Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Marbella. The rooms are spacious, comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. The pet-friendly areas are quite small, so there’s limited space for dogs to move around. There is a small charge for the pet.

If i can give -100/5 i would- more like a vacation from hell! It was an absolute nightmare from the first hour! I arrived in the evening around 6 pm and ordered a burger from room service as soon as we got to the room- the burger had LIVE ANTS CRAWLING 🐜 ALL OVER IT! When i called about the burger that i already paid before they replaced it but at that point i knew not to order from room service again! First night they cleaned our room as normal when we were out- 2nd they forgot to and gaslit us into believing we forgot the dnd sign on the door- 3rd night they didn’t clean and told me it was because we had too much luggage around the room (which btw was exactly the same way it was the first night) then the 4th day we had a medical emergency with my friend and we ended up calling a doctor to come so while i was waiting they kept asking to clean the room to which we said later please- then after a discussion that shouldnt have been a discussion in the first place- the manager on top of all the front desk employees decided to gaslight us further about the whole dnd sign again! So i just said u know what sure im wrong ur right (at this point i was done with their behaviour and just wanted to make sure they cleaned the room that day!) they told us to check in with front desk every morning to make sure the room is cleaned! So after the doctor comes and goes and we decide to leave rhe hotel for a bit- i stopped by the front desk to let them know as requested- and specifically said “clean the room please AND make sure the sheets are changed because we had a doctor come and dont want any hospital germs” and the hotel should also know this because they gave me the doctors number! We come back that night and see THEY ONLY CHANGED THE SHEETS AND NOTHING ELSE! They didnt even throw the trash or wipe the floors! i was so frustrated at this point 4 nights and no service when i obviously have asked more than once for this basic service that should be included with the price!! So after calling the front desk that night and getting further gaslit and agreeing that were the liars somehow, (btw we asked them a million times to come to our room to see for themselves the majority would deny any fault without seeing the proof) they told us that someone told housekeeping to only change the sheets because of hospital germs. Please make that make sense! They then proceeded to send hosekeeping at 2 am to our who btw swept the floors easily with no complaints and all smiles tbh but their coworkers make it sound like its such a hassle for them and that i should decide between having my sheets changed everyday and or the floors cleaned? Btw this is supposed to be 5 stars? Ive stayed in 3 star hotels with better service that this! They treat the guest as if their all idiots and they mutter in their language whenever your request anything not counting the number of times they would hang up on our face because they cant be bothered or dont want to admit fault! The last straw was the 6th night where we called to ask for complimentary water (which they provided before with no complaints) but for some reason the lady working was not in the mood i guess? Kept telling us that theres water in the room (their usual gaslighting technique) and then got mad when we tried to tell her to come check the room then hung up the phone. A couple of minutes later she shows up with a bottle and throws it our way- when we asked her if it was her on the phone earlier she said shut up 🤫 literally like this!! We slammed the door on her and then she kept insulting us in spanish through the door! When we said shut up back she said more Spanish stuff and then threatened to call the police! Ive heard about anti-tourism in spain but you would think employees at a HOTEL would at least treat the guest with basic dignity!

What an amazing dining experience At Attitude Resturant..The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was outstanding. A special shout-out to our waiter, Isabela, who made our visit truly memorable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her warm attitude and excellent customer service made us feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend this restaurant attitude to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

A totally great stay at this lovely hotel! Spacious suite with a seriously comfortable pull out couch, gorgeous terrace overlooking the amazing pool, excellent service, amazing breakfast buffet with a huge variety of choices. Really just perfect.

Not a 5 star or even 4 star in any standard! Totally deceiving pictures as the property is 3 star at its best. Very disturbing and noisy rooms as walls are thin. All rooms and furnitures are dated and old. Shower was loose. No technology update, not even a usb in rooms. Extremely rude manager at the reception as we asked for cancelation and refund of the next night to leave the hotel. Instead of apologizing and acknowledging no response to the loud music being blasted at 5 am he said you only have stayed one night so I won’t cancel the second night. It’s a below average 3 star property in the middle of freeway. Value your money and stay at a decent place instead of this scam.
