Stunning views, elegant interiors, delicious cuisine at the restaurants, smiling guests (which comes as no surprise), and above all – the outstanding service. Nowhere else in the world have we been treated so exceptionally well. The staff, both at the hotel and especially in the restaurants, were unfailingly patient, highly professional, and incredibly attentive. Our room, complete with a private pool and breathtaking sea view, was perfectly equipped and cleaned twice a day by the kindest housekeepers, who always made sure we never lacked a thing. I would like to thank the entire Lesante Blu team for the best holiday of our lives. My dream, my goal, and my plan is to return – and I have never meant those words more sincerely. If you are looking for a place that combines luxury, beauty and true hospitality – Lesante Blu is it. P.S. – Before choosing this hotel, we read many reviews, and in quite a few of them one particular name appeared: Peggy, with guests sending her special greetings. At the time I wondered what it was all about – now I know. Peggy is the soul of this hotel and the embodiment of the quality, warmth, and professionalism that such a place should aspire to. Peggy – thank you for those 10 wonderful days. Lesante Collection should be proud to have someone like you on their team.

Whilst this is a lovely resort, it is fair to say it was very disappointing that a ‘suite’ with a balcony and pool had no sun at all. Having visited many hotels, and stayed in some exceptional locations we found it bizarre that so many ‘suites’ with balcony and pool were in the shade all day, no wonder no-one stayed in their room. As a result the pool are was extremely busy and unless you went early (like a package holiday) and put a towel out you had no chance of a somewhere to sit in the sun. - very disappointing.
