Great Service, but the Rooms Need an Upgrade I had a pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Doha, particularly because of the excellent service. The Food & Beverage Manager was very good, attentive, and professional. The cleaners and other service staff were also extremely friendly, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality really stood out and made the experience enjoyable. However, I was quite disappointed with the rooms and their overall design. They really need an upgrade. And honestly, what’s with all the red? 😂 The heavy use of red throughout the rooms and interiors made the space feel dated and is probably the biggest reason I would hesitate to stay here again. The travel and tour company I used had already booked the hotel before I had the opportunity to check what the rooms looked like online. Otherwise, I probably would not have chosen to stay here. I didn’t worry initially because I assumed it would have the same modern standard as other Radisson Blu hotels I have visited. Overall, the service is excellent, the staff are wonderful, and the food and beverage experience was very good. But the rooms and interior design really need to be brought up to the standard I would expect from a Radisson Blu property.

I had an outstanding experience at Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. Our stay at the hotel was great. Checking and checkout was easy and well facilitated. Clara and Arif of customer service were good help, and courteous. Appreciate their service and facilitation during checkout. So were the Food service staff - very helpful. Appreciate the food service staff hospitality. During our stay, we were recommended Sand castle tours service for city sights. We enjoyed that as well.
