We went first week of September. ALL air conditioned advertised restaurants were closed. If we knew this, would have booked elsewhere. Minimal selective choices for meals, all outside. Rice and beans with chicken was predominant. Spoke with fellow tourists who’ve gone there several times and have not experienced this before. Off season cost cutting. Need to put a disclaimer about this. Once there, your stuck. Also watch out for the ‘charity donation’ they tack on when checking out without telling you. They will remove if you question it. All staff were professional- just the food options sucked.

The beach is located in a cove on the eastern side of the island. It is not as nice as the western side of the island that has nicer beaches and clearer water. This is probably why it is less expensive. The buildings are relatively old. The floor tiles creak and there is some obvious wear and tear noticeable. The AC is functional and does keep the room quite cool given the 85% humidity. The staff and entertainment crew are quite nice, pleasant in hospitable. There are plenty of opportunities for activities and recreation inside the resort without having to pay extra. We did not do the outside excursions but we were told by other guests that they were reasonably priced and worth the cost. The tennis and Pickleball courts are very nice. Rackets and balls are provided. snorkeling gear is also provided. You can have a ride on the catamaran and on the kayaks without extra cost.

We recently spent a week at Pineapple Beach Club in Antigua, and I can honestly say the resort exceeded my expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we left. My advice to anyone considering Pineapple Beach Club is to do your research and read the resort website carefully so you understand the experience it is designed to offer. This is a smaller, very relaxed resort with a wonderful atmosphere and a great overall vibe. For us, that was exactly what made it so enjoyable. We found the team to be exceptionally kind, attentive and genuinely interested in making sure guests were well looked after. One of the things I appreciated most was simply being able to truly unwind. There was none of the excessive horseplay, noise or shenanigans that you sometimes experience at larger resorts. The atmosphere was comfortable, friendly and easygoing, and every interaction we had throughout the week was positive. The staff were truly exceptional. There are honestly too many people I would want to thank individually, and I would be afraid of leaving someone out. I would like to thank Donna and the entire Pineapple Beach Club team for making my wife and me feel so welcome throughout our stay. As someone who has spent my career in the hospitality industry, I know that genuine hospitality cannot be manufactured. You can feel when a team sincerely cares about the guest experience, and that is exactly what we experienced here. We travelled during a quieter period, so some of the individual restaurants were not operating every evening. What impressed me was how well the resort adapted. The main dining room offered different themes throughout the week, with a combination of à la carte and buffet dining, which still created variety and made each evening feel different. White Night was a particular highlight. The resort created a wonderful atmosphere with different food displays and stations set up throughout the evening. It felt festive, well organized and very well done. The beach, grounds, atmosphere, dining and service all came together to create a genuinely memorable vacation. Most importantly, the resort gave us exactly what we were looking for: a place to relax, slow down and enjoy being away. Pineapple Beach Club highly exceeded our expectations, and my wife and I have already decided that we will be returning. In fact, we hope to make this an annual getaway. Thank you to Donna, and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended.

Outstanding resort! Small rooms but didn’t spend much time in it. Staff was phenomenal! Buffet was primary food venue. Food was fresh & delicious but fewer options than other all-inclusive resorts. Lots of entertainment options, day & night. Friday night’s “Street Party on the Beach” is a MUST. Very calm & relaxing vibe. Will definitely be back. One of my favorite adults only, all inclusive resorts, yet! Shout out to Tyrain, Solange & Katie-Ann!!!!!

I am very mixed on this resort. The location is pretty nice, the resort seemed compact but with a really nice beach. The water was clean and warm and the floating discs in the ocean were really cool! The food in the buffet was decent, and as much as they tried to mix things up, it was often the same dishes. We did manage to get into both a la carte restaurants for dinner. Chef Pietro's was only so-so. My veggies were actually cold and my steak was overcooked for my liking, but it was still ok! Pineapple Grill was much better, had great views and the food was way better! The staff........so the only really happy staff were the 2 ladies in the coffee shop and I am sorry I don't remember their names. They were singing and dancing and friendly and laughing with guests. The rest of the staff were friendly enough but not overly happy. I experienced one bartender who argued about how I wanted a drink made and another who I am pretty sure did not know how to smile. So.....I chose to not deal with them. We did experience an issue with the excursions......my mother who walks with a walker wanted to do a land and sea catamaran trip. So we inquired if this was a dock loading trip and were told it was, we then called the tour company - Tropical Adventures - and were told yes it is dock loading. We then asked our driver who said we would be fine, only to discover at the pickup location that this was a beach load trip. My mother and I did not take part in the catamaran portion of the trip. We did find out from our family who did the trip that you had to cross over another catamaran to get off the boat. We contacted Tropical Adventures and were told to call back the next day and we would be taken care of. We were informed we would receive a cash refund for 2 tickets, which was fine with us and it would be dropped off at the resort the next day. The refund was dropped off, but they shorted us $20. Not the end of the world but shows the character of Tropical Adventures. When I informed the excursion booking lady, she was going to call them, but I said we were leaving in 2 hours. Instead of stepping up and offering the remaining refund, nothing was offered. This is were the resort should have said, here is the rest and we will deal with this. The resort seemed to finger point and wipe their hands of this issue. What would have been nice, if the resort had stepped up and said we got you. We found communication from the staff was lacking. The one person knew that excursion was not dock but no one else did. We were not told that a party of 9 was too big for the a la carte dining and we had 2 tables of 4 and 5. This was not a huge deal for us. We had a hard time getting reservations at the restaurants ,yet the night before we ate at the Italian one, it was empty most of the night, but we could not get in. Then at the second, they had a table for 9 ready for us......... When I was waiting to discuss the excursion issue with staff a lady managed to get 4 or 5 reservations(good for her) and if I remember correctly, she did have a larger group she was with. Another small issue, the gym, they had this nice new step machine and I tried it out, only to hit my head on the ceiling as I climbed on it. Not a big deal as they had other machines to use. But what I found interesting was I went down to the front desk, as a courtesy to say this happened, and maybe put a sign up so no one else hits their head, no sign or warning was up 2 days later. But the gym was decent. We did 2 other excursions, scooter snorkel - excellent and deep sea fishing - caught 3!! Would i go back, nope. even though the resort is nice, the food was not bad, the gym was good, the floating discs were cool and some of the excursions were fun!
