Ajman Saray, A Luxury Collection Resort

I am very disappointed with my experience at Saray Ajman, Luxury Collection Resort. While the property itself is beautiful, the level of service was far below what I would expect from a luxury resort. During our stay, we noticed that some waiters in the restaurant were speaking negatively about us among themselves because they assumed we did not understand Arabic. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We also had an unpleasant interaction at the pool area, where a security staff member approached us in a rude manner and immediately demanded our room number simply because we had a swimming float with us. There were no visible signs or policies indicating that such items were prohibited, and the way the situation was handled was inappropriate. In addition, another guest spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner. Although we chose not to respond in order to avoid creating a scene, we expected the resort staff to maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests. What was even more disappointing was that my wife experienced dismissive and unprofessional behavior from a member of the restaurant staff while trying to place an order. No guest should feel belittled when simply requesting service. Overall, the hospitality, professionalism, and guest experience fell far below the standards associated with a Luxury Collection property. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides additional training to ensure that all guests are treated with respect and courtesy regardless of their background or language. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations, and it has left us with a negative impression of the resort.

Just came back from an incredible stay and honestly, everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Valet took care of the car right away, check in was smooth and effortless, and we were even surprised with a wonderful room upgrade. What really made the stay special was how attentive and genuinely welcoming all the staff were. The pool team constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and both the breakfast and dinner service were impeccable every single day. The breakfast spread was especially impressive with so many options that it was almost hard to choose just one of the amazing dishes to try. The food overall was also delicious, and the barbecue with fresh seafood was a real highlight and always great to have. The atmosphere throughout the resort was relaxing, luxurious, and very well managed. We originally planned to stay for one night but ended up extending for two more because we simply didn’t want to leave. Easily one of the best resort experiences we’ve had in a long time, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Had a really pleasant stay overall. The hotel itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made a big difference throughout the stay. Service felt smooth and attentive without being overwhelming. Food was also very good, with a nice variety and quality that met expectations. Whether it was breakfast or other meals, everything was enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Our 2-night getaway at Ajman Saray was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel so welcomed with their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality, which made our stay effortlessly smooth and relaxing. The food was delicious, the pool vibes were perfect, and the private beach was the ideal escape. And the spa experience? Pure bliss — absolutely a must-try. Every little detail added to such a memorable vacation, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Clean really spacious rooms with great view if Sea view is opted for, and a little noisy if it's creek view. The buffet lacks variety but l loved the service, the ambience, the seating very beautiful Vista Restaurant. Two pools, one 1.2 m for families and l think the other is deeper for adults. I just loved the beach stretch, felt like our own private beach, very soft sand and muddy on the shore perfect for sand castles and dino sculptures 😁. I just came with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised at what the resort offered. One negative review is for the pool temperature, we are here in scorching summer and the pool is painfully cold when you start dipping into it. Informed the lifeguard twice about it.
