We are staying at the hotel now and are truly enjoying our vacation. The view of Coral Bay from the lobby, the pool, and the dinner restaurant is simply stunning. It brings a real sense of peace and happiness. We also love that there are several swimming pools – one with music and two quieter ones – so everyone can find the atmosphere they enjoy. The food has been delicious, and we especially enjoyed the Greek music evening. The staff are kind, friendly, and always happy to help with any question. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a bit of a bumpy start to our holiday, but the staff at Theo Sunset Bay Hotel were exceptional and quickly turned things around for us. The hotel itself is very clean, with plenty of quiet areas to relax, sunbathe, and take in the beautiful sea views. The location overlooking the bay is stunning, and the sunsets each evening were amazing. Coral Bay is only a short distance north and well worth a visit. The food was delicious with lots of choice throughout our stay. Breakfast in particular was excellent — bacon, beans, sausages, fruit, cereals, and a great selection of breads every morning. We were spoilt for choice. The bar served everything you could want, including locally made Cypriot ciders, which was a nice touch. There was entertainment on each night, which added to the atmosphere, and the housekeeping team were outstanding throughout our stay. There are also plenty of restaurants and mini markets nearby. We did have a hire car, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, despite the rocky start, we had a lovely stay and would happily return.

Had a lovely week at the Theo sunset bay hotel, staff were very polite and friendly. Drinks were perfect and definitely made use of our all inclusive wristbands. We had a few things in the room that didn't work but nothing too major, although the hairdryer smelled like it was going to catch fire . The toilets in the hotel and private rooms get very stifling, so unpleasant at times if your already hot and sweaty 🥵 . Be prepared for the buffet breakfast lunch and dinners for everyone to be going every direction and cutting in front of you and people ransacking the food 🤦🏼‍♀️ lol . But overall very happy with my stay and my nephew loved the pools and that there was a shop in the main hotel , plus unlimited Shirley temple mocktails.

A clean and well-maintained hotel with good service.The breakfasts were poor; I missed having a typical, slightly runny scrambled egg. The boiled eggs were very hard to peel—it took ages. The cleaning staff were in no hurry, sometimes visiting our room only after 3 PM. They only replaced towels, made the beds, and took out the trash, but they didn't wipe down the cabinets or tables.The bartenders were okay, and a short blonde lifeguard rules the main pool area. Lovely view from top floor after sunset...

Very disappointed with this hotel. I stayed for 5 nights with my two children (6 and 2 years old), and I came home more exhausted than when I arrived. The mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Instead of a proper baby cot, our 2-year-old was given a folding bed with a very thin mattress, so we had to let him sleep with us. The double bed was actually two single mattresses pushed together, leaving a gap in the middle where he kept slipping. We also asked to change rooms because of the many stairs, which made access very difficult with a stroller and luggage. We were promised a response the next day but never heard back. The sunbeds were always “reserved” with towels by 9 a.m., making it almost impossible to find a place by the pool. Finally, the nearby beach is not suitable for families with young children. Swimming is marked as dangerous, and the beach is mostly rocky. For the price we paid, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children.
