This is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The rooms were absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully presented. The food was exceptional throughout our stay, and the indoor pool was a wonderful feature. The hotel itself was spotless and very well maintained. A special thank you to FATIMAEZZAHRA, our housekeeper, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Her kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options available. We particularly enjoyed the freshly made pasta at the buffet, prepared exactly to our preference, as well as the selection of restaurants on offer. The bakery was a fantastic addition and provided a great selection of fresh treats at any time of day. The gym was also excellent, with a wide range of well-maintained equipment. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a fantastic stay at Pickalbatros Palace de Roses in Agadir. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms, excellent facilities, and a great selection of food throughout the day. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Agadir. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who genuinely made our holiday even better. They brought amazing energy every single day, were always happy to stop for a chat, and got everyone involved without ever being pushy. Whether it was playing padel, football, or simply having a laugh around the pool, they created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. A huge thank you to Yasir, who went above and beyond to make everyone feel included. His enthusiasm, positivity, and friendly personality really stood out and made our experience one we’ll remember. Thank you to the whole entertainment team for making our holiday so enjoyable!

We had such an amazing stay at Pickalbatros Palais des Roses! The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning beach views and its own private section on the beach. There was always a sun lounger available which made relaxing by the pool and beach so easy. A special mention to Abdessamad, who served us during the evenings — he was absolutely lovely and treated us so well throughout our stay. His kindness and great service really made our holiday extra special. The food was amazing overall. There may not have been a huge variety for picky eaters, but we always found something we enjoyed eating every day. The drinks were also really good, and they were never shy with bottled water which we appreciated so much. Room service and housekeeping were excellent. Our room was spotless every single day, and for my birthday they decorated the room beautifully and even surprised me with a little cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable!

From the start to end, the service, the communication and care was excellent - every single person working there. At the reception Ikram took care of everything - she’s very polite, professional and very welcoming! She is very attentive, very professional and very friendly. She is outstanding. Rooms were clean and big! Housing keeping ladies were great. The food options are excellent- so much to choose from. The blue restaurant was amazing! So much seafood. Great variety! Pool area, entertainment, beach, bakery, restaurant and bar etc was 10/10 - the service, the food and options. If I were too say something needed improvement will be WiFi. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family - I will return again!

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel and I cannot fault it, from the moment we arrived we felt welcome and looked after. The staff were amazing, the rooms were perfect and the general vibe was relaxing yet entertaining. The food was very good with a variety to suit all tastes. A special mention to Mohammed who took care of us every evening in the Culina restaurant, he really went above and beyond. We had 2 rooms, 1 standard double and one family room which was huge. My youngest loved the kids club and the pool/water Park kept all 3 children entertained for hours when we were not out exploring. We would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Agadir.
