Fantastic resort with great facilities and exceptional staff. A special mention to restaurant manager Clifford who made us feel right at home and always had a warm welcoming smile. Clean and comfortable, the balcony soak tub in our suite was a welcome addition. Great room service including a turn down before bed. Fully stocked mini bar is complimentary and restocked daily. Breakfast was top notch with chefs at every station cooking hot food how you like it. A little far from everything but who wants to leave? We will stay again.

Amazing resort with the most amazing hospitality. The rooms were great, the pool temps were amazing. A great heads up would be that there a lot of mosquitos (which is obviously beyond the control of the hotel and you are staying in a forest), outside of that we had a great time and will be back

We stayed for 3 nights, very comfortable rooms. Lovely location and very family friendly with a ton of activities and play areas. The pool slide was a lot of fun. We also played golf and they have a beautiful driving range. We also did the sunset and fireflies cruise and Izaal our guide was really sweet and had a lovely personality. Clifford in Eighth restaurant was also really sweet, we were very tired but his sweet personality really changed our mood and we had a great dinner. He made an amazing local chilli sauce concoction which i will always remember. Overall we had a great stay but i would definitely suggest that a few more dining options be added specially during dinner time. Since the resort is located remotely, there arent any other dining options around and on one of our nights we only had a buffet or one a la carte restaurant available so tends to be crowded.

Great hotel with a luxurious setup in a top location. However, they seem to be a victim of their own success. The hotel is extremely busy. Even though it is well-staffed, they are struggling with operational efficiency and effectiveness. We arrived after a long bike ride hoping to check in early, but were told it wasn't possible due to a full house the previous night. Unfortunately, even the official 3:00 PM check-in time passed and our rooms still weren't ready. When we eventually got in, the rooms themselves were fantastic. The morning breakfast offered an extensive buffet with individually brewed coffee, but they mixed up my coffee order and I had to wait over 30 minutes for it. Overall, it's an amazing hotel with plenty of staff, though currently lacking in efficiency and productivity. That said, the team was always courteous and polite throughout the stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We spent 5 wonderful nights at this beautiful resort with our two children, aged 7 and 9. We stayed in an Ocean Wing Family Room on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. Our stay was simply exceptional. The resort is stunning, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pools are beautiful and impeccably maintained, and the beach is absolutely lovely. What truly makes this resort special is the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The level of service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we left. This is exactly what you expect from a true five-star resort. Our only small suggestion for improvement concerns the evening dining options. Although there are several restaurants on the property, we found it difficult to find simple meals suitable for picky children, such as pasta, pizza, or chicken nuggets. Fortunately, it was very easy to order food through Grab and have it delivered directly to the resort. We leave with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our family holiday so special!
