As I write this review I am sill at the hotel, I thought I would share my views whilst still fresh. In general we were very happy with the hotel, the staff and the amenities, however there are a few disappointing things most of which have already been highlighted before. The rooms are adequate but not luxurious, the air-conditioning works well apart from the eggy smell, there is a shortage of power sockets and no facilities, if you want a kettle then it costs extra. The pool areas are great and fun for the kids, however the main pools are far too deep, I understand the need for the drop areas for the slides to be deep, but the depth needs altering to a more reasonable and safer for the kids. Then for no reason at all the lifeguards decided that they would ban all floatation aids from the main pool for one afternoon, with no explanation given. We were unable to speak to any manager to find out why as the were all in a meeting with the hotel executive team, which according the receptionist they could not disturb, even to deal with complaints from many guests. The bar is well stocked but under manned with large queues for drinks at peak times, I'm glad we got the gold upgrade which allows you to jump the queues with a special service area. The restaurant has a large selection of food, so there is something for everyone one. However the temperature of the food could be higher. The main problem with the restaurant is lack of staff clearing tablets, we had to do this ourselves on most evenings just to get a table. If you are late in not only do you have to clear your own tablet, there is then a shortage of cups, glasses and cutlery, as most of this is used and just stacked up on trolleys. The entertainment has been fantastic our 3 year old granddaughter loved the kids disco each evening and the shows were excellent. The entertainment team are full of energy and work really hard for everyone Just a few of my personal observations. Do let me put anyone off coming as we are having a great time.

Writing this review on your final evening before going home following the most wonderful 10 day stay with 2 small children. Pools are fantastic. Slides are great fun for both adults and kids. Everywhere is super clean. Everything just seems to work. Room cleaning was great, trustworthy and quick. Food was fantastic with variety and huge choice every meal. I have read some people complain about the food being cold but for the huge amount of people being fed and by buffet style, we didnt find this to be a problem at all. The hotel is located in a great position, short walk to the most beautiful beach with shallow waters and white sand. Lots of local little shops and quirky places to visit around the marina. We hired a car via the company the hotel work with (Minurka, also 5 stars by the way) for 8 days and explored the island quite a bit. So many beautiful places to see and lots of history too. Parking was very easy outside the hotel, always somewhere to park. We cannot thank the staff enough for bringing all the kindness, helpfullness, vibes, energy and entertainment. I cant remember the entertainment team names but all of them arw outstanding. I definitely have a special soft spot for the tallish, very flexible and utterly eccentric one (I am sure you will know who I mean). He really remembered my little boy every evening and made him feel so seen at the disco. They seem truly happy in their work and this reflects on the guests. All in all, we have made memories to last a lifetime and we thank you for making our experience so beautiful. Already looking at returning next year for 2 weeks. We just cannot bare not to return. Keep doing what you do. It means so much to have such great service.

We had a lovely stay at Sol Falcó Menorca! Overall, it is a very good, hardworking hotel that truly cares about its guests. 👍 The Positives: Exceptional Staff: The employees are extremely friendly, attentive, and there are plenty of them to ensure great service. Great Pool Area: Excellent pool opening hours with constant lifeguards on duty, showing a strong focus on safety. Family-Friendly: They are exceptionally attentive and wonderful with children. Good Food: The food was tasty, with plenty of variety and more than enough quantity at every meal. 👎 Areas for Improvement: Eco-Cup System at the Bar: The hotel uses a token system for plastic cups (exchanging tokens for cups and vice versa). While this is great for cleanliness and tidiness around the resort, the drinks unfortunately just don't taste as good in these cups. Breakfast Bread: The bread in the morning could be of better quality; on a few occasions, it didn't feel entirely fresh. Alcoholic Drinks Service at Mealtimes: The system for serving alcoholic drinks during meals needs more staff. Sometimes the waiting time was quite long. Conclusion: Globally a good hotel—attentive, caring, and making a real effort to keep guests happy. Recommended for families!

Beautiful Resort. Hotel was Excellent Clean and Modern. Several different pool areas which was brilliant if you want to relax in the quiet as the main pool is busy and noisy. Food was good, tasty and lots of variety, the only downside is that it's not kept at a warm enough temperature so by the time you sit to eat, it's basically Cold. This was not a one off it was daily and this is the only negative I have about the resort otherwise I would have given it 5 stars 15 min walk to the Marina for all bars and restaurants, and souvenir shops. And you pass the main beach area on the way. Don't miss the lovely little beach area close to the resort, leave by the corner of the dining area and walk straight down and at the bottom is a lovely little beach area with Shops, and beach bars and restaurants... £21 euros for the 2xLoungers and a parasol for the day but well worth a visit. Beautiful little cove area.

I have been loyal to Sol Falco for a very long time. It was the first hotel I had ever stayed at in Menorca since before I could walk. I have been countless times before and now at 25 years of age still visiting with my family and on this occasion my partner. We would never look to consider any other hotel in Menorca as we would have no reason to. Sol Falco has never let us down. The staff are exceptional, as are the facilities and location. I look forward to visiting again in the future. On this occasion our room was excellent, slight issue with the bathroom door sticking/catching and the ceiling near the entrance of our room appearing to have some very slight water damage but nothing that was of a detriment to our stay. Room was immaculately clean and refreshed daily. Food offering as always was great, plenty of choice. As others have mentioned the food is not always the warmest but still great overall. Location on the island is great too, plenty of parking in and around the hotel as well as a great selection of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Sol Falco has always been reliable and I’m sure we will continue to make fond memories there for years to come.
