This is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The rooms were absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully presented. The food was exceptional throughout our stay, and the indoor pool was a wonderful feature. The hotel itself was spotless and very well maintained. A special thank you to FATIMAEZZAHRA, our housekeeper, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Her kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options available. We particularly enjoyed the freshly made pasta at the buffet, prepared exactly to our preference, as well as the selection of restaurants on offer. The bakery was a fantastic addition and provided a great selection of fresh treats at any time of day. The gym was also excellent, with a wide range of well-maintained equipment. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a fantastic stay at Pickalbatros Palace de Roses in Agadir. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms, excellent facilities, and a great selection of food throughout the day. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Agadir. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who genuinely made our holiday even better. They brought amazing energy every single day, were always happy to stop for a chat, and got everyone involved without ever being pushy. Whether it was playing padel, football, or simply having a laugh around the pool, they created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. A huge thank you to Yasir, who went above and beyond to make everyone feel included. His enthusiasm, positivity, and friendly personality really stood out and made our experience one we’ll remember. Thank you to the whole entertainment team for making our holiday so enjoyable!

Fantastic hotel for a short stay We chose the Pickalbatros Palais des Roses specifically because it was advertised as child-friendly, and overall, it certainly was. There were just a few minor details that stopped me from giving it 5 stars. On arrival, check-in was quick, warm and welcoming, and we were kindly upgraded to a sea-view room. Unfortunately, we soon noticed an infestation of small flies in the bathroom. This may have been related to the building works taking place directly outside, but either way, the hotel dealt with it immediately and moved us to another room with very little fuss. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel grounds were absolutely immaculate. You can tell a lot of effort goes into maintaining the hotel, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was also a lot of effort put into the presentation of food, with plenty of choice and variety. However, unfortunately, we found that much of it lacked flavour. That said, there was always something available to eat, which is one of the reasons I think this hotel works particularly well for a shorter stay. Microwave for baby food warming was available in the buffet restaurant and the bakery which was helpful. The biggest issue for us was the temperature of the pools. They were extremely cold, which was particularly concerning as we were travelling with our 8-month-old baby. We were hoping to make more use of the pools but found the temperature difficult to enjoy. Overall, I wouldn't personally return, but I would still recommend the hotel, particularly for families looking for a short, all inclusive resort. The cleanliness, beautiful grounds and genuinely friendly staff are definite highlights.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palais de Roses in Agadir after flying from the UK, and we wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to every member of staff for making our holiday so memorable. 🌟 Despite our very late arrival due to a delayed flight, the team welcomed us with genuine warmth, helped us with our luggage, got us settled into our rooms quickly, and even arranged a hot meal for us in the early hours of the morning. That level of care made such a wonderful first impression. The food throughout our stay was excellent, with a fantastic variety of options, including the on-site bakery and restaurants. The entertainment provided by the animation team was outstanding, ensuring both adults and children had plenty of fun activities to enjoy every day. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the pool and splash park. The facilities were immaculate, spacious, and well maintained, with plenty of attentive lifeguards on duty. While a small number of guests unfortunately behaved in a way that affected the cleanliness and safety around the pool, the management team responded promptly and dealt with the situation professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, our experience was nothing short of five stars. From the exceptional hospitality to the fantastic facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to return in the future and highly recommend Palais de Roses to anyone looking for a memorable family holiday in Agadir. This hotel is a great base for your Holiday. Neat clean and tidy. On the whole they are extremely hard worker's like back here there's the odd exception to this. Food is great with lot's of choice and they turn over the food and menus everyday. There's a chef station in all the restaurants where he serves a la carte food which is unbelievably tasty 😋. This hotel is on 4 levels with lift's to every floor and ramp's up to swimming pool level ( just don't take a big mobility scooter or chair as lifts are a bit narrow. Your mini bar gets topped up everyday with soft drinks no alcohol in mini bar. It's on the sea front so has direct access to the beach. We found the entertainment started to late for us so can't really comment on this.
