We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The cleanliness is impeccable, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The staff is very attentive and the service is truly outstanding. Direct access to the beach is a real bonus. As for the food, it’s a delight, all u can eat buffet with a wide variety of Mediterranean, Moroccan, Italian, Spanish, Egyptian and many other dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel

Great hotel, great rooms and the food was absolutely fantastic! The indoor pool was also fantastic and much needed for a December stay. The gym is also great and well equipped. Yasin (I think he was a supervisor in the main lobby) was very welcoming and very friendly. The entertainment was OK when compared to other all inclusive resorts I've been to, but it did the job. Rooms were absolutely gorgeous, huge, clean and spacious! The 24/7 bakery/ patisserie was a great addition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't hesitate to return!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and would happily return. The location is one of its biggest highlights—right on the beach, making it perfect for relaxing walks and easy access to the sea. The pool area is excellent: very spacious, well-maintained, and never felt overcrowded. It offers plenty of room for both families and couples to relax comfortably. The all-inclusive concept was very well executed, with a wide variety of food available across the restaurants. There was something for every taste, and the quality was consistently good throughout our stay. What really stood out, however, was the hospitality. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Faycal, who was particularly attentive and made us feel very welcome—his service truly enhanced our overall experience. While everything else met our expectations, the cleaning standards could be improved slightly to fully match the overall quality and comfort of the hotel. Overall, this was a very positive experience. The combination of location, facilities, food, and exceptional service made our stay memorable. We would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Agadir.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly from reception to the cleaning department. Everyone smiling. The whole place is super clean and always being freshened up. Two waiters in the Culina restaurant especially stood out as friendly were Ali and Massi.

Very clean hotel, impressive looking when you enter the lobby with plenty of areas to sit and relax. There are 3 bars serving alcohol each opens in turn, the lobby bar, the pool bar and the Food Court bar. The last 2 are outside with plenty of sunny sitting areas to enjoy a drink. Obviously it's a Muslim country so alcohol isn't high on the age da but there is lager and a selection of wines and spirits. The coffee bar and bakery in the lobby is fab and gives a nice lighter alternative to breakfast in the restaurant. The food was fine, Mediterranean, morrocan styles dominate but there are some more English meals if you want that. The pool are was clean and well maintained, some have mentioned loose tiles but they were being repaired when we visited in January. The beach is 2 mins (if that) from the hotel and there are some top sunsets to be seen. Best if all is the staff. They are all really welcoming and are a real credit to the hotel. All in all it's a 10/10 from us
