Horrendous hotel. No where near a 4 star, a 2 would be generous. Dirty rooms. Staff not interested. Ridiculously loud music by the pool whilst everyone is trying to relax. The food was really bad. Got food poising All cold and disgusting. They didn’t even bother labelling what each item was. Shut the place down

the location was beautiful, however the hotel is nothing like the pictures. although we paid for all inclusive, the food was awful so we went to local restaurants which were a lot nicer. the soft and fizzy drinks were lovely but the alcoholic drinks didn’t have any effect on us whatsoever (unless you literally drank all day) the entertainment was very poor, on one occasion a man called murat asked all the women to get up and do a “sexy dance” which is completely inappropriate. this same man constantly pestered my auntie, asking if she has a boyfriend (when she said yes, he said that her boyfriend doesn’t need to know about them) and said that he wanted to have intercourse with her. it made us all feel quite uncomfortable for the rest of our holiday, especially since this man threatened us - he said that “english people struggle to get travel insurance and can get lost at sea” days before we went on a boat trip… we heard that the hotel is getting demolished at some point so it makes sense i guess.

Pool was lovely and the water sports was good Masoon has been a top guy always checking in and making the pool games fun and jokes. Always makes a effort to come for a chat n check everything think is OK Pleasure to meet and to the hotel... good lad 💪💪

PLEASE READ!! Every good review on this hotel is fake, it was terrible. Room never cleaned, food was awful, hotel is dirty and old, stuff was stolen out of pleoples rooms i could go on but Please don't be fooled like we were!!! If you look all good reviews are originaly in Turkish. We booked ours through love holidays which due to there miss selling we will never use again!

We stayed for a week... Not once did our room get cleaned. Bedding not changed or towels. The Bathroom had wires from the hairdryer wired to the back of the plug socket. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable with the metal springs coming through the mattress. We did not eat the breakfast or dinner. We went out... Lots of guests complaining one couple moved rooms 3 times. No elevator lots of stairs not suitable for anybody with a disability.
