Our stay is amazing 4 days. It's helpful for me to understand that front desk gave me the hotel guides of japanese. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had so much variety including Vietnamese foods. This buffet breakfast never gets bored!! We went to swim in the pool everyday during our stay, it made me feel so relaxed and refreshed. The room was nice and clean, especially the specious bathroom makes me comfortable. The staff are very friendly, always a smile and a greeting, and helpful with my requests. Especially guest service staff Mr. ANH, he is very helpful with my request. I’d like to give special thanks to him. We had the time of our lives. Thank you. We hope to stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in October this year, and we absolutely loved the hotel and the service. One of the drivers picked us up from the airport and also took us back when it was time to fly home to Australia — everything was perfectly organized. I’d recommend visiting during the quieter season, as it was the perfect time for us to relax and unwind. The only downside was that the meal options were a bit limited — since we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the resort for eight days, a bit more variety would have been nice. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!

We truly enjoyed our stay — the room was fantastic, comfortable, and well-kept. The breakfast spread was impressive as well, with a wide range of choices that really lived up to the brand’s 5-star reputation. Although we came during the rainy season and couldn’t enjoy the pool, the facilities still looked inviting and well maintained. Now, let’s move on to the part that needs improvement: 1. Drinking water Somehow, in a 5-star hotel, water suddenly becomes a luxury item. I was told (perhaps I heard wrongly, but…) that requesting more than four bottles a day might be chargeable. Not wine, not cocktails — water. Plain, basic, stay-alive-as-a-human water. It’s a little surprising that a hotel capable of delivering such excellent rooms and breakfast would hesitate over something so simple and essential. Hopefully, they will realise that guests don’t come here to experience fine water rationing. 2. Power socket Despite being an international hotel brand, the sockets aren’t universal. So yes, we had to use an adapter — which felt a little ironic for a hotel that caters to global travelers Overall, we enjoyed the stay, especially the room and breakfast. But hopefully, the hotel will rethink these little details. After all, great hospitality shouldn’t be limited by water quotas and plug adapters

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Stay at Pullman Da Nang ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the most incredible experience at the Pullman Da Nang, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! From the moment we arrived, every member of staff across all departments went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We got a lovely room upgrade, which made our stay even more memorable. The room was luxurious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The service was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire resort. The breakfast selection was phenomenal … delicious, varied, and beautifully presented each morning. There was something for every taste, and the quality was outstanding. The sundowner drinks and canapés were another highlight, offering the perfect way to relax in the evening and mingle with hotel management … thanks Agnaldo and Gloria it was lovely to meet and spend time with you A huge thank you to the entire Pullman Da Nang team for making our visit so special. Your attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly set the standard. Highly recommended—can’t wait to return! 🌟

All the staff they are supposed and excellent care.they are so warm and welcoming to everyone. Is excellent cleaning service everything. Lovely beech and lovely view. We miss everyone. The food is amazing. I just want to say thank you to the person who made and cooked for us dinner and all the meals.very grateful for everything.
