We had a bit of a bumpy start to our holiday, but the staff at Theo Sunset Bay Hotel were exceptional and quickly turned things around for us. The hotel itself is very clean, with plenty of quiet areas to relax, sunbathe, and take in the beautiful sea views. The location overlooking the bay is stunning, and the sunsets each evening were amazing. Coral Bay is only a short distance north and well worth a visit. The food was delicious with lots of choice throughout our stay. Breakfast in particular was excellent — bacon, beans, sausages, fruit, cereals, and a great selection of breads every morning. We were spoilt for choice. The bar served everything you could want, including locally made Cypriot ciders, which was a nice touch. There was entertainment on each night, which added to the atmosphere, and the housekeeping team were outstanding throughout our stay. There are also plenty of restaurants and mini markets nearby. We did have a hire car, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, despite the rocky start, we had a lovely stay and would happily return.

Superb hotel, very clean throughout. Amazing views over the bay with lovely pools in a relaxed atmosphere. Food in the hotel excellent. Staff friendly and attentive, special mention to Zoe. Bus stops to Pafos town and Coral Bay (615) a short walk away. We were in Pafos for a wedding and there was an excellent hairdresser attached to the building, who was lovely, and my wife was very happy with her hair. Overall, I'd say there is no better hotel in the area.

Ive been in a lot of places in the world before but this one deserves 5stars without even thinking. I truly recommend this hotel! You can get anywhere you want without any problem. There is a bus stop next to the hotel and comes every 15mins. Also far away from loud places that’s what we needed as a family. Close to the beach,shops,restaurants . Everyone who works here is so kind and always ready to help. I really can’t say anything bad cos Cyprus is amazing but people who work for this hotel are the best !

Lovely spot on the coast, and as the name suggests you get some beautiful sunsets from the pool bar and restaurant areas. Transport via bus, get you pretty anywhere you need to get to and very frequent every 15/20 mins. Staff are attentive and friendly. Chilled vibe which suits me 👌😁

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect place to relax! The hotel has a beautiful location right by the sea, with stunning sunsets you can enjoy directly from the terrace. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast and dinner offer a great variety of fresh and tasty food. The pool area is clean and peaceful – ideal for relaxing. The location is great, close to Paphos but quiet enough for a truly restful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and quality holiday in Cyprus! 🌅🇨🇾
