My daughter had a wedding there. It was a lovely day, we couldn't afford to go there so she had to pay extra for us to go in on that day, it was a lovely venue all outside, lots of different foods. Most of them delicious. Well set out wedding area. The open bus tour was really nice. DJ was very good. The waiting staff overall a credit to your hotel The weddings was excellent. Couldn't do enough for you, we had a great time. Very clean. Very tidy ,well set out, My daughter had a beautiful wedding,

I stayed at this resort from 26th March to 2nd April and had booked direct with the hotel. The location is good within walking distance to Nissa beach and the grounds of the resort are lush and tropical. It is a lovely site. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The room we stayed in was spacious with a good quality coffee machine for that pre-breakfast drink on the balcony in the sun. The rooms had both power and USB sockets and the bathroom had a good quality shower with excellent smelling toiletries. The food quality was good with good opening and closing times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you missed out there was also a snack building right by the pools serving an impressive selection of food and drink. The kids club is very useful for times when you need time away from children and can be used as little or as much as you want. My daughter was quite happy with the activities they offered. I have marked down one star for the very patchy wifi at the site which, on checking out, I was told by reception was due to some fault that they had fixed. Hopefully this was a one off but it impacted 6 out of the 7 days I stayed at the hotel. Another reason for one star down was that only 2 restaurants were open when we arrived at site. The other restaurants that require booking only started accepting bookings from around 31st March onwards. This should be made clear when booking particularly to our family that are foodies and don't drink. Overall really good resort with attentive staff and a lush tropical site that make for a great environment.

I thought the entertainment team were first class. They work hard all day and then perform at night too. They were all outstanding singers dancers and actors and they put on a great show every night. The food at the restaurant was outstanding especially The Greats and Pan Asian restaurants. The only thing that let us down was our visit to the rock and roll restaurant. We had to send back my husbands meal twice as the food wasn’t cooked properly meaning he then ate an alternative dinner when the rest of the family were finished eating. The hotel staff in every capacity (reception, bar, waiting, domestic) were all so friendly, cheery and polite. Huge shout out to Mahdy from the bar. He looked after us so well. Fantastic manners and grace. The pool areas were spotless at all times and we all loved the lazy river. It was so relaxing with lovely music playing as you go round. I’d also like to commend Jurij (not sure if that’s how you spell his name) front the front desk area. He was truly a great first impression to the hotel and greeted us every time he saw us. Such a lovely gentleman. Overall we had the best holiday and will absolutely be back. Thank you to all the staff who made our holiday even better.

Had a great week hear. We stayed in the fisherman's village. Hotel staff absolutely great. Fantastic service. We were able to visit and have lunch at the annex by the beach. Short distance away. Wouldent mind staying there. Themed reausteraunts realy good. You do need to book in advance. Truthfully not impressed with the buffet reausteraunt at all. Best meal of the day there was the breakfast. That's if you choose the alacart menu. Two things . We have read on over 6 months of reviews and longer about cold food and it's true. Bacon in the morning was like lether. They would go a long way to improve this by supplying hot plates. By the time you get back to the table everything is stone cold. Loads of cats. Diners feeding the cats. The cat are there for a reason. Not to be fed by people visiting the reausteraunt. That said we had a very good time. Top people were yevon at the fisherman's village. This girl can not do enough for you. Secondly the annex Hotel near the beach. The Barlad and the waitress top notch great service and so nice to talk to. They praise the managment . Well done.

We attended a wedding here this week and wow what a venue We had a day pass to get into the wedding. It is beautiful. Excellent service, amenities , and food was amazing. Nothing they couldn't do for you. The only blip would be the location. You are kind of in the middle of nowhere. We stayed in Agia Napa and it was a 10/15 min taxi ride to get to the hotel.The wedding was so well organised and the wedding planner was amazing. Highly recommend
