Fabulous hotel, excellent friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help in any way. Rooms lovely (although towels slightly on the small side)! Facilities very good, plenty of pools (unfortunately very cold and the one 'heated' pool still cold). Chutes and slides great fun for the children. Excellent buffet restaurant and A La Carte restaurants, book ASAP as they get booked up quickly. Pedalos and other water sports free which was a bonus for the children. A lovely hotel and would be very happy to return.

What a fantastic place. Book now! You’ll not find a better holiday. The staff are all lovely, our kids had a great time at the kids club, food was fantastic & we loved the water sports. It’s a quick transfer from the airport and we even got to do a day trip to Albania for an adventure. They keep the place so clean. Extra shout out to the house keeping who were brilliant. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back very soon!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our first time in Corfu, and overall, we had a lovely stay at MarBella. The hotel has beautiful surroundings, and the entire staff was wonderful — friendly, attentive, professional and always willing to help. We truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the whole team. A special thank you to Christina, who was particularly kind and helpful and assisted us with many things during our stay. We really appreciated her support and caring attitude. The Grill Restaurant is definitely a must-visit! Beautiful sea views, excellent service and delicious food. I highly recommend making a reservation. There are a few things that could be improved. The pools were not heated, and as the weather was already quite cool, we couldn’t really enjoy swimming. The sound insulation in the rooms was also poor, as we could hear noise from neighbouring rooms and the corridor. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend the Kum Kuat Asian Restaurant, as we were disappointed with the food. Despite these drawbacks, we had a lovely overall experience. Thank you to the entire MarBella team for your wonderful hospitality.

We stayed at Marbella Hotel with our three children (10, 14 and 16) in late September and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and there was a good variety of food, although the quality was sometimes inconsistent. The restaurant meals were better. The complimentary sunset kaiki and southern cruises are worth trying, but book in advance as places are limited. Two things could be improved: the semi-transparent bathroom doors, which were uncomfortable for our teenage daughters, and the lack of wet floor cleaning during our five-night stay, even after we asked for it. For a five-star hotel, I think this should be improved. Overall, a good family resort with friendly staff and plenty to enjoy.

We had a lovely family stay at MarBella Corfu, and I would especially like to recognise Theodora, the Guest Relations Manager, for her outstanding service and kindness. Theodora went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure that we had a positive experience, particularly towards the end of our stay. She listened to our concerns, showed genuine care and made us feel that our happiness truly mattered. Her professionalism, warmth and personal attention made a real difference to our holiday. It is people like Theodora who make a hotel stand out. She is a real credit to MarBella, and the hotel is lucky to have someone who genuinely cares about its guests and takes pride in her work. Thank you, Theodora, for all your help and for making us feel looked after. Your efforts were truly appreciated by our whole family. We would be delighted to visit again! ❤️

Place is very convenient because the hotel is right on the sea shore and if you prefer you can swim in the swimming pool. The food choice is not big but the food is always very fresh and tasty. The staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel is small so it's not crowded. The sunbeds are free and there's a towel renting service (for every towel you deposit 5 euros and when you return in you get the money back). The beds aren't very comfortable but the rooms are very clean and tidy because they clean them every day.

The only thing that is nice here is garden and breakfast is acceptable. Rooms are sooo ready for renovation, the furniture is probably the same as when the hotel is first open back in 1965 😂 and the funniest thing is that they are closing pool bar and restaurant in high season from 3 to 5, so if you are hungry or thirsty you can only go in tavern 100 m from the hotel. Definitely never come back

A very friendly, cozy hotel with the friendliest staff you will ever meet. We enjoyed our one week stay very much. Rooms are ok, no one really stays in them during the day :). Food is a bit basic in sense of variety, but alot is traditional greek food still very tasty. Would recommend!

Older hotel, but renovated. Rooms very clean. Very friendly, positive and motivated stuff, good and fresh food at the restaurant. Nice location direct at the see. Definitely positive remembers for us.

The location is wonderful, hotel faces away from the road, no noise, the pool and sea are 20 m apart. Garden and are is great. 13km away from airport. Bus station on the gates. The breakfast needs to be improved, same eggs every day is impossible to eat. The bar is closed during day. Wifi not working in rooms. The rooms are small, the whole furniture needs to be thrown and renewed. THE BEDS ARE DISSASTERS. There are just wooden branches and on top they put matrcess, during the night the branches fall and you fall, worst beds i have ever seen. Matracess are so hard that i requested to change room and they gave me room with same antient bed... i give 4 stars for location and very friendly ladies at the reception and staff in general.

We've just come back from our second stay at Hotel Marbella Nido, and I can honestly say it was perfect from start to finish. My wife and I loved it the first time, but returning somehow made it even better. What struck us most was the staff. Many of the same faces from our previous visit were still there, and not only did they remember us, they welcomed us back like old friends. That kind of warmth simply can't be manufactured — it says everything about how well this place is run and how happy the team clearly are to be there. Nothing was ever too much trouble, every request was met with a genuine smile, and they went out of their way again and again to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully kept, immaculately clean, and with that lovely relaxed atmosphere that makes you unwind the moment you arrive. We found ourselves settling in within minutes and not wanting to leave by the end. If you're weighing up where to stay in Marbella, look no further. We came back for a second time for a reason, and we will absolutely be coming back for a third. Thank you to the whole team for another wonderful stay — you're the reason this place is so special. See you next time! S&V

We arrived around 11pm on the 7th September 2026 and was immediately greeted by the Nido staff. We were made comfortable and given some water and a fruit drink whilst they booked us in. We did not have to stand waiting, they did all that for us. Once booked in, we were taken to our room on a buggy with our luggage, this was a great help as there are some inclines and steps at this complex. Our room was lovely, and we had been left a bottle of wine and some sandwiches. The sandwiches were much needed after a long day of travelling. Our room was spacious, modern, very clean and comfortable. Great size TV, safe, mini bar, kettle, coffee maker plus hairdryer, shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Plenty of configuration on what lights to have on/off. Nice balcony accessible directly from our room where we had a great view of the sea. As well as having our room made up, there was a turndown service where we were brought bottles of water and a couple of chocolates. Breakfast has a great selection of food, continental and hot buffet availble. Other options on the a-la-carte menu by request, ie omlette, crepes. The omelettes were delicious!!! The breakfast room was really nice, again eeall spacious, clean and generally and great place to be, with tables indoor and outdoor plus some with a sea view. The staff will welcome you and offer fresh juice plus coffee. We had lunch a few times but typically dined of an evening at the local taverners. Sunbeds are comfortable, plenty available but that could vary depending on time of year and how busy the hotel is. There are toilets, changing cubicles, outdoor showers and a bar for drinks and snacks. Complimentary towels are there if you need them. Staff also brought round some free smoothies which were very refreshing!! There are also sunbeds available on the beach opposite the hotel reserved for guests of the hotel. The infinity pool is coupled with the sunbed area so great for dipping in when you feel like. We used it plenty of times often gazing out to the sea and surrounding area, so lush and very relaxing. Greek Panigiri night was brilliant and whilst a paid event this included bbq food, drinks, local wines and beers plus Greek dancing where of course, guest are invited to participate which we did and really enjoyed. We also enjoyed a complimentary cruise to south Corfu which was also arranged by the hotel. A great way to take in the views and experience a couple of hours is the shallow sea. The complex is maintained well, kept very clean and tidy which adds to the whole experience of a hassle free, quite relaxing adults only holiday. Highly recommend and we thank the Nido team for really looking after us, making our holiday extra special.

I can only say the best about this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Luxurious rooms, large pool and great poolbar. They organise free programs like boat trip and wine tasting. It was a great time here without any problems. There are several restaurants nearby but the hotels restaurant is really good with nice view.

Absolutely wonderful hotel!!! The staff are so nice and the service was at the highest level. The hotel itself is stunning and every corner is beautiful filled with flowers. The views can't get any better than this, incredible sunrises! My girlfriend and I had such a great time!

Wow, just had an impeccable stay at Nido! A wonderful hotel made even better by the staff. Check in was smooth and whisked up to the private villa on the mountain side! A beautiful spacious room which had a great bath and a hot tub and felt very spacious. A really comfortable bed with aircon and a fan if needed. It was the beginning of the season so not very busy but breakfast was spectacular with a view of the sea. Made to order pancakes. The pool was great and the Irish guy behind the pool bar was very friendly - all the staff were great. I can’t wait to return!

Great hotel with spectacular service! Rooms were big and spacious, our private pool was clean! Very thoughtful details inside the room to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast buffet included had so many local and international food options. Close walk to Plaka town for some great food and shopping. The view is just spectacular and feels like your own slice of paradise. We hope to be back again, highly recommend.

Wonderful quiet hotel even though they were full during summer hols. Executive room with a pool was amazing for the views across Spinalonga and privacy on the balcony. Very comfy bed and pillows. Lovely to have a welcome fruit platter and wine. I’ve taken one star away as there was a dripping noise that they couldn’t fix. There was a shuttle to take guests down to the beach bar but you can walk it in 5 mins. There is an exit by the second pool near to the gym. There were many good restaurants nearby so we only did B&B. Service was very good and the staff especially at breakfast work so hard and are very attentive. We would return if staying in Plaka.

We were really disappointed with our experience, particularly given that this is presented as a 5-star resort and we paid over $500 per night. On arrival, our room had cobwebs, mould in the shower and electrical plugs/outlets that were visibly loose and coming away from the wall. The hotel did respond when we raised these issues and offered alternative accommodation, which we appreciated, but we felt the overall standard fell well short of what we expected at this price point. Unfortunately, the issues extended beyond the room. The buffet breakfast was disappointing and felt fairly generic. For a resort in Crete, we expected much better use and presentation of local produce, as well as food that reflected the quality and character of the region. We also dined at the resort’s Michelin-starred chef restaurant and were disappointed with the food. The quality of the produce did not meet our expectations, the meat we were served was tough, and the portions were so small that we had to find additional food afterwards. For a restaurant associated with a Michelin-starred chef, this was particularly disappointing. The bathroom amenities and soaps also felt surprisingly basic and low quality for a hotel at this level. Overall, there was a noticeable gap between the 5-star positioning and the experience we received. At $500+ per night, we expect a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, food quality, portion sizes and amenities. The property itself is beautiful in places, but for us the overall experience did not justify the price or the 5-star expectations.

We had a beautiful stay at Cayo hotel for my birthday. The staff from front desk, customer relations, breakfast, bar, dinner staff, cleaners - were all so friendly and go above and beyond. We were blown away by our room. We had a private pool and the view was even better in real life. We loved being able to walk five minutes to Plaka and enjoy the amazing restaurants/ shops there. Highly recommend and definitely returning. Georgia and Hector x

A magical place with a breathtaking sea view. We arrived for our first family vacation in Crete with our two daughters, and from the very first moment we felt warmly welcomed. We were offered an early check-in and even upgraded to larger, more luxurious rooms, which made the start of our vacation perfect. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive, always happy to help with every request. The location is excellent — very close to Plaka and within walking distance of another charming little village, giving us the perfect combination of peace, beautiful scenery, and a special Greek atmosphere. In short, we enjoyed every moment and are already looking forward to our next vacation at this hotel.

What an incredible place! Elix is truly a hidden gem in one of the most breathtaking locations we've ever visited. The views are simply spectacular, and the crystal-clear sea makes you feel like you've found paradise. The buffet was outstanding, with a different theme every evening, so there was always something new and delicious to try. We also loved the live music every night—enjoying a drink while watching the sunset was unforgettable. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. They made us feel completely at home—it really is a home away from home. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Thank you to everyone for such an amazing holiday. We can't wait to come back!

We don’t usually stay in large hotels, but this one is truly special. The beach and the sea are wonderful, and the friendly, professional and unobtrusive service made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also very good. Special thanks to Eleni in the restaurant for her excellent recommendations and warm welcome. We planned to stay for four days but enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay to eight. A perfect place to relax—we would love to return!

We had a great stay at Elix, Mar-Bella Collection and really enjoyed our time there. The location is beautiful, with amazing sea views and a very peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we loved spending time at both the beach and the pool. The food was really good with plenty of choice, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Everything felt relaxed and well organized throughout our stay. Definitely a place we would happily come back to. We had an amazing holiday and left with only good memories.

An absolutely amazing place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Elix, Mar-Bella Collection is truly a hidden gem in Greece. The breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, beautiful surroundings, and peaceful atmosphere make this place incredibly special. The location is simply stunning, and the entire resort has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. Every corner offers an incredible view, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a memorable vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful and unforgettable getaway in Greece. I would love to come back again! Thank you, Elix, for such a wonderful experience! 🇬🇷❤️

I wanted to give a very special mention to Omar at Elix Marbella, who made our time relaxing by the sea such a wonderful experience. Omar was simply exceptional! Always smiling, welcoming, kind and incredibly attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always went that extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Every time we arrived, Omar would make us feel so welcome, thoughtfully helping us get settled and ensuring everything was just perfect. Whether we were relaxing on the sunbeds or enjoying our drinks, his attention to detail and genuine warmth never went unnoticed. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in looking after guests. Omar has a wonderful personality and a natural gift for hospitality. The beautiful setting is unforgettable, but it’s people like Omar who make you want to return. Thank you, Omar, for making our days by the sea so special. You are an absolute gem and a real credit to Elix Marbella! ❤️☀️🌊
